This location is unprofessional, unprepared, and most definitely does not value the customer. Called in and ordered my food over the phone, and was told it should take 20 minutes. I showed up after 20 minutes had passed, gave them my name to pickup my order, and was then told my food would be ready in about 5 to 6 minutes. I m pretty patient and understand that there can sometimes be setbacks, so waiting an extra 5 to 6 minutes wasn t a big deal. The thing is, I ended up waiting 18 ADDITIONAL minutes and still didn t get my food, or receive any updates about the progress of my food. I just left, after waiting almost 20 minutes longer than the time I was told my food would be ready by over the phone. No sense of time, or urgency at this location - an absolute joke.

Pizzas are rarely cooked properly. Flat dough, undercooked dough, bland tasting sauce. Items are often missing from the order such as extra sauces and drinks. Unfortunate that this is my local Pizza Hut for deliveries as their pizzas can be good, but not from here.

Ordered for delivery and it was never delivered. Got a notification on the tracking website an HOUR later that my order was cancelled with no explanation. When you call the store, do not expect anyone to answer. This is beyond the worst customer service experience. Edited to add - I was finally able to get ahold of someone and our food was eventually delivered, though very late. A few days later the store manager called and said they d give us a $20 credit, so I will say the customer service was eventually helpful.

Terrible service. Ordered at 6pm on May 29, 2024. Estimated delivery at 6:40pm. The order was Stuff Crust Cheese, Stuff Crust Jalapeño, Meatzza, 2 Cinnabon. Driver finally showed up at 7:15pm with Cinnabon and the Stuff Crust Cheese. Called the store and they tried to give $20.00 credit which was less than the missing pizza cost. Ike then came back with $25.00 credit and a cookie and an assurance that driver would return quickly to bring rest of order that was still at the store. Driver returned at 7:55 with the rest of the order. By this time the Stuff Crust Jalapeño was beyond dry and my sons meat lovers had hair in it. Neither of us made it further than one slice. I called the store and demanded a refund. Ike wanted me to send pictures of the order to his personal cell phone. He told me that there were a number of variables that hindered the experience this evening including the tornadoes in North Texas from yesterday morning, which didnt hit Little Elm. Then went on about how long hes been in the business and hes a better performer than all the other damn establishments in the area. He started to laugh at my frustration with this experience. Told him he should stop before the hole is dug deeper. Will continue to seek pizza delivery only through Dominoes moving forward. Edited 5/30 --- My children and I have been dealing with diarrhea today. Pizza Hut Never Again!!!

I placed an order on their app for delivery on a rainy day. An hour later, I called, and they said it was for carry out. However, I included a tip for the delivery driver. The only option they gave me was to cancel the order, and wait 3-5 business days for the refund and place the order again. The food was already prepared. All they had to do was deliver it, but they refused. So I got out in the rain, drove to their store, and then, on principle, canceled my order and went to Joes Pizza instead.

So just gonna write this. If you order from here, fine but when they get busy they will mess up your order. They say they gave it away to someone else in error perhaps or really just forgot to make it. This is the second time this has happened. I was literally on hold for ten minutes on purpose just so that they can make the pizza. The name of this place should be called Pizza Hood! This was the worst encounter I have EVER had at any food establishment or any other business! It began when I had placed my order over website as I always do, showed up in 30 mins. and asked the male cashier if pizza was ready. He said you didnt place order here, very aggressively. He really didnt seem to want my business and seemed inconvenienced by me. I said yes I did and showed him my phone with the order info. He got really agitated but took my order. He then left the building not to return. 10 minutes later I saw no pizza going through the oven so I attempted to get one of the 2 girls attention talking and digging in her wig! She was actually avoiding me! I had to yell to get her to turn. After getting her attention she said she has no order to cook a pizza! I showed her I paid but her attitude got worse! She got upset that I began recording her and her crew! They left hanging out in the back area and gathered near the door. She threatened to call police on me! There were 4 of them and they all were recording me! They were so unprofessional that its hard to believe they can hold a job! The chubby one stuck the finger at me! Finally got my pizza from a male worker whos usually in charge, never an issue with him. Hes always cordial, looked mortified this was happening! Its hard to believe this is happening in Frisco! Im from Dallas and see this mentality everywhere! The people working here have screwed up this location! Thats my 2 cents!

