my elderly friend who lives here has been battling roaches and bedbugs since they moved in ( my friend keeps their place immaculate can eat off floor if not from roaches coming in from other apt through the walls ( also the elevator is constantly shutting down which is a danger to the elderly residents there if there where a fire they could not get out ) noting is being done about because it is not under the local Housing authority or directly under hud how this place has inspections and is maging to pass them is honestly beyond me this place needs to be condemmed or seriously re built/refitted

This place is full of Roaches and BEDBUGS AND MANAGEMENT DOESNT EVEN CARE. They allow anyone visit there that have addiction and anger issues.

Im a retired senior citizen & have been living at the Heritage Square apts for 4 1/2 years now. Ive found that they respond to any maintenance requests in a reasonable length of time as well as keep the grounds well maintained at all times. For the price range, Id say its one of the better complexes for a retired person to live in. Ive never had any problems with my apt or my vehicle & appreciate the security that is afforded here. Management has always been very courteous & helpful. Ive enjoyed living here.

Very nice place my sister is moving in and I feel she going to like it there and be safe i meet the manager Mr gillermo and is a very kind and caring person im happy for my sister in the future i will like to live there congrats keep up the good work
