First time at this place and I was a bit unsure when I learned it was connected to Texas Roadhouse. However, I have to admit that the food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The sweet tea could use some improvement though, it reminded me of Gold Peak fountain tea which Im not a fan of. The fried pickles made for a tasty appetizer with the bubba sauce. I would definitely return... they should open one in the Alliance Fort Worth area.

Genuinely my favorite place to eat. Affordable, consistent and GOOD. I just had the turkey bacon sandwich for the first time and it s making me question my normal order. It s fantastic and packed with protein. Portions are great, staff is fantastic and atmosphere is fun! 10/10 recommend :)

September 2024 We found out this restaurant chain in Waco on our way back to Big D. We decided to try it in Dallas metroplex. Texas Roadhouse is one of our favorite restaurants and we were delighted Bubba s 33 is an offshoot from the concept. The portion size is generous but the price is marked a dollar higher than Waco. The shrimp Poboys is delightful and the pizza is indeed their signature dish. We always enjoyed the side salad from Texas Roadhouse due to the chill and crisp lettuce. We have the same expectation here on the side salad. Unfortunately, the salad is not as chilled as we expected. The salad is not cold enough. Not sure was it sitting out for a while, usually a cold salad bowl is sweating when it reach the table. Not in this case. I suspected the side salad is on their daily checklists. Other than that, the crispy onion is a good twist on the side salad. Regardless, My daughter loved the pizza and the chili. The bun on the burger is soft but not dry. My wife also enjoyed our pizza. Here s my review as 5 is very satisfied. Taste 5/5 Temperature 4/5 Courteous and attentive 5/5 our server was engaged and knowledgeable. Cleanliness. 2/5 Need to check the restroom often and make sure the dinning room floor is clean. I don t want to take pictures. I believe B33 can do better. Will I returned ? Yes. Will I recommend? Yes. Parking: Good accessible parking spots.

The last couple of times that we have been there, the food was not as good as usual and the service was really poor recently. They were not busy at all and it took forever for the food and then our waiter was unattentive. We had to get another waiter to assist us. My burger was quite on the rare side.

I decided to visit the restaurant in Lewisville because there was a $10 off $30 on Facebook. The coupon didn t work online so I decided to go into the restaurant to get help. They were very nice and friendly but the coupon still didn t work after they put it in at the restaurant. server said I m sorry but the manager said that the coupon is not working. So I left the restaurant and called back to get the managers name ..that s when i was told that they got the coupon to work. Well they could have made it work while I was there but the manager didn t even care enough to come talk to me, even though it wasn t a busy time of day. So, no thanks!

Wow, what an unforgettable first visit! We were instantly wowed by the top-notch service and incredible food. Wednesday kid specials? Yes, please! And guess what? Bluey was there to snap pics with the little ones major win for the kids! On Wednesdays, it s $1.99 for kid meals and you get 2 kid meals per 1 adult entrée. The portions? Huge! Talk about value! Almost everything here is homemade, and you can totally taste the difference. Everything was so fresh! The crooked mozzarella sticks? Hands down, the best I ve ever had! I went for the Shrimp Po Boy and oh my, I m already dreaming about having it again today! My husband s burger was a flavor explosion too. And let s talk about our waitress, Nevaeh. She was an absolute gem super sweet and friendly. I m crossing my fingers she serves us every time we come back! Ps .someone give the cooks a hug too! New review! My wife and I went this past weekend and we had Andy as our server and he was hands down great! He got everything we asked for in an efficient manner, and made sure whatever we asked for he was happy to get. We customized a few things on our orders without any hesitation he was happy to make the changes. The food was flat out the best we have had there. I dont know what they have changed but service was excellent, food was better than any prior visit. We left blown away. My wife and I just kept talking about how this was a wonderful visit. I think we will be coming back pretty regularly. I almost forgot to mention they have a Monte Cristo that is not on the menu. They show some of their dishes on the TVs and we didnt see it until after we ordered. My wife saw the table behind me get one and she said she would have absolutely ordered it she said it looked amazing! We asked Andy and he said the staff havent been able to try them yet because they are in testing phase and not enough is available yet. But I will tell you if you miss the ones at that other place that shut down all locations after you grew up on their food, order it and demand they keep it on the menu if you like it! Well be getting one next time if we can! This review will have some good things to say and some things that need improvement. I have come to this location several times now and I can say the food is amazing! Everything I have had has been perfectly cooked. The chicken tenders are so tender its unbelievable. Shrimp are always cooked perfect as well. The spicy chicken is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. All the sauces are fantastic. The side salad is one of the best you will get and the prices are fantastic in my opinion for what you get. Drinks are great and at good prices. We love this place! It s so hard to choose what you want to eat because everything is amazing. Oh, pro tip, if you like fish and chips theirs is excellent but you gotta ask them to dust them in Habanero chipotle fire seasoning if you like it kicked up a notch! Now to the areas that need a little attention. Also, try to keep in mind, as I do, there are staffing shortages everywhere and I am sure this is part of the affected issue with this restaurant too. The service I have gotten every time, other than the very first visit which was about 2 weeks after they opened this location has been terrible. Most of this is directed at the main dining area. The very first time I went I sat in the bar. Service was great. In the dining room, terrible...every time. But the food is so good I can live with it. When you first get there and they ask you for your drink order if you are ordering a drink from the bar. I would suggest ordering 2 because it takes so long to get another. Well, honestly it takes so long to get the first one. It s kinda disappointing because I would order more drinks and hence they would be more profitable but they take too long to get them to the table. I again, say this is due to the lack of staff. Overall the restaurant is cool, not too loud just right, everyone is friendly but don t go expecting super-fast service just know when the food gets to the table it ll be amazing. Parking: They have a car show in the parking lot every few weeks I think and there is still plenty of parking and you get to see some cool cars.

