Google does not provide enough stars, so Ill have to settle with five. Throughout the long year it took to prepare my case, Rebeccas professionalism and courtesy never wavered. She remained dedicated and composed, even when I asked the same question multiple times or sent frantic emails at odd hours. Her unwavering commitment to my case was truly commendable. The upfront costs were minimal compared to the hours of late nights she put in to ensure my case was prepared effectively, leaving zero questions for the Trustee to have to drill down on. Often, I needed help understanding the law, and sometimes, I presumed I knew how to move forward. She would patiently redirect my focus and then outline the why and how we, as a team, needed to move forward to accomplish better objectives. Rebecca knows the law and prepares her clients long before the court date. I witnessed how the Trustee appreciated her attention to detail and the relief they showed when realizing she had all her documents (and then some) ready and waiting for their evaluations. The extended professionalism the court showed her at the end of my case spoke volumes of their appreciation.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! This was the worst possible choice of an attorney. She was paid in full on Feb 15th. i was told she would file my case the end of April. She has no staff and communicates almost exclusively through emails. When you call she has an answering service. After months of waiting she determined that she doesnt have the skill to file my case because i own a small business and she prefers to give me a refund. I wasted months waiting for her to file only for her to quit on my case. Not only did she torpedo me financially she advised us to purchase new vehicles since mine were paid off so that i would qualify for chapter 7. Horrible advise!! Her solution was for me to stop my business for 6 months and then file chapter 7. That is absurd and malpractice. If i could give her negative stars i would! Buyer beware! She is extremely incompetent!!

100% the right choice, Rebecca is professional as well as personable. After Covid I just could not save my business and was sinking, at 56 I truly thought it was over. Well, although the whole process could be intimidating, Rebecca was there one step at the time. This was the only way I decided to follow to the end. Not only is she very professional, but her attitude toward me was most kind, showed lots of patience and respect. Rebecca is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and communicates clearly an effectively. She was even willing to take my case in a different district than where she was currently practicing. After I got divorced my financial situation was extremely in a bad shape. Because of my job income, I was told by couple of Bankruptcy lawyers in Houston Texas that I am not qualified to file Chapter 7. I contacted Rebecca when my parents in law needed help filing for bankruptcy due to health issues that prevented them from being able to manage their credit card payments. She was the 3rd lawyer I spoke with and I was very leary going into it. She was TERRIFIC. Very straightforward, one flat fee with no hidden costs or trying to sell us other services. She was organized, thoughtful and considerate with my in laws, and got it done with the least amount of stress. She gave us some critical advice on handling their finances is the interim that made a big difference in getting the case discharged and avoiding a lot of extra work. If you think you can do it yourself, think again. It s harder than it seems and it s well worth hiring Rebecca to guide you through the process. I highly recommend.
