Went here this past weekend. Store was basically empty during the lunch rush- weird. Vibes were bad- Emoloyees seemed to be in bad moods. They weren t like rude but you could tell they were unhappy. Ordered pick 2- wild rice soup & the strawberry poppy salad now with more chicken . It said on the menu. Waited about 10mins for the order. Get called and they told me I had to choose a new soup because they did not have the wild rice. Okay thats fine. Got mac and cheese instead. Waited about 5 more minutes for our food. Got my salad, absolutely 0 chicken in the salad. It was disappointing experience at this location. But as far as I understand the entire franchise is going under so its to be expected as corporate makes disappointing changes.

Wow, what happened to this location? It s dingy inside and out. The pick up door has busted glass and looks about a hundred years old, but not in that cool it has character way. Inside, everything feels dirty and tired. My pickup order was 20 minutes late despite the restaurant being dead. There were three employees. One seemed to understand her job; the other two, not so much. The food was fine, though. So at least there s that. I won t be coming back unless they get some new management and turn things around.

The 1st time I came here, I had an above average experience. The 2nd time was terrible due to them closing early but most notably - because one of the gentlemen, who I came to find out was a mid level manager, straight up tried to deceive me, or gaslight me, or something - in my opinion. Instead of owning his decision to close early & being truthful. I also never received my requested call from the GM. However, I decided to call one more time & I m so glad I did!! LYNN, the assistant GM, came to the rescue. She is amazing!! She was actually interested in hearing what happened & promised to address the issue with the GM. She listened with care & when I called back the situation seemed to have been addressed appropriately. I am generally SICK & TIRED of people in the service (keyword: SERVICE) industry that (especially post-Covid, seemed really rare before) make it seem like they are doing me a favor by doing their job & being at work and/or seem generally miserable to be at work. As far as I m concerned, all of these mediocre people can ultimately be replaced by robots (which will happen at some point), if they can t rise to a better level of human interactions. It will increase sales exponentially. A robot won t close early & try to gaslight me about it. A robot won t get your order wrong (see, other reviews), etc. I know service - I cut my teeth working at Nordstrom back in the day. Lynn - she can t be replaced by a robot. She seems like a true leader. She embodies the excellence that human interactions can bring & is a value to this store, even if they have their issues based on the multitude of terrible reviews. I am greatly appreciative of being able to have met & interacted with her & will continue to go to this location in the future solely because of how she handled the situation. I edited my 1star review & made it 5stars based on my experience with Lynn. I now recommend you giving this place a try - but be crystal clear of what you want & do not have too high expectations as you may get disappointed - unless you encounter Lynn. She is a gem. My experience was below average from the cashier at 1p.m. Saturday, June 1st. I was not greeted, nor was I asked to take my order. And when does a small drink cost $4? The cashier was extremely prejudice and didnt want to do her job as a customer service host. Training is in order for her to treat all people with respect. Terrible experience

Absolute worst Panera location. Loud and childish staff, dirty floor and tables (not busy at all) and both the chicken noodle and broccoli cheddar soups had been sitting hot back there for so long they were brown and the broccoli cheddar soup was literally chunky and it wasn t chunks of broccoli! Not sure what s up with management there, but not typical Panera quality. NOTHING about that place is pleasant. So awful, I ll be reaching out to corporate:

If I can give this location 0 stars, I would be. The first time I came there, I had a very bad experience with their staff. The staff needs to be well trained, before they can serve the customers. I will say they are confused, bewildered, and looked sleepy with tired. I ordered a bowl of salad and tomato basil and already paid 22$+5$ tip. After we took our salad then while we waited for our next order then I took our order after I checked the order I asked them I dont think this is my order but the staff from the kitchen told me yes it is your order. (Like I said I dont eat at the Panera bread much so I dont know what to expect) I asked again( Are you sure?) then she said yes it is. There was 2 small mac N cheese with 1 small other soup with 2 small chicken sandwiches. After 5 min a guy came over and asked for his order then they said his order already pick up. Then other staff( who got our order) whispered with that guy then he stared at us like . Made us very uncomfortable with the way he looked. When we finished our meal I came over to the count and asked if we had to pay the difference, the other one said no you dont have to pay but the other one came and said; yes you do have to pay. I said yes I dont mind that but just want to let you know that wasnt our fault. Finally, we had to pay an extra 50$ and a total of 77$ for our meal at The Panera Beard for 2 people LOL. Just very very disappointed and dont mind paying but I feel really not respectful. They should be more professional .

