First and foremost, I waited at the bar for someone to acknowledge me because I ordered my food online. After about 7 minutes, I had to acknowledge a waiter behind the bar to receive services! She stated my order should be out soon and someone who is in charge of online orders will assist me. As I am waiting, a Caucasian lady came to the bar and was IMMEDIATELY GREETED. At this point, my blood is BOILING! After about another 7 minutes or so, I saw a waiter come from the back with an online order and place it on the rack where online orders go, but still nobody acknowledged me. Once again, I had to ask another waiter to check and see if that was my order on the rack. Come to find out, IT WAS MINE! I walked to the car with my order, check my order was immediately walked right back into Razzoos with my order because I was missing hush puppies, I barely had any fries in my container, and the part that really irritated me is the fact my fish was so small! My containers looked like a KIDS PLATE! I informed a waiter as to why I was back and she said she would take care of it. She came from the back with almost a dozen of hush puppies and more fries. I asked her what about my fish? She proceeded to get a manager. I told the manager what my issue was and he stated that sometimes the fish does shrink and did apologize and came back with two more pieces of fish. Overall, I am glad the manager took care of me, however, the waiters need more training as well as whoever places the food in the container. I will not be back anytime soon!

My order was incorrect. My hush puppies were not fresh. I called and requested them extra crispy, which means a fresh order. They had been cooked and sitting, ain t no way! The lemon butter was so greasy my daughter and I both got sick. It wasn t even butter consistency, more like butter gravy. It looked disgusting. We tried to eat it. The photo on the online menu looked NOTHING like our food. I refuse to keep paying inflated prices for less than mediocre food. I work too hard. We decide to order out and for the amount I spent ($55) I will never order again. The one positive, the blackened salmon is my favorite but it s a meal, not just salmon.

I was very disappointed. Our poor server did the best job they could to not tell us the food comes frozen. I had higher expectations for this restaurant. Our server was great, and the atmosphere was not bad. I will not be going back any time soon. I always recommend you try it for yourself because everyone has an off day, and you may like the food more than I did.

Food was great. We got the bacon shrimp n grits fritters appetizer and it was very good. My husband got the the Cajun 2 ways with shrimp and it was also great, the fried shrimp had a light batter instead of being more batter than shrimp like other restaurants. The fries were seasoned very well. The hush puppies were ok. I got the stuffed shrimp which was very flavorful. Overall the food was very tasty. Service was good. Would recommend, just a little pricey.

Food was great! We got the fried fish with some adjustments and oysters (raw) they were as fresh as you can get in this area and they were separated from the shell making it easier and less work to eat. Great JOB! Only reason for 4 star was they gave me an incorrect item that I specifically requested. Overall great place to eat and the gentleman gave great service.

wife and i went there... let me preface my review with (I was a server and a very good one) so... the waitress was very hospitable but her food knowledge was as best fair... had a question about the menu and she had to get a manager... add 10 minutes of waiting to the dinning experience... Manager did answer food preparation questions... ordered the crab cake appetizer... it was good... a lot of breading, not much crab... im sure theyre watching the profit margin (sauce was very good but barely warm. Wife order the fried seafood combo... all the protein was WAY OVER COOKED... i had a Mahi grill dish... looked appetizing... it was very dry and again WAY OVER COOKED. Thought wed give them one last chance and ordered the bread pudding... sauce was very nice... if you threw the pudding at the window you might break the window. Waitress got lost, had to wait 10 minutes or more to get check and the dirty dishes on the table werent cleared so we were eating our desert in a sea of ! Food on a whole was a best a C. Ive eaten at this establishment in Dallas and it was a way better!

We visited here around 5 pm so we on time happy hour. I remember that my drink look yummy just too sweet so i request some lemon put in my drink then better. Service so good all people there so nice, smile and good take care. Every area in restaurant look so clean!! pikle fried if more crispy will be so perfect i think it s too soft for my order. We ordered the fish and shrimp platter and there was one piece of fish cut in half and three shrimp and a small hand full of fries. The portion sizes are way too small for the amount of money being charged. We also ordered the Cajun pasta which lacked flavor. The rice and beans were the best part of our meal.