I havent had Pizza Hut in years! Decided to get it a go yesterday and was overwhelmingly surprised! The dough tastes fresh, sauce was good, cheese didnt taste like plastic like some of the other big chain pizza places. Ill be back! Order from here to have it delivered they did in-house door dash, the issue was my sister emma ordered and the delivery said delivered but it wasnt delivered and when I called 20 minutes before close they decide not to answer their phone this is not right if I could go any lower I would with the rating. Let me start by saying we order from this location frequently and have always been pleased with the service. Today, however, was different I initially went to place a delivery order, but the delivery time was up to 90 minutes instead, I placed a curbside order what you said it will be ready in 35 minutes. I selected contactless curbside delivery. Upon arriving, I selected the check in button for saying that I am here. This was approximately five minutes before the time it was supposed to been ready. I waited for awhile and then realized approximately 20 minutes had passed. So I called and spoke with young lady, who said she would let the store know that we were waiting. In the meantime, I am watching staff from Pizza Hut bringing pizzas out to the parking lot. I waited another 7 to 10 minutes and then I called back. The young lady says that she s transferring me to the store and supposedly the store manager answers. I tell her that I am waiting in the parking lot for my curbside order and I was just checking in to see what was going on. She proceeds to tell me that she knows we re waiting and that they re busy and they re helping each other out inside of the restaurant and they don t have anybody to bring the pizzas out for curbside. So I asked her how was I supposed to know that and that I have been sitting there now for almost 30 minutes past the time the pizza was done and that had a known I would ve just come in 30 minutes ago and got the pizza instead of sitting here, while my pizza sat ready inside the store. Her response was there is nobody to bring it out. We re doing everything to helping each other inside here and that s just it. I said I understand they re busy, I get it, and maybe they should pull the curbside delivery off as an option if they re not going to do it, so that people like me aren t sitting there waiting for something that is never going to happen. Her attitude was very cavalier and nonchalant about the fact that I have just been sitting here waiting for 30 minutes and that her response is just that nobody was going to bring it because they were busy. I was very surprised at not only the service but at her attitude about the situation.

Sorry to say but this was worst pizza I have ever had. Even after paying extra money for toppings and $20+ for a single pizza if was disaster. Very less marinara sauce, stuff crust was dry and didnt have cheese at all, barely 3/8 slices had chicken on it (even if I selected extra toppings for it), there wasnt delightful taste as we always have from pizza huts pizza. We havent seen rush at the location and we order pizza 40mins prior our arrival not sure what went wrong but it was worst experience (and total money waste) for us. I wont recommend this location to any one.

You could have delivered the pizza that I ordered. When I called to let the store know, your employee, Taylor, I think his name was, was rude and acted like I was stupid for calling. It took me at least 5 calls to get someone to answer the phone. I am sure Dominos would love our business.

Pizza dough was raw and veggies were not cooked thoroughly. Part of the pizza box was wet and it was awful. I m not sure if it was they just don t care or if it was because we used points and it was free (although we ordered additional paid items). Reaching a reward and using it means we are loyal customers not freeloaders. Yet, that s exactly how we felt, like we were given a free pizza but take what you get and shut up. Now this is a complaint on corporate unless it s a franchise thing it s pretty ridiculous that Pizza Hut now charges for pepper and Parmesan cheese packs. We have ordered from others recently just to see if they charged and congratulations Pizza Hut is the only one out of Papa John s, Little Cesars, Domino s and even Marcos Pizza to charge for parmesan cheese and pepper packs.

The order notes were not read correctly. I asked for no doorbell to be rung and for no knocking. The driver did both which woke up my two children. This cannot happen especially when we pay more at Pizza Hut then we would at a local Dominos.

I never leave any kind of reviews but this texas heat had me going lol. I tried to order a pizza with a coupon i just recieved in the mail.yes it was valid to! When i called they said i had to order it online, so i did and it gave me no options to either. I called back and asked for the manager he replied saying we just spoke, i let him know that i still couldnt use the coupon. All he did was offered me another special so i just hung up on him. Order my pizza from dominos let them know what happened and gave me a free pizza lol.

I accidentally ended up ordering here since there are a few Frisco locations. As expected the Little Elm location just plain does not do what is expected of Pizza Hut. I made a simple order, a Supreme well done with bread sticks. It was not well done and in fact the crust was raw, it lacked toppings and they skimped on the sauce. Is this worth $25? Get outta here when you cant follow basic directions from a large chain. You can get better pizza from the other side of town at Jets Pizza or any of the other Pizza Hut locations. This place is a complete joke and you are better getting frozen pizza from Walmart and it would actually taste better.
