Update: I sent an email to the response to my review and never heard anything back. Assuming it s an automatic thing to make it appear they are trying to fix issues. We ordered delivery and were notified it was out for delivery at 6:15. At 6:18 the DoorDash driver they used called and told me he was locked out of his car with the pizza inside. I called the store to ask for the order to be remade so we weren t waiting while the driver waited for triple a to get him in his car. The person on the phone told me to wait 25 min and call if we didn t have our food. We waited 30 min and called again. The driver was still not able to get in his car. At which point I asked for a refund since the pizza couldn t be delivered and had been sitting in a car for over 30 min. I was told I could only receive a credit. Once I was able to talk to a manager he offered to remake the pizzas but it was too late at that point and we didn t want to wait another hour. He said he would refund the order but an hour later the order was falsely marked delivered even though we didn t receive anything. I saw this morning the charge went from pending to charged so he did not cancel and refund the order like he said. I am disputing the charge with my bank at this point as we never received our pizza.

This most recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered wings and a supreme pizza, and it practically had no pizza sauce on it. My stepson, who eats up everything at my home, said that it was dry and nasty. I usually dont have any issues at this location, but it does make me wonder if they change the quality of the food based on whether you tip or not on the app. I will have to ask them if the cooks see that information when an order is placed on the app. It is very possible that he just made a mistake with mine that day. But it does make me wonder...

I was picking up a Doordash order and waited 45 minutes. The people in the back did not give two craps about the customers in front. Would not answer the phone. Found out my order was ready 30 minutes into waiting but I could not get anyone to come up front so that I could get said order. Very disappointed. Nearly cost me my pay.

Stay far away from this location. The cashier was not only unfriendly but downright racist. My boyfriend went to pick up the pizza, he told her my name, she said it would be 10 minutes even though the app showed it had been ready for a few minutes. Then 3 times after that she called him Pablo and he kept telling her that was not even his name and told her my name which was on the order. The third time she realized that my pizza had been ready the whole time and was in the warmer, gave him the pizza. When he brought it home, the pizza looked good but that was the most disgusting set of breadsticks I have ever tasted. They looked burnt and mostly unseasoned, and the taste of cinnamon was absolutely overpowering. I have never not eaten my whole breadsticks order but I could not even stomach one. Plus they were oddly sticky. The pepperoni pizza also tasted of cinnamon.

First of all this location I have been buying pizza from ever since I moved to Crowley three years ago and its been delicious every time. A little hiccup happened I was given BBQ wings instead of hot. But my bad for not checking before I drove home. Still delicious. One oopsie in three years thats crazy impressive. We will not be back at this location ever and I have reported this to corporate. My husband went in to get our order tonight and waited over 15 mins. We were missing our sauces we paid for. And to top it off the cheesesticks taste like chemicals. Considering Im pregnant Im definitely not happy. And my husband could taste the chemicals too. Will never come back here and will make sure to not recommend this location.

Placed my order at 7:31pm, showed time to be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at 7:55pm and my order was not ready yet, waited another 10 minutes in my car then went back inside only to be told they were JUST NOW starting my order and it would be ready in 8 minutes. Went back in 15 minutes later and STILL NOT READY. After another 10 minutes of waiting INSIDE so they wouldnt forget me my order was FINALLY ready. Complete disaster April 26, 2024. Supposed to be ready in 17 minutes but it was more like an hour and a half which would have been fine had they told me that when I ordered rather than havng wait more than an hour watching employees stand around. It was a pickup order placed online, it was ready, fresh and hot at the appointed time. I have used this location for many years, even with others closer. They have always done me right.. would say the best Pizza Hut in the Crowley, Burleson and South Ft Worth area. Parking: About 16 spaces, shared with a gym, luckily on weekends not many people at gym during my visits. Wheelchair accessibility: Persons with mobility issues can use this place.

I dont know whats going on at this location, but we had this problem before already - Ive asked these guys to please bake my pizza extra well for it to be toasty and they seem to not listen, the dough at times seems more raw then done. Told my wife this time around I aint coming back. Pizza Hut was our top favorite, but not any longer. Parking: Kinda tough to find a spot on the weekends when its loaded at this location.

The food was good but the delivery driver was so rude and creepy. He didnt even say hi or anything, he looked at me like he wanted to punch me and didnt even say thank you or have a good night. He never said one word to me. I know I did not tip well but at least I tipped. I hope I never get him again, I have never had such a rude and horrible delivery experience.

Pizza Hut in Crowley had a delivery driver that called me nasty names and taunted me every time I went into the store. He is short, handle bar mustache, wore sunglasses at night. They did nothing to him. I will never go into a Pizza Hut in this area because they all have the same regional manager.

