My review is based on my delivery experience. Shake Shack menu is amazing, however, based on my experience today , April 29th, 2024. I will NEVER use the delivery service [Ubereats] . I will rather wait to come in person to the store when I have the time. Attached is the order I received. The Ubereats delivery person knocked on my door and waited which was off, they usually knock and leave immediately. I told him he can drop the order on the floor. When he was not leaving, I checked the app to see if I selected the delivery where my order should be handed to me. I walked back to the door and said you can drop my order on the floor. He finally did. I got my order and noticed my chicken bite was not included with my order. I chatted support using the live chat, and they apologized. As I was still chatting , I opened my box of burger and realized someone took a BITE FROM THE BURGER!!!?. Whoever ATE the burger , removed the top of the bun, ate the bottom of the bun and placed the top burn back on the burger [They probably used their bare hands to touch the burger and do this wicked act]. I immediately provided update to the live chat support. The Support I was chatting with, requested for images, of which I provided. When they saw the images and my description of my ordeal. Support initiated a refund immediately. For goodness, I tipped this ubereats $7 for a distance that is close. I have already sipped from the shake and eaten some fries. I cannot get over the fact that someone might have drank from the shake and toched the fries also with their bare hands. Also , whoever took a bit from the burger, probably also took the chicken bite. So Disgusting! Trashed the order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the best burger! It wasnt your typical run of the mill burger. The Shack Burger was fresh, seasoned well, juicy, hot and flavorful. The bun was soft but toasted inside and had lettuce, sauce and a tomato. The crinkle fries were crispy, hot and seasoned nicely. They keep the place super clean and the employees are very friendly. Its a little pricey but its worth every bite. Great location. Was on a road trip and went to a competitor and the price was not much different.

Awesome burgers! Very juicy and flavorful. One of the best burgers I ve ever had. Ordered easily from the kiosk and food was brought to us. No fountain, but can go to the counter to get your drink refilled. Only downfall was the price is high for a fast food burger. We had two double burgers, a single, one plain fry, one cheese fry, and two drinks. Total was just about $60. While the price is high it really was an amazing burger.

Forget about trying to eat inside this establishment during the summer. AC doesnt work in here. Food is delicious but if your the owner please invest in getting your AC fixed. Sweating while eating burgers is done only outside in picnics, not indoors while paying for higher than average prices for burgers. Its one thing if we have at least some air circulating but we couldnt even get that.

Parking is not convenient, nearest parking was .45 miles away, walked outside in 101°F heat with no shade. The cheese burger was a rustic version of a Burger King flame broiled. The taste was mediocre. The cheese on the cheese fries was solid and coated the fries like a solid 1/4 inch of Bondo on a 1974 Firebird in the backyard by a 17 year old. The beer was forgotten and had to be requested half way through the meal and receipt shown that was printed out and delivered with the order. The chicken nuggets were a rustic version of chick fil a. Three adults, 1 sandwich, one burger, one fries, one chicken nuggets, no sides, two Cokes, one beer. $75+

Shake Shack is a NY-based, modern-looking upscale burger concept with freshly cooked food and an unconvincing price tag. It offers takeout or dine-in and has a walk-up window. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, but make no mistake it is fast food, with counter service and self-service condiments, etc. The food is on par with Five Guys, so if you like a gourmet burger, this is an excellent fast option. Food aside, the price is steep, costing nearly $20, plus the suggested tip, in north Houston, which is pretty expensive compared to other options. Even though you order at a kiosk and interact with no one, you are asked to tip on your already costly meal, which somehow feels wrong. While I like the food, its not my first choice because the quality and service are not worth the premium price. It may be worth the treat if you are at the mall already and have some extra cash.

The food and prices cant be real. I cant believe a half of sandwich was $7 and up. Prices definitely dont match the amount of food. My son was in from the navy and really wanted to try this. He was so so so disappointed. Even the drinks were gross. The lemonade was watery. The Sprite tasted like seltzer AND the total was over $80. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food because again this just cant be real. The one saving grace was the shake... NOTHING else was worth the money.