We ordered from this location using ubereats, instead of the College Park location. That place has gone sooo downhill. The turkey chili we got last night was delicious, nice and hot, and the bread that came with it was soft. Perfect when youre looking for a bit of comfort food. Hope this location stays nice. While I like Panera Bread, this location is old and dated. The tables, chairs, carpet, counters etc is old old old. The place desperately needs to be renovated. I ordered half a sandwich, which was app $10 it was less than 2 bits and gone. I know we have information, but come on. Parking: Good luck getting a parking spot close to the restaurant. The lot is super full because of The Woodlands Mall entrance.

I really miss the Panera of the past. Its just not the same.. service was ok, my bagel sandwich was mediocre, and I dont understand how a bagel sandwich and coffee is $12. I ordered delivery for lunch directly from panera website and there ended up being a MAJOR issue with the person who was delivering(Doordash). Not only did they hang up on me and then ignore my calls back. They put our food on a bench somewhere that i didnt recognize around where I work? I ordered at 11:30. We got fresh new food around 2 from a different driver. Although it was a nightmare, I want to thank Kayla who was so patient and kind with me! She helped solve everything at panera. I come through the drive through at this location about once a month. My visit on Monday March 21 was extremely pleasant due to Jerry M. working at the window. The menu had fogged up because of the rain and she helped me figure out the name of the drink I usually get. I sometimes forget about my loyalty card but she asked before I thought about it. She was extremely pleasant and cheerful. What a pleasure to not be shuffled through the line and on to the next person yet receiving my order correctly done in a timely manner. I hope she gets to train people in great customer service.

This has always been a favorite place for lunch when shopping at the mall. I came last week and chocked it up to an off day. I ordered the same thing hoping for a better result. I came back today and it is just as dirty as it was before. Food all over the floor, tables and chairs. Beverage station has trash all around and under it. The dining area was empty and every table was dirty from previous diners. It was 12:30 and a girl came out and cleaned a few tables. A few more people trickled in and some sat at dirty tables. They took my favorite Thai chicken salad off the menu and replaced with a sesame Asian salad. It had no flavor and filled with the cores of the lettuce stalk and little green. They were also turning red from age. The Napa chicken salad was watery and my bread was soggy by the time I got to it. I have never had such a poor experience. I don t normally leave reviews but this place can do so much better. Not sure I will ever come back to this location with so many other choices. No wonder it is empty in here on a Saturday.

Placed an order for delivery. Received my order with my bread just thrown in the bag was not even wrapped or inside the smaller bags that containted my order, but the large bag to carry the smaller food bags. Ordered soup and sandwich didnt receive my turkey chili called to let them know and the person on the phone actually said , what do you want me do you want me to do about that. If getting take-out, leave someone in car and stay along curb as take-out spots often filled by shoppers who dont read signs. There are some very friendly staff- one remembered what I ordered when I only come in about once a week. At peak times, seating may be almost full inside, but there are a few outside tables.

Cathie was great, very customer friendly & cheery. I d give 5 stars because of her but Panera doesn t deserve it since the window on their front door has been broken for months and they clearly don t care to fix it. I ll change this to 5 stars once it s fixed.

Went there at 8:15am. The OJ was warm and they had ONE croissant. 15 minutes after they open and only one croissant? How is that possible? It was good though. The bagel was decent.

There was around 3 customers in the place and 6 associates plus a manager. WORST service ever! Ordered 3 Cinnamon rolls paid and sat down to wait. 25 to 30 minutes later I get up go to the counter and asked how difficult is it to get 3 Cinnamon rolls out of the case?? I will never go there again and my wife office is next to it so I will tell her about the incident.. the low star rating of a 3.9 explained tons. Close it down and open a taco joint there maybe then it might learn how to take care of a customer instead of ignore them.

I visit this location multiple times during the week as I work in the mall. I ve never had a bad experience. The restaurant is always clean and employees are very friendly. Gavan is the best. He always greets with a smile and takes the time to let me know what my available offers are at pos. Gavan is a asset to this location. I highly recommend the oatmeal and blueberry muffin.

I have been to Panera bread before, but this is my first time at this location and sadly my last. I was there from 3:00 p.m. to close which was 5:00 p.m. and not a single worker came by my table to ask if they could take any dishes off of my table as they have the customer surrounding me. When I asked, politely, what time they closed because of the holiday, I got a quite rude response from an employee. I am not that big of a fan of Panera bread and this store has made me less of a fan.

Staff was great! However, someone should have closed this location until the AC was fixed. I noticed after I put my order in that it was hot and sticky in there. I cant believe Panera had their employees working in that environment. Not impressed!
