Going to share this at all of their offices I had to deal with during my case. It s 2024 and I m surprised to find that I have a warrant from a ticket from car accident back in 2017 that I had hired this law firm to take care of all the details because I could barely even walk. I did the intake with Mr. Huerta himself and was told all the details would be taken care of to include the ticket I received for my registration from that accident. I contacted the office again because this warrant has to be some sort of mistake, but the secretaries attempt to charge me for the services of going to court to fight this again. I can t talk to any of the people that had worked on my case because they no longer work there and everyone there keeps telling me that they can t verify that the service was to be included. I asked to speak to Mr. Huerta about it because he was who did my intake and I have yet to receive a call back or get any assistance when I call there. I m sure they made a solid chunk off of me during the accident and don t see why I need to pay for something I already paid for in 2017 It hurts to be stuck unable to renew my license because of this ticket when my job is delivering Amazon packages. These people don t care about you. They just want your money.

This place is horrible. The good reviews here are not real reviews. My 17 year old was in a car accident and the literally chased the ambulance to the hospital. I am not even exaggerating. I will update this post as soon as I have my conversation with the Texas State Bar. They need to be reported properly so they can have their license taken away. These negative posts are good too but they shouldnt even be practicing Law.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will not keep contact with you, no updates. If you reach out to them they will not answer you. Everyone rating 1 star, they give the same generic response saying theyre shocked and to call them so they can resolve the issue, but call for what? They dont answer any way! Its been a year and they havent done anything. Im literally on hold right now because they finally answered, I told them who I was, and with no explanation, they put me on hold. Theyre ridiculous and unprofessional. I wish I knew what to do now since this case will never get solved with these clowns.

I gave a down payment in December and paid in full by January since i gave the down payment there was no communication each time i would try to reach Rick he would say he would give me a call back and NEVER did. This was happening EVERY week i would try to get updates on my case and never got an answer. The attorney NEVER showed up to any of my court dates and my appointed attorney was always asked to show up for them. I asked for a refund and Mr. Huerta told me it would be ready that same week. A week later i asked for my refund AGAIN i kept calling and they just kept saying the check was not ready i had to go out of my way and go to the office for them to actually start my refund. Rick gave me a call saying they would have to STILL charge me 200 for in my opinion doing absolutely NOTHING so i did not get a full refund which was not fair but i just wanted to be done with this law firm. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS LAW FIRM.

I just received a phone call from Rubi the paralegal working on my case. Rubi advised me to look for a new lawyer because the Law firm is not able to help me. I hired Huerta Law Firm since last year. I have not spoke to a lawyer. It seems the paralegals run the law office. I keep getting excuses from people claiming to be paralegals. Every month it s a different paralegal because the law firm keeps losing staff. The office staff and paralegals love to hang up and blame the phone service for disconnecting. The office personnel is very rude and not knowledgeable. Putting my case in the hands of this Huerta law Firm was the biggest mistake of my life. Do not waste your time nor money with this law firm!

I paid them the full amount they wanted in Nov 22 and they still have not done anything with my case. I keep getting the run around anytime I call my point of contact named Rick, he doesnt call back or answer texts. The law firm hasnt even shown up in the court system as my representation. Then come to find out he says hes only a PI for the firm that helps with cases then backtracks again and says hes a lawyer! Im trying to get my money back now since all they have done this whole time is lie! I am going to report them so hopefully this doesnt happen to another person again! If I could rate lower I would. Horrible horrible service. No communication unless they want a payment from you. I would definitely NOT recommend Huerta law firm. Unprofessional. Jonathan Huerta was late to ALL court hearings I had. He s unreliable and will lose your case. Had me go out of my way to go to the court house get documents they had access to, got them all and NONE of those documents were ever used. Save your time and money hire a different attorney.

