I tried this hoping for a healthy lunch option and was disappointed. Theres nothing special about it, its just normal grocery store white or wheat bread with shredded chicken salad. Similar to pre-made sandwiches you can buy at HEB in the deli. I have no idea why people seem so impressed with this place. I can make a much better sandwich at home with ingredients from Costco. The place is decorated like a Boston Market from the 2000s, with vinyl tablecloths. The people working there were nice.

I really wanted to like this place as soup and sandwich is one of my favorite meals and dont support Panera Bread but I was really disappointed with this place. I got the spicy pimento sandwich with a croissant, loaded baked potato soup and Mac n cheese. The pimento itself was alright but the croissant was stale and tough to chew on and did not taste fresh at all. The bacon was like kind you buy precooked and put in the microwave. The lettuce and tomato tasted fresh enough. The baked potato soup had a good flavor and texture other than the big tough pieces of potato skin that were impossible to chew up. The Mac n cheese was probably the worst as it was bland and had a grainy texture. The cookie was unexpected and nice touch and was probably my favorite part of the meal. Good amount of food for the cost but definitely lacks in quality, taste, and freshness.

Continuing my ONLY FIRSTS IN 24 Journey, I landed at Chicken Salad Chick ... without knowing what to expect on the menu or any recommendations, at the end of the day my experience at Chicken Salad Chick was nothing short of delightful. I ordered a Chicken Salad BLT with the Olivias Old Fashioned Chicken Salad and a Turkey club (to share, LOL). Both were symphonies of flavor, showcasing the freshness and quality of ingredients. The chicken salad, a star in its own right, had the perfect blend of savory and creamy notes, making each bite a pretty decadent indulgence. The Turkey Club was equally impressive, with the layers of ingredients which harmonized seamlessly. And it was loaded with Turkey! As equally praiseworthy were the the macaroni and cheese which was everything a good homemade mac-n-cheese should taste and feel like, rich and comforting. And I failed to take notice of the lemonade brand until after leaving and tasting, but it was delicious and a refreshing balance to the savory dishes. The attention to detail and commitment to quality at Chicken Salad Chick were evident in every aspect of my meal. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere added to the overall positive experience and Denise was awesome in providing extraordinary service! I will def. be back, but it will have to be in 2025!

Amazing service and staff was patient as this was our first time .they let us try samples and helped decide us Better. This way no wastage or food .very much recommend this place ! I came in to order some catering for a small gathering Im having and and they informed me that usually people order 24-48 hours in advanced but the manager and assistant manager worked to put it together for me in a matter of minutes. Not only that, they were extremely helpful, offered drinks while we waited, and threw in a gallon of lemonade complimentary. It is THE BEST fast food restaurant! The flavor and the costumers service are 100% quality. The manager is a very warm and nice lady that cares about the clients. We were visiting from Colorado on summer vacation and stopped here twice in four days. The food is excellent and affordable (family of 6), the place is clean with great air conditioning, and the staff is absolutely amazing! The general manager, Sofica, took the time to explain the app and rewards they offer (definitely worth it), made food suggestions that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for, and even brought the kids little gift bags that they threw a fit over. This was our first visit to Chicken Salad Chick after a friend raved about their food. There are several different types of chicken salad to choose from. I wish we had taken up their offer to sample before we placed our order because the original chicken salad (which we ordered) was pretty bland. Other chicken salad offerings look interesting and enticing and I plan to go back and further explore the menu. The cookie that came with the sandwich was VERY GOOD so l will definitely add cookies to my next order.

First time, the sassy scotty is freaking amazing. The only tjing i would change is the mac and cookie, the cookies icing tastes like pure powdered sugar and the mac n cheese is very bland. However the sandwhich rocked, even the bread was delicious. Overall great quality and amount of food for 9.19 after tax, consider me full and happy

It was my first time and they happily walked me through all the different options. They let me sample many kinds of chicken salad and they were all yummy. I wanted to try a little of everything so I got a BLT croissant sandwich with the special Dill chicken salad, a scoop of egg salad, and a soup. Every single thing was So yummy!