Me along with some friends went out to try this place pretty late because it was next to us at TopGolf. Unknowingly we walked in about an hour away from their closing hours ( at no point were we informed of when walking in which would have not been a problem) We then ordered two simple pepperoni pizzas for 6 people so we wouldn t have the kitchen working extra at this point, it took them about 45 minutes to make these TWO pepperoni pizzas so we were very confused because we ordered when there was about an hour left and thought it d be out fast for both our convenience and theirs. Then the manager walks out and tells us that SHE DROPPED our pizza (while laughing as if that was a joke) on the floor, asking if we mind and giving us the option of either only getting one pizza or them making the second but we HAD to leave. Us confused because we ordered something fast in order to leave fast, were told we had to leave or get half our food because of the managers mistake, said no which apparently made the manager upset enough for her to tell us straight up If anything i m doing ya ll a favor because the kitchen is closing and I don t actually have to make ya ll anything . I m guessing she then realized her mistake and remembered she is a manager and came back with our food later which we ate some of and left. Not to mention we were not the only people here and not the last to leave but the other table was not told anything about having to leave. Our waitress was very nice and helpful (and we left a tip for her) but the manager was the complete opposite and very unprofessional with the way she acted and talked to us which is disappointing. *Horrible service from this manager*

Me and my family visited one of our favorite spots, Bubba s 33 on June 10th. We came in about 45 minutes before closing time and the restaurant was pretty much empty but we were sat with Jacob. He was so polite and attentive. I know how annoying it can be for a table to come in close to closing time but Bubba s 33 kitchen made sure everything came out hot, fresh & food quality was amazing as always! But most of all we just appreciated the fact that our server made this a great experience for us. He made sure we had everything we asked for, he made sure we were happy by the end of our visit. Ask for Jacob when you visit this location!

My brother said the burgers are tasty too. My only complaint are the servers. 2 out of the 3 times I ve experienced a server taking a long time coming back to check on the table. The last time I visited, our server didn t even bring us plates for our pizza and we had to call over a busser to get us some. I live right near Bubbas 33 I dine there sometimes after work or with my family on the weekend. I have spent time in the dining area but also dined in the bar area. The food is great and the menu has a great variety of appetizers, pizzas, and some great burgers. The bar has a broad variety of beers and/or cocktails if that is what you like. I probably enjoy the service the most as all of the servers and bartenders in the bar area are friendly and always looking to serve. They greet you immediately, take your food order, and get you your food right away. The restaurant is set up with consoles at the table so it is really east to tab out quickly if you are in a hurry. The bars always have the games on so a great place to catch playoffs or games on Sunday. I recommend as a family outing that is affordable or a great place to meet with friends or co-workers.

AMAZING!!! Definitely 10/10 Organically came to Texas road house but it was a 40 minute wait. Then saw Babbas and I m not disappointed at all. We had a great server named, Stephanie. Great personality, knowledgeable of the menu, gave us great food options, was attentive with our drinks. I look forward to my next visit.