I went to Razzoos a few days ago and I saw this gentleman working nonstop to perform his duties as a bussser . Chris was one the best busser I have seen in the restaurant industry. We went there for lunch and we were very impressed by the customer service. Personnel were very friendly and quick. Our server was Chris and since it was a our first time going there, he took the time to provide some good recommendations from the menu. We ordered the boudin balls and fried pickles, pop boy chicken sandwich, stuffed fish with rice and everything was pretty good. The atmosphere and decoration took us back to New Orleans for a minute, so it is great to have a place like that in Harker Heights. The only suggestion that we have to help make this place better is to add live music New Orleans style once a week and you will see how that will bring more customers. Once again, thanks Chris and thanks to the girl at the front for a great service.

I ve been here previously and the food is really good! Unfortunately, tonight my husband and I were promptly seated, and then promptly forgotten/ignored. After a few minutes of discussion with my spouse about what to do, I made eye contact with multiple employees (presumably management staff, based on their business casual attire) near the servers station closest to the kitchen. I was thinking at least one of those people, in lieu of the actual server for our section, would at least greet us. I was mistaken. I would suggest dropping by during off-peak times or ordering food to go, since those are the times I ve had attentive service. We just walked over to Roni s Mac Bar across the street, and now I m eating some absolutely awesome customized brisket mac&cheese!

Worst experience here from start to finish. We walked in to 3 hostesses at the hostess station, not even one greeted us when we were the only guests in the entry way. Then we were seated in the bar without being asked (normally not a big deal except we had small children with us and a family dining area that had plenty of seating open). Our waiter was slow to approach, had to be reminded of our beer order, then one keg was being changed so we didn t have our draft beers for over 20 minutes. Our appetizer was forgotten by a mistake in the kitchen, and when we told our waiter we didn t want it since our meals already arrived, another person (manager maybe? No introduction ) brought it out and said we wouldn t be charged. Once we asked for the check and a box for our child s leftovers, suddenly our waiter was friendly and expedient. Horrible service, absolutely no Cajun flavor to the food. Save your money and go where staff is welcoming and the food lives up to its name.

My wife and I were really talking about eating some good food this past Sunday (6-9-24), and chose Razzoos for dinner. So when we get there, absolutely NO ONE is in the front to greet, and we actually stood there for a bit until someone showed up. Then a young lady shows up, and she takes us to get seated. So once were seated, the next thing is to be greeted by the waiter/waitress. We were seated at about 7:40pm. During that time, we watched as countless staff walked by our table, some stopped at the bar & sat at the bar on their phones, stopping and talking to other staff, but NO ONE came to our table. Finally, at 8pm, my wife walked over to the bar where two ladies were assisting patrons and asked could we get service. One of the ladies quickly came over to the table and took our drink orders. Soon after, she brought the drinks, and took our food orders. We both ordered shrimp & catfish baskets, both sides of red beans and rice, green beans for her, and corn on the cob for me. So then we sat and waited for our food. And waited. And waited. My wife got up and used the restroom. No food. I got up and used the restroom. When I was done using the restroom, the food finally showed up. So we starting digging in, and abruptly stopped. I ate the corn on the cob. It wasnt hot, but eatable. When I bit into the red beans and rice, completely COLD. I also bit into a shrimp. Completely COLD. All of my wifes food was completely COLD. After waiting to be seated, waiting for someone to acknowledge us at a table, and the long wait for our food, we were completely done. I went over to the bar, and asked for the manager to come to our table. She asked us what was wrong, and we told her everything was cold, which she verfied. We also sat and waited for the manager as well! After the manager did not promptly show, we were outdone, and left the restaurant. We have been to this Razzoos before, and enjoyed great food and great service! However, Sunday was not the day apparently to visit this restaurant. While I was using the restroom, there was even a member of staff, SITTING on the sink where you wash your hands, on his phone! In my humble opinion, there was a lot of disorganization overall in the restaurant, and many staff were just there at work. The biggest thing is-they werent busy! If they were, we wouldnt be the only upset people that day. Very disappointed in Razzoos service & dining experience, and not sure if we will EVER return again.

