Very happy with the work Mr. James R. Jones provided me with. He was very helpful and answered all of my ridiculous questions as this was a very stressful decision I made in filing bankruptcy and he was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my case was taken care of. Mr. Jones did a great job assisting me with my case. Although, we decided not to move forward with my bankruptcy case; Mr. Jones refunded me ALL of my money and provided me with alternative options to consider in efforts to help resolve my financial challenges. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking honest guidance and help with their financial challenges! Mr. Jones is GREAT!

Terrible experience, if I could give a zero score I would. Lost the case due to his negligence and he didn t bother telling me about the ruling (didn t pick any of my weekly calls) until a couple of months after! Didn t even know we had a court date. Zero star! Save yourself the headache

Jim Jones, in my opinion, is among the best of the best attorneys for family law in Montgomery County. He was very personal and professional. Jim put me at ease when I didnt really know my options or the consequences of my decisions regarding my case. After every visit between Jim and myself, I felt informed and confident. Jim was integral in helping me gain fair and legal custody of my 5 year old daughter after almost 2 years of not having custody of her. I would absolutely recommend Jim to any parent in Montgomery County that is in need of legal assistance dealing with their own personal family case.

Jim was not only my attorney, but my friend. I hired Jim a few years ago for a custody case. He was very attentive and led me in a great direction. He was very connected and knowledgeable in the Montgomery County Court System. He worked with me on a payment schedule.