I didnt know anything about this restaurant until I found myself meeting its founder, Danny Meyer, but my experiences have been very good, the burgers are a perfect size, there are different drinks in the place. It is in a very convenient location just outside the Woodlands Mall. The price is also reasonable, I dont have a photo but my experiences have been good.

This place is a big disappointment. The place looks nice and inviting. Once you go inside, there was a long line but they have several iPads where you can place your order. where do i even begin, i was employed here for almost a year and i can confidently say, do not eat here. poor hygiene in the kitchen (barely any washing hands or changing gloves including if theres an allergy the guest has unless you get lucky someone who cares about their job makes the food. touching raw meat and not changing gloves either). they make fun of almost all the guests that come in and complain about having to attend to them or do any remakes. for example, if you asked for your order togo but they prepare it for dine in and you ask them to please make it togo theyll talk badly about you and trash talk you behind your back and then smile in your face and say have a nice day. the restrooms are filthy and the high chairs never get cleaned, theres trash everywhere outside and the trash cans exploding with trash all the time. the dining area is always filthy, chewed food and discarded food and trash all over the floor all day, they only sanitize the tables if theres a visible mess but not if the last 10 people that sat there cleared their dishes. it is a cesspool of bacteria and horrible attitudes.

The locaton at the Mall has been hit and miss for some time. Our last visit, we ordered double cheeseburgers, and the meat was bright pink and not cook all the way through. There was loud music in the food prep area and different loud music in the dining area which was very distracting. I recently visited Shake Shack in The Woodlands, with high hopes, but sadly, the overall experience left much to be desired. Let me start by acknowledging the positives - the cheese fries and lemonade were pretty good! However, any positivity was quickly overshadowed by a concerning incident involving a burger we ordered. In the midst of enjoying our meal, we discovered two steel bristles, possibly from a grill brush, embedded in the meat of my sisters burger. This was not only unappetizing but also incredibly dangerous. We immediately brought this issue to the attention of the cashier, who offered an apology and promptly had a new burger made. Unfortunately, the manager didnt make an appearance to address the situation, which left us feeling disappointed in the restaurants response. The cashier did hand my sister a coupon for a free burger, which, given the gravity of the situation, felt a little insufficient (imo). The incident left us feeling a little paranoid and honestly we weren t able to fully enjoy the rest of our meal, since we were worried about the possibility of encountering another steel bristle. Considering we spent over $53 on three burgers, two drinks, and two fries, it felt a little on the pricey side and the overall experience fell far short of our expectations. In conclusion, while the cheese fries and lemonade were highlights, the careless oversight that led to the presence of steel bristles in our meal and the restaurants lackluster response left a negative impression. We had hoped for a better dining experience, but unfortunately we are not sure if we will be returning.

I will start with the good: our food was hot and fresh and our drinks were cold. The burger I ordered was good and the fries were crispy. Now for the bad: upon entering it was very busy with only one register open. You can order yourself using kiosks if you choose. We had to clean our own table. The food itself is very expensive. A single meat burger is $7 and normal fries are $4 and a small fountain drink is $3. The burger itself was very small. I would compare it to a junior size at a fast food restaurant. I ordered spicy cheese fries. The spice was good but the cheese was very heavy and very fake cheese like. They do have gluten free buns. Overall, I agree with others. Was the food good? This is dumbest customer service experience I have had , I am a repeat customer that will never go to back again . Went in to order on the point of sale , 2 of the POS were out of order the other two were selectively letting order through and were both giving errors Basket Out Of Sync. After waiting for over 30 mins to order , I made an order and was telling the cashier that the machine is not working , she said Rudely No it is , I told no its not me and 3 other families could not place and order it is not working , she said No Its working , I told her no it definitely not my order would have went through if it was working , she cuts me off just says $47. Honestly It doesnt matter if your food is good or not if your customer service is terrible and your staff is not trained , and almost zero customer service skills , Customer is always right especially if your machines are defective and an idiot is running your store for you. August 20 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm , find the person who was working and train them or replace them and Fix your machines.

