Erins professionalism and knowledge was also laced with kindness and compassion in our particular difficult situation. My husband & I had prepared our own will through Legal Zoom. Com. Erin added important verbiage and documentation that we had failed to include but needed at the end of our lives. I never thought in a million years I would be face with unexpectedly losing my Husband so early in life. As well as having to go through all the legal linguistics of probate. My family has used the legal services of Erin Lucke for several years now. Amongst other things, she has done mine and my wifes will, as well as power of attorney ( medical and durable) for my wife, myself and my mother. I never realized how crucial those documents would be until my elderly mothers health begun to fail. Having to take over my mothers affairs, due to illness, I had to present these documents to financial institutions, realtors, title companies, medical facilities and more. The documents were meticulous, specific and professionally drafted. Not even once did I receive any push back, and in all instances was able to act on my mothers behalf in all matters financial, medical and otherwise.
