He was instrumental in ensuring that everything was transferred from my California trust into my Texas trust, getting my Will set up and that all documentation required by the state was filed in a timely manner. Planning for my estate could not have been easier. Attorney David Borger explained the trust process, answered all of my questions and provided a memo of things I needed to do to ensure a smoth transition to my trust. He provided a draft of my documents quickly, with an extensive review and any corrections needed were completed same day. His follow up on my Trust was amazing! He also provided a great mobile Notary service for the signing and the trust process was done! I highly recommend David and his firm for your estate planning needs. He is indeed Best in Class

Very bad experience. Booked an appointment on 12/12/22 after talking directly with Mr. Borger for wills, trust etc. services. He was supposed to send me some forms to fill out but never did. Tried to reach him over the phone several times and couldnt even leave voicemail because it was full. Both me and my wife took off from work and showed up for our 11:00am appointment on Jan 6, 2023 only to learn that we werent even on the calendar. An about an hour later I get a brief email from Mr. Borger stating that his travel was delayed. I sent a response asking him to assure us that he will show minimum courtesy and professionalism before booking another appointment and never heard back.

Mr. Borger helped me and my husband with our Wills and estate planning documents. He also helped my mom and step dad with their estate planning documents. Mr. Borger is very patient and was able to answer all our questions in laymans terms. I would recommend Mr. Borger to anyone who needs an estate planning attorney. When my step dad passed away, Mr. Borger helped my mother with the probate process and dealt with the creditors on her behalf. I am so happy that Mr. Borger was able to represent my mother!!

Had our first meeting to start our estate planning. If I could give less than one star I would. Emailed Mr. Borger to start our process as he requested (3 times over 2 weeks) then called on the third week because we were not getting any response and left a message with his assistant. We never heard back. Would not work with someone who cant be professional enough to respond.

If I could give Mr Borger 7 Stars for his knowledge as an attorney, coupled with his kindness, care and genuine concern I would still be short 3 Stars. He deserves 10. Contacted & met David in July 2019 for estate planning with a MetLaw Case Number. We did not receive anything from the team and reached back out in October. We spoke to the receptionist who apologized and stated that David would call back that day. We never heard from David and called again on 11/4. I spoke to David who seemed surprised that we had not received anything yet. He stated that we would receive the estate draft by the next day, at the latest. We never heard from David. Called again on 11/27 and received the voicemail. We are very disappointed in this firms lack of communication.

I was only supposed to meet with David for 30 minutes, however due to the complexity and ridiculousness of my case, spent well over an hour with me and provided me with a lot of valuable information. I left feeling that he really cared about my situation and I did not feel rushed at all. I have never had positive feelings about most attorneys, however I felt like David was different and truly cared about my situation. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Borger is a brilliant attorney! He handled my case with aggression, precision and a dry wit that kept me calm, yet realistic and he kept me informed at every step, every decision, every communication with the other side. I was so glad I was referred to him! He does not advertise for Family Law, but takes cases in that area on referral only. He said that after 17 years of experience, he felt it was the only way he could give each case the attention it deserves and yet, still provide cost-effective services. His experience was invaluable as he could tell me what would happen, where we should stand firm, where we could negotiate and what to expect going forward. This was a very difficult and scary time for me, and I can only imagine how badly it could ve gone had I hired someone else. When we first met, he told he how important the attorney-client relationship is and how you must be comfortable with the attorney you hire. There was no pressure. We reviewed my case and he offered a plan of action. After all that I had been through I wanted someone that I could trust, someone with a strong sense of ethics, compassion and professionalism.