I am a new person with my brother as a client. I cannot tell you all enough how frustrated I am at this point. I am more than likely going to file a formal complaint. This paralegal, Rick, who works for Huerta Law Firm is probably the most unprofessional person Ive dealt with in my life. Unfortunately, my brothers case was turn over to this firm, and without any help from this guy. I dont live in Texas, but I have been trying to follow the proceedings in which my brother is going through. Ive called to find out information and was told that Rick was handling my brothers case. His case was handed to him in March and I started calling Huerta Firm as soon as they gave the case to them. I mustve called 5-6 times, and within that time, Rick, would tell me that he would call me back. One of the times he promised he would. Never did I EVER get a call from him. Today, I spoke to him and he, for the first time, gave me little information about my brothers case. He offered to give me the ZOOM info so that I can hopefully tune in when my brothers hearing date comes. He, again, assured a call back just to give me the information about the ZOOM. Yes, once again, he failed to do so. Im working and im feeling that these guys are jacking me around, knowing that I do not live there, and Im a busy woman working like everyone else. They are no different. Simple, ethical, professional pieces of your JOB is to call your clients or family members of said client back. What can I say, its pretty easy. It takes no more than 1 minute to call back and give me the information for a ZOOM and move forward. I called back today, when I got home the secretary put me on hold, and got back on the phone and stated that he just stepped outside of his office or maybe it was a meeting, or dinner, you get the point. Either way, he couldnt get on the phone and maybe was trying to avoid me. She said he would call back. Once again for the win; no call back! This guy has no basic consideration. Again, unfortunately, I do feel that my hands and feet are tied and I will continue to do what I have to for me and especially for my brother. Please dont use Huerta Law Firm. Hiring paralegals is so essential that some say they are the heart of the office. Well, clearly they need a transplant heart and pronto!!

I hired him a year and a half ago and I m still waiting for him to call me back. My court date was on Tuesday, he showed up at the last minute and I didn t get a chance to ask and receive clear answers to my questions before going in front of the judge. He was very frustrated that I didn t understand what he was saying when he bombarded me with tons of important information a few minutes before I had to make a decision infront of the judge. He postponed my hearing when I told him I wanted it to be done that day. The judge was waiting for me and I told him I was willing to go inside, but he took it upon himself to postpone it so he could explain everything to me. It s been a few days since then and he hasn t called me back to set an appointment and I doubt he will even talk to me at all. Overall, I feel like I m just a burden. I don t think he likes me or respects me or even cares about my case. PS. When he gets frustrated, he starts talking A LOT confusing you further. It almost feels as if he does it on purpose to mess with you. I wish I d hired someone else who has the capacity to make me feel at ease. I fired him and got new representation.

Dont even bother. Called them to book a consultation. Scheduled one for 3:00 and no call back. Called them back to see what was going on and were very nice and accommodating saying that theyll can call me back and I am till this moment, I am still waiting. You are likely reading this at whatever time you are reading and I can assure you that I am STILL waiting for a callback. Please. Try somewhere else. They probably have a very high case load and dont have time for your petty cases.

100% do not recommend. When I would call the office they would say hes in a meeting, all the time, until one day I told them I had an appointment and they immediately let me speak to him after telling me he wasnt there. Horrible horrible customer service. They start off nice and then dont return your phone calls or emails. They are horrible at negotiating with insurances. They tell you they are working your claim and in reality they are doing nothing for you. I wouldnt waste my money or time dealing with this lawfirm. The huerta law firm more than met my expectations. They were more than helpful with my family law suit regarding a geographical restriction, at first I was hesitant about hiring an attorney period given the fact that I m not currently living in El Paso. Thankfully I came across the Huerta law firm and when speaking to Gloria, Jorge and Mr. Huerta they made me feel extremely comfortable, I trusted them right off the bat. It was extremely easy to communicate with them. I never once had a doubt that I would lose my case working with Gloria, Jorge and Mr.Huerta, it went smoothly and in the end we came out winning. I was arrested for theft back in 2017 and Mr.Huerta was referred through a good friend of mine. I must say it was the best referral i have ever had. It feels like the staff answering my calls are dismissive causing me to wonder if they are truly giving my messages to Mr. Huerta.