Let me tell you all the story last time I was here. I ordered some food and they put mushrooms in my food when I did not ask for my food. I am highly allergic. I had to use my EpiPen and I was pregnant at the time and I had a severe allergic reaction. I winded up finding mushrooms in my food. So I wind up having to use my EpiPen I had to go to the ER because I could not breathe and then they drugged me up with so much medicine that I wind up miscarrying and I had a severe lawsuit against Sam, but I tried to be understanding with them and try to let it go, and then I try to go back into there again and they called call the cops after the waitress asked me. Why am I so strict about the mushrooms and I answered her politely and then they have to nerve the nerve to say I was criminally trespassing on the property when I was never warned about being on the property they are getting this review due to the fact that they were very rude. I was sitting there before the cops even came talking about, where your food will be here in a minute acting like everything was all cool and then had the nerve to embarrass me in front of everybody when it came down to the cops so I will be prosecuting them and I will not let go now due to the fact that they did not have enough respect that I try to forgive them now my forgiveness is gone. I will be calling my lawyer. I warning you guys. They don t always listen when you do not when you tell them do not put food that you re allergic to your food. They still will just warning people. Please be careful with going to this restaurant because they have no respect for others .

I wish I could rate this visit with negative stars this was the worst experience ever and we drove thru a tornado just to eat here our food was cold and if the stove wasn t working they should ve let us know not only did the food not meet expectations but the service was poor and the wait staff was in full force watching the tv instead of waiting on the 5 customers they had..this was a birthday dinner I definitely want the 70 dollars I spent back!

I had catfish hushpupys corn on the cobb. Fish was not fried good enough. It was soft in the middle. Hushpupys sucked. Corn on the cobb was the only good thing I ate. Sweet tea was decent. My stomach was upset 2 hours later.

Service sucks! We sat at the bar didn t get helped for 10 minutes while the bartenders chatted with other customer, they didn t even acknowledge we were here. Finally we were able to order drinks. They delivered drinks but didn t even seem to care to take our order. I had to stop them and ask if we could get appetizers. The boudin balls came out fast, but my buddy ordered oysters and has been waiting for going on 35 min we are still sitting at the bar. She took my drink didn t ask if I would like another drink it s now been 20 minutes since I finished my drink this is the worst service I ve absolutely ever seen!

I was really disappointed with the Charbroiled garlic butter and parmesean oysters. I ordered a half dozen. 4 out of the six were so small and dried up. They did have a good flavor. Horrible Juliana was very discriminatory towards me and my husband. Hours are off when we were going to order our food the entire time she s rolling her eyes and smacking her lips and rushing our ordering process. This is my first time ever being here and when Juliana got my order incorrect. I informed the extra help that brought the food out that my order was supposed to be this and instead was this. Dinner with dessert was over 100 for 2 but the food was delicious and staff was very nice the sauces were not that great the 1s that came with the catfish and shrimp but the lemon butter sauce with the crab cakes are an absolutely must!!! We are new to Killeen Tx and was told that Razzos food was amazing and a vibe we went around 8 on a Sunday and the server was pregnant we order coconut drink with liquor it was nasty the Glass tasted dirty and they didn t have oysters or crab cakes and we waited on our food for 30 mins and my husbands food was hot and fresh my blackened salmon was ice cold the sauces it was sitting in was even colder I literally wanted to cry they messed up my whole experience I don t think I will be going back I am to big to have my food played with