We loved the Avocado Bacon Burger! It was incredible in flavor. Simple enough but done well. Lots of Avocado on the burger, which was a plus. Young guy taking the order was one of the nicest people weve dealt with. Lastly, the Oreo Funnel Cake Shake with chocolate whip cream (why dont people use this type of topping more?) was a perfect end to the meal. This place is an easy recommend from us!

Sometimes this location is fine and makes good food, just be careful close to closing. They seem to run out of ingredients. I knew they ran out of tomato but they should have said they were out of lettuce too if they were only going to put a singular shred.

Visiting a Shake Shack is always a pleasure! As always, an absolutely clean branch with great, friendly and helpful staff. The burgers were super tasty and are simply the best you can get in a chain. Really great! Beautifully tasteful and high quality. Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian burgers. Very tasty and very good! Dietary restrictions: Some burgers could be quite spicy. Parking: The parking spaces are next to a mall and you have to go through it first. Kid-friendliness: Childrens series are playing on a television. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is nice and flat and really easy to access!

I love the burger, non greasy, the bounon burger taste is unique. Atmosphere is fairly well, I fi d it warm inside, like it was 78 or even 80 degrees,. The restrooms are clean and floors mopped ,With toilet paper inside. I like the table tennis space outdoor. All in all it was a great experience and price is very reasonable. Most of all my kids and my wife loved it.

I ve always heard that shake shack was a great fast food place similar to in-n-out and whataburger. I found out that one opened in The Woodlands so I went to try it out. Positives: food was good, staff seemed friendly, and the place looked nice. Critiques: the location is terrible. There is no easy way to get to it besides parking far away and walking a good distance. I went at 2:30pm on a Tuesday and since it is by the mall I still had to park at the top of a parking garage and walk there in 100+ degree heat. This is not an easy place to just go grab a burger to go. I thought about picking up my dog one of their doggie custard things but didn t because it would ve just been soup by the time I reached my car, let alone got home. And the prices are outrageous! I paid $25 for a burger, spicy fries (no cheese, just the seasoning) and a root beer float. I paid premium restaurant prices for a fast food quality meal. I m wondering if all shake shacks are this expensive, or if it is just this location. I wonder if because they picked a location in the middle of other overpriced chain restaurants by the mall, they thought they could get away with with hiking the prices up. Obviously it s working, because I just paid that premium. But because of the location and prices, I probably won t be back. The food is not worth it. If I want a fast food burger I will go to in-n-out or whataburger. If I want to go to a restaurant for something big and fancy, I will go to hopdoddys. And all of those places have way better locations. It s a shame because with more accurate pricing that reflects the product being served and a better location, this place could be a big hit.

The restaurant was super busy upon arrival, we tried to reserve an area for my daughters birthday but was informed that they are too busy to do so unless outside. Well, thats not an option in this Houston heat. We were able to gather together just fine on the inside one the crowd moved out. I tried the shake stack, it was delicious. Quite a bit cheesy though. So if youre not a cheese fan, try the shack burger. The flavor in the patty was good. Some might say its a small burger, but it was filling for me. I also ordered the cheese fries. They were good as well. All my food came out hot. I tried the oreo funnel cake shake. It was different, yet delicious. The staff was nice and provided excellent customer service. Thats always a plus in my book. I cant wait to try this place again.

The food was yummy, some of the best crinkle fries around. The burger was really good and made fresh. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the price, over $35.00 for two burgers, two fries, and two bottled waters. The strawberry lemonade was an afterthought and good but pricey. But it is one of those places you have to try at least once in your life. We did not get any custard, so maybe thats where the greatness is hidden. The customer service was excellent, though.

I took my family here for the first time for Fathers day and it was horrible experience. The food was over priced for what you got and everything was priced separately instead of offering combo options. I paid $50 for two regular burgers, a grilled cheese sandwich, 2 fries, a shake and a fountain drink.. The portions were small as well. The restaurant was very hot inside you would figure for what theyre charging for their food they could keep the place cool inside. We definitely wont be back.
