Me and my boyfriend went in the other day. We loved that we could sit anywhere we wanted. We also loved how they already have silverware and mugs along with coffee creamer and jelly waiting at the table. Service was excellent. The caramel ice coffee is absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back again!

Very deceiving from outside. I thought this restaurant was small inside. NOT!! Very spacious and clean with comfortable seating for all. Very pleased with this restaurant . The first time had ever eaten at a Jimmy Eggs. The picture is worth a thousand words. The Western Omelet, was probably 1.5 eggs worth. A teaspoon each green bell pepper, onion, and ham. The menu said two sides. I had chosen mash potatoes w/flour gravy and sausage paddies. I ended up pay for them as extras. Orange Juice, Coffee. I will never eat at this restaurant again. $22.69. Toooooo Expensive. For this B.S. breakfast.

First of all, they straight up told me they forgot to make my burger. When I finally got it, I was extremely disappointed in the amount of fries I was given. You can get more fries in a McDonalds kids meal for crying out loud. Why give me such a huge plate if youre gonna skimp out on the food. And then have the audacity to give me the burger with the bun open to try to fill up the empty space of the huge plate. To make matters worse, the burger itself was not good. The daves double from Wendys is better, which is where I should have gone in the first place tbh, but I wanted to try out a new restaurant for once. Wont be coming back again unless its against my will

The food was good. Service- not so much. They were not busy at all however, my to go order came out before my dine in order did. Pancake was supposed to come with my meal but I was almost done with my meal by the time I got the pancake and thats because I had to ask for it again. Waitress brought over check and it took her several minutes to come back. We watched her the entire time goofing around with other staff. Ended up being late back to work.

We came and sat at the bar and had breakfast. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The pace of the kitchen staff was good and upbeat. The delivery of the food was on time, positive and pleasant! Staff seemed to like their job as well as their co-workers. Changed the order up today to keep everyone on their toes lol. As usual the staff came through with flying colors. Had the Ultimate Pancake Breakfast and eggs over easy with hamburger steak and sliced tomatoes! Great service food time was a little longer than normal but I think that was because it was rather busy from the time we got there until we left. Food came out hot and fresh. Our Server Heidi was Awesome. These folks know how to take care of their customers. It s a shame some people don t have patience and expect instant gratification! This is the best place in Temple to get Breakfast or Lunch! If you think you had to wait a minute for your meal here you should try some of the other places in town! Wheelchair accessibility: I have never seen a problem with handicap accessibility. Staff go out of their way to make everyone welcome and comfortable

Just horrible today. I took my husband, my dad, my daughter and my two grandkids there for Brunch. Yes they were busy being Fathers Day and we waited 45 minutes to be seated. That was understandable. After being seated we placed our order. 30 minutes later the orders for our table began to come out....not at the same time. 2 out of the 6 orders (one childs meal and one Sr meal) were correct. I ordered a 3 egg omelette that came with 2 sides. My 2 sides were white toast and a mini stack of pancakes. I got served the omelette only which did not have the ingredients I ordered. The orders that had sausage didnt get their sausage until the table was done eating what they did get. I didnt get my toast until after I finished my omelette. Never got the pancakes. My granddaughter wanted waffles and was served pancakes. My husbands french toast was cold to the touch upon being served. Was not offered any kind of retribution for any of it. And I will not be taking my family back there. Busy or not there is NO EXCUSE for not serving the entire meal....and screwing up over half the orders and then making it seem like they did nothing wrong (the waiter tried to tell me I never ordered the pancakes when the entire table heard me order it as one of my sides).

The food was delicious. The waitress was friendly and polite and restaurant was clean and spacious. I was at Jimmy s Egg this past Sunday and foolishly left my card in the tray. I won t go through the details of what happened to my card for at this time I am still dealing with all this at my bank. This is a very serious matter. But someone there at this establishment appears to be capable of getting card numbers off cards. Please beware!!!!

Nothing to rave about at this location. We love Jimmys egg and went out of our way to find one. Horrible service response time!! We were seated quickly due to being one of the only customers and a please seat yourself sign. But they turned the sign around to wait to be seated and poor older couples were ignored repeatedly for loooong periods of time. Their excuse was that they didnt have a hostess... SO TURN YOUR SIGN AROUND!! Many waitresses talking up a storm and meandering around. I had a hard time enjoying my food because of how poorly this place was run. Coffee was always cold because waitress didnt offer more. So maybe pick a different location.