It was one of those times when it gets close to closing time and everyone is ready to go home (totally understandable)! but youre STILL open for business and people are STILL spending their money! Really bad experience overall. Im overly sensitive to red sauces and I cant eat them so I asked four times if the pizza was on red sauce because it looked like it. The cashier was not able to communicate with me in any intelligible way and the other staff members seemed disinterested in helping in any way, shape, or form. I placed an order online for delivery. The food arrived and the food was totally not presentable AT ALL. I took photos to submit to cooperate because I will not let this go. So I had to get out of my bed and drive to the location for my order to be fixed correctly and the staff on duty was completely unapologetic and nonchalant about this issue. I will make sure to post this picture and tag the location this is not the first time this has occurred and been brought up. Nothing is never done, if you don t like your job then quit simple. Contacted cooperate with this because why pay for a delivery service and you still have to leave to go back to the store for the order being messed up. That location needs another staff those that take their job seriously. Jenny is the staff member name. Then on top of that while in the store waiting on my order, jenny gave out the wrong pizza to another guest and they brought it back in after noticing it wasn t their order, jenny then opened the pizza again and decided to just place the pizza in the warmer for it s correct owner whenever they arrive. Instead of just making it fresh after been opened numerous of times causing cross contamination I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The entire staff needs to be fired!

Decent pizza shop for take out or delivery only. There is limited parking and prices are pretty high so I definitely reccomend pick up compared to delivery. Average delivery service, and in person seems to be a bit better. Store has an ear splitting buzzer every time the door opens which needs to go, but otherwise its a pretty standard Pizza Hut.

I just had 2 pizzas delivered from the Crowley, Tx location and when I tell you they were the most absolute beautiful and delicious pizzas that I have ever seen. The veggies were fresh and the meats were extremely flavorful. There was an abundance of toppings and they were placed so evenly and artistic like on each one. I thought they brought me the pizzas from the commercials! Shout out to whoever made these pies because they deserve a raise, seriously. The chances of this happening again are slim so I wanted to make sure I captured this moment. Fyi, this is not a joke nor is it a paid advertisement

Ordered pizza for my family. And the pizza had pieces of black plastic. I don t know if it s your tray or what. When I called about what I had on my pizza the guy Zion wasn t very helpful. And didn t not want to give me a full refund for the pizza that had the plastic. Which was $18. He wanted to give me $10 then hung up on me twice. I called from a different number and he said the manager Xena could not come to the phone. Very unhelpful. Then hung up on me again. Ended up getting a call back from someone named Dylan who was very helpful. But overall horrible experience, both pizzas had a weird taste to it. Not ordering from this location again.

This little Pizza Hut does a consistently good job. Folks may want a fancier pizza from some places, but the price often comes with it. For $10 bucks the Tastemaker is a nice occasional break. I order it online and theyve always had it ready and bring it to the car. Its hot, plenty of toppings, and just the right thing for dinner and leftovers.

If I can rate this location a zero I would Tried to Order a pizza at this location for 2 large pizza and a order of wings put my order in at 2:14 said it would be ready by 2:40 at 2:40 when I came in was told it wasn t ready and was barely getting put in then 10 more minutes pass and was told there was orders ahead of ours and it was going to take a few more minutes once it got close to 3 it still wasn t ready so no wings or pizza told the lady at the register I was just going to cancel because we keep getting told one thing then another and the order was put almost 45 min ago and still nothing and her response was she only had 1 pizza done and it wasn t ready when our order was put at 2:14 had to walk out with nothing and the staff could seem to care less

All of pizza was not hot and fresh on arrival it seemed like the pizza had been sitting under a warmer all day very mediocre pizza also one of the thin crust I ordered was not thin the crust was very weird looking it didn t look like a hand tossed dough either it tasted horrible definitely was not thin crust it just overall was horrible experience with Pizza Hut the pizza seemed like frozen pizza very disappointing I wasted my Pizza Hut rewards points on free pizza that just wasn t good

Make sure my food is made per the details on my order. Also, numerous guys with very long hair were working in the back cooking pizza with no hair tie or hair net when I went to go pick up. About half of them had their masks on.

I was frustrated from moving and all. I hate Computer iPhone system. Have no patience for it. I called this place three times trying to get a real person. Finally Blake, the driver answered. he was super amazing. I almost hung up, but he was the best and if itd been somebody else with the usually I dont care attitude, I wouldve hung up and gone somewhere else. I have not ordered a pizza for about 3 1/2 years. Back then you got a real person right away and you got your order within 10 minutes! And the pizza was delicious. Thanks guys!

The pizza guy who delivered was wonderful. But it took nearly an hour for the pizza to even be started and then when I tried to call I was on the phone waiting to speak to someone for 45 minutes. When I finally did get through I was speaking to a call center. Why on Earth does Pizza Hut need a call center? Will never order delivery again. I prefer to deal with people that actually know what s going on with my food. If I could have gone to pick it up myself I would have, but I couldn t.
