100% HALAL. Ordered one mix BBQ platter with Kafta Kebab and Chicken Tawooq plus a separate Kafta Kebab platter. Order was ready on time and the server was very friendly. The food was excellent! The kebabs were very juicy and the chicken was very succulent (as compared to many others where it ends up being dry/rubbery). The rice were very good and the hummus was very flavorful! We absolutely love this place! The portions are fantastic for the price and the food is always so delicious. We have tried the gyros, chicken shawarma, and kafta -- all of it has been amazing. We also love the fresh Mediterranean salad that comes with the platters, I wish we could just order pounds of that stuff alone. Give this restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed!

I happened to be nearby while working and found this place on Google Maps. I decided to give it a go since Im still on the lookout for a good Mediterranean place in the area. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Arabi and it was great! The meat had a lot of flavor and it was tastier and more generous of a portion than, say, the Kebab Shop. The gentleman at the register who took my order was very helpful and considerate, too. The reason why I knocked off a star though was because the place was overall kind of grimy. My table was sticky all over for some reason. And, I didnt notice it right away, but there were a pair of imprints of somebodys bare feet on the table! I can understand if maybe you need to climb on the table to change a lightbulb or something. But your barefeet?? I would be less offended if they had wiped down the table afterwards, at least.

This is the best place for Arabic food in the north Austin area!! I literally cannot recommend it enough. As an Arab who moved here from overseas not too long ago, I was SO happy when they opened their restaurant. The food is always hot, fresh and tastes delicious. My husband and I eat here at least a couple times a month, they save us on the days we both work!!

We had a chicken tawooq over rice and a chicken shwarma. We loved both of these. We will definitely come back to taste the other food from this restaurant. Chicken tawooq over rice came with chicken kebabs (tawooq), rice, hummus, one pita bread, and cucumber, tomato salad. The rice went so well with the chicken kebabs. A bite of chicken kebab and a spoon of rice together in your mouth will just give you the best taste. Hummus and pita were OK, just like every Mediterranean restaurant, nothing so special. Chicken shwarma was good as well. The sauce was well mixed with the pieces of chicken. Chicken bites were very soft. Personally I would suggest them to reduce the amount of salt in the mix that goes as a stuffing to the shwarma. But that s just a personal preference. Overall the experience was good. I rated service 4/5 as I felt like they were not very interactive. They didn t ask for if we needed any high chair as we went with the baby. So I assumed everything other than the food is self served. Rated atmosphere 4/5 because the table wasn t very clean so we had to switch tables. As the food was good I would probably revisit the restaurant to try out other items.

Falafel is crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on inside. Beef tenderloin was a bit dry for my taste, but the chicken was very moist and flavorful. The Greek salad and dressing was yummy too! Hummus had good flavor and was very smooth. Pita was soft and on the finger side, but good! Baklava is a good dessert to top off the meal.

Absolutely hands down the best halal grill in Round Rock. I go there almost every afternoon. The food is amazing. The portions generous. I want to try everything on the menu. The service is great, theyre nice and pleasant but really quiet. From the guys behind the grill to the person at the register - dont expect there to be any small talk. Of course they greet you and say thank you. But idk. I feel like they could be a bit more friendlier especially to customers they see as regulars. Like literally no ones ever spoken a full sentence to me. Maybe its a cultural thing, but it makes me feel kind of uninvited. I know the culture its not that boring and quiet. In fact its so extra and inviting. Dont get me wrong I will continue to go there daily. But I havent ever sat down to eat inside because again, Im alone and I feel really awkward. Youd think the owner or someone would ask my name and like argh its so hard to explain.. you know like you go to an Italian restaurant or Greek and they are all over you and chatting with you getting to know you and you feel warm and comfortable and feel like being there. Food isnt all about taste, its also about the experience and overall entertainment. Id eat in of I was with someone but alone, idk. The point of the review isnt about the guys that work there. Its about how amazing the food is. Almost everything Ive tried thus far is delicious. Now I think the prices are okay. The hummus is great but like a small side of it is like 6 dollars. Thats a bit high for hummus and 1 pita bread I feel. It should be like 3 dollars. The Greek salad could use some more veges feta cheese and cucumbera or olives. I felt like that by itself wasnt enough. Its not going to replace a meal its like 7 dollars I believe. But all in all guys.. this is a really good place to grab halal Middle East meals. When my family comes I will take them here. Until then Ill just grab take out from them. You gotta try it, trust me its really good. I wouldnt have spent all this energy giving them such a detailed honest review if I didnt feel like its good. They pack the order really neatly nothing is spilling over you always get silverware and some napkins. Note to owner: you need some cheerful upbeat type of people at the register. Whys everyone so serious that works there. Oh and the baklava looks so good Im gonna try it next time but Im not paying 6 dollars for one piece cmon now!! Lol Its a must go and try the food place. I don t normally care to post a review. This place has great food, but out of all my orders 30+ . Id say 50 percent of the time when delivered I m missing a key piece to the meal (hummus without pita or pita without hummus, desert numerous times ordered baklava and always get baklava roll, Oder fries don t get fries) I ve called numerous times to have this remedied but it s fallen on def ears. I d recommend this place to go and eat at for restaurant setting but be weary if you order food to be delivered expect half of your orders to be missing side items. This was a great little surprise! Sometimes the restaurants that pop up in place of one that just closed aren t that great, but that is not the case this time! We had vegan gyros with fries and everything was so tasty!! The food was still hot by the time we got it home. The pita on the gyros was perfect and it wasn t messy at all. The cheese rolls!!!! Been waiting on a good halal place in Round Rock and really Austin and this place delivers. A lot of the stuff that other places do bad, this place does well. Kofta isnt that terrible sinewy texture, pita isn t like cardboard, they have good halal cart white sauce. Everything we have had here has been great so far. Please support places like this because they don t come along very often. We regularly get the baba ghanoush, chicken tawook, and the white sauce platter, always great. Even their rice is good, which matters!

We have been ordering DoorDash delivery from here once every couple of weeks since 2022. The gyro and chicken combo over rice is our favorite with a Greek salad side order and some baklava. So far, everything has been great and consistent except for the side of hummus we sometimes order. Sometimes the hummus container is full, sometimes there is barely any hummus and sometimes they forget the pita bread that goes with it. The hummus orders are the only item that has left us disappointed.

All the meat was juicy and flavorful, the pita was soft and the perfect vehicle for the hummus. The rice was cooked well and tasted great. Baklava was crispy and sweet. Whenever I m in round rock, I make it a point to stop here. Fantastic food, excellent staff. Gyro over rice plate is my go to and their hummus is 5 star.