Ive been here plenty of times, but I wanted to finally write a review for this place because it really is a great place to eat. The black bean burger is my personal favorite, although it isnt actually vegetarian even though it seems like it would be (contains fish). If youre pescatarian or omnivorous though, totally give it a try. The atmosphere of Bubba 33s is pretty much what one would expect from a sports bar, but its still pretty chill and welcoming. They have a gender neutral/family restroom for all the parents and trans/nonbinary folk out there, which is always greatly appreciated. Also, my party had a great time talking to Char, who was super friendly and down to earth. Keep up the great work Char, and everyone who makes Bubba 33s a great restaurant!

Watched the WBB National championship game here. Each table was to receive entry into their March madness sweeps. When I asked for mine, they said they only give out during men s games. What in the world? Read your own sign. Would I have won anything? Doubtful. But the customer service was terrible. Definitely won t be returning.

Moderately busy Saturday afternoon. Service was awful, but it may have just been our waiter. We asked for a couple of minutes to look at the menu, and he didnt come back for over 30 minutes. He got the order wrong and offered no apology nor did he offer to fix the mistake. We hoped that the food would help overlook the service but it was below average.

Over all I had a good experience, it was good friday- night, my wife and I were part of a party of 11. The tvs are so loud we had to basicly yell across the tables to converse. Our waitress seemed like she had too many other tables at once, she appeared to want to give her best efforts but wasnt able to. I did like the food, I had the guac bacon burger, it was pretty decent. My wife had the Philly cheesesteak and it was also decent, although the cheese was strange, not really Philly style. The price point wasnt terrible for what we got. Though I dont think I would go back any time soon.

This establishment is an incredible spot for enjoying pizza and drinks with loved ones. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and they serve very cold beer, fantastic drinks, all at an affordable price. Our host, Charlie, was outstanding, with a delightful sense of humor. Im a frequent B33s customer. They are one of my go-to restaurants, so Ive visited many of their locations. Their bone-in chicken wings are amongst the best Ive had. However, the serving received on this visit fell far short of historical norms. It was disappointing the kitchen offered them, and equally as bad the server presented them. This was brought to the managers attention. Aside from a sincere apology, the cost of this appetizer remained on my bill. Overall, its no big deal as it is a matter of principle but disappointing nonetheless. Moving forward, I will continue dining at Bubbas but avoid this location.

Wings were ok. They were a little oily. My wife loved the Nachos. Atmosphere was cool. A lot of sports tvs, and a music video tv for the music that was playing. Service was ruff. Server forgot to ring in our beers twice. The first time She said they were on the way, but you could see on the table machine that she had not even rang them in yet. But the food we had ordered 10-15 minutes after we ordered our beers was rung in. The second time we ordered near the end of our meal. We were done when She said they would be out any second. We waited another 10-15, and then all my friends gave my wife and I that awkward look of we dont really want to wait here any longer for you to drink that beer if it does show up. So we decided to just pay and go because we could see that again the beers were not even rung up in the system. As we were paying, She finally tried to ring them in, so it would not let me pay. I ran over to the bar and told them not to make them, and had her take them off so we could pay and leave. Wasted a lot of our time.

Tonight was our first visit to Bubbas 33 and what a great Friday it was. Great margaritas and service. The Manager came by checking on tables and explained it was our first time and told how impressed we were with the great service and food and drinks. What a fun and great ambiance also. Highly recommend it for some great burgers and margaritas. Kid-friendliness: Fun and friendly environment and ambience with music and cute tv shows showing pets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Bubbas 33. The food was great, served quickly and cooked to order. Our server, Mikaela, was friendly and efficient as well. As this was our first visit, she assisted us with some suggestions from the menu and also gave us some history on the restaurants beginnings. This is a great place to have burgers and a drink, and dont forget some fried pickles with their Bubba sauce! Its a delicious sauce that balances the salty vinegar flavor very well. My husband had a grinder burger. The double cheese burger with loaded tater tots. I had the blackend bleu burger with seasoned fries. We also enjoyed cocktails. I had the exotic margarita, and my husband had the blackberry smash. Outstanding! We will be back. Wheelchair accessibility: One entire side of the building. The side of the service road is all designated handicap parking. Im sure there is probably some on the front side as well, I just didnt pay attention after we parked in the handicap on the side.

Food is always consistent here. Typically get the Big Salad with grilled chicken and their lemon vinaigrette. Really good highly recommend. Had the fried fish sandwich the other day and it was good. Probably won t order again. It may have been the tartar sauce. Was missing a bit of zing that you typically would expect. Typical sports bar, but a ton of TVs which can get a bit overwhelming, but again since it s a sports bar, to be expected. Check it out.