Order took forever (wasn t started on time to begin with) with only four tables in the restaurant. One of the four tables had to get up out of their seat to ask for assistance. The order I was waiting on was sitting in the window for at least five minutes and I had to ask for someone to check on it in order for it to be bagged up. UPDATE: So, after a few months, we went back, hoping things had changed. Sadly, it has not. I dont know if they changed management, or cooks or what, but eesh. If you cant cook over medium eggs, say you cant cook them. Its ok. Its no wonder yalls restaurant was pretty empty. Between rude service and bad food, it wont be long, and a for lease sign will be up. Can you see me? I can see you... too bad the many waitstaff that was there couldnt see us. BUT they saw the two tables that came in behind us. After 15 minutes and 3 waitstaff walking right by us multiple times, we left. Sad yall dont want to make money.

Waaaaay better then Dennys or IHOP. I came in only a few minutes before they closed and they treated us as if it was still mid shift, I work nights and its really hard to get up before 2pm even on a day off I even told them id take my food to go if that would help them close and they said that it was absolutely fine and served me anyways, they were super respectful and nice, and the food was absolutely delicious and filling for a good price. Love this place! However the temple, tx location has a septic issue!!! You can t serve food in a cess pool. So disappointing bc I love going there. Every week I ask the staff when it s going to get fixed. The poor staff has been putting hot water to try and remedy the issue. The owner should be on top of this!!!

The food is not what I remember from the last few times we have visited. I rmeeber the food tasting fresh and homemade and today, the bacon tasted like a package of frozen bacon that had been sitting under a warmer lamp too long. The hashbrowns I remembered as full thick cut fresh potatoes tasted like frozen hash browns heated up, bland and leaving much to be desired. The pancakes and corn hash were much of the same. Very disappointed in the quality of the food. I hope they haven t pursued cheaper options at the expense of quality food. Service was great, thank you!

First off, let me tell you that this was our first time going to this restaurant and I would give them a negative star but its set up to give at least one. (So there we go!) Nonetheless, we went in on a Sunday around 11ish, it was somewhat full. Upon entering the restaurant we had to wait to be seated. My kids had to use the facilities so why not, right! lets get their hands washed. Well, when we entered the facilities both stalls were being used. In which one was the hostess which brings me to my first RED flag. <She didnt wash her hands!> Eeekk! My girls were astounded and grossed out. Well, when we exited the facilities my girls and I looked at each, looking at this young person being the one to NOT wash their hands. Well, after she handed us our menus with these dirty hands of hers, we ordered and washed our hands again. Upon being seated 5 minutes later our waitress although polite was very scattered. Not sure if it was the ambience of the place or what, but she looked as if she didnt have a care in the world. After taking our order she went to take food to another table then inputted our order. After that she stood at the counter wrapping forks and talking to other employees. An hour later, the place was somewhat emptied (and if you have been there you can see the cooks and what food is ready to be given to the patrons). Well, unfortunate for us our food was sitting at the window for 10 minutes getting cold while the waitress was still talking and wrapping silverware. When I made eye-contact with her, she looked at our food walked up to the window crossed words with the cook and decided to come and tell us that they ran out of mashed potatoes. When she told her shed have hash-brown it took another 5 minutes for us to get our meals. By the time we get our meal our food was cold! Not wanting to wait longer we ate. At that time, my daughter started eating her chicken fried steak with white gravy and finds out that the whole thing tastes like breakfast-sausage, she decides not to eat it. Instead wait on one of her sides being mini-pancakes, which havent been brought to the table. On the other side of me I had my other three kids tell me that the pancakes didnt have flavor and they decided not to eat them. At that point I was done! I just wanted to get our check and leave to never return to this restaurant. The only reason we had decided to come to this place was because it was promoted on the BeLocal as being a must visit brunch restaurant. NOPE! They are so wrong. I hope this review helps those that are looking for a good brunch location. Dont waste your money and stick to iHop.

Best breakfast Ive had in a while. Double berry short stack with bacon eggs and hashbrowns. Takeout via door dash, and it was delivered fresh and hot. Will definitely try again.
