While strolling through the mall, I felt like grabbing a bite, so I visited this place. I tried the cheeseburger, which was unbelievably tasty a true flavor bomb that surprised me. The food was full of flavor, including the delicious fries. Additionally, I had a gyro which was also delicious. If you find yourself at the mall, make sure to visit this spot for a flavorful experience.

I think I can honestly say this is the worst meal I ve ever gotten in my life. I ordered a lamb Pita wrap and french fries. Both were not edible. There was hardly any meat and what meat there was wasn t like any Gyro meat I have ever had before. It was thin and processed and didn t even taste good. The french fries were old and had some kind of funky taste to them. Those were not edible either. I would rate them a minus one if that was available here because they should ve paid me to even try to eat that food. Which I would ve been successful because like I said, you could not eat the food. it was horrible.

This was not even eatable. The falafel was paper thin and like leather, I almost choked on it. The fries were horrible. I had to give it one star because you can t give zero stars!!! They will not be around long thank goodness. Never had as bad food ever. Do t give them a chance to pay money and have to throw it away in the trash

I love a good gyro and this place is NOT that!! No fresh condiments besides lettuce and spinach! The lamb was from a frozen mystery meat and you could taste it!! I could not finish which is sad

So bad its shocking. Ive had gyros coast to coast. What they call gyros isnt even close. There were 4 super thin strips of meat that obviously came out of a package, uniform and rectangular unlike the real deal, and then came out on pita bread and the counter guy asked what toppings I wanted. Thats not how a gyros is prepared or served! The counter guy should never have contact with customers. Youd be better off with a vending machine. Guess Ill drive to my old standby Gregorys in Clear Lake.

I love this place great food and great prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great halal food and great spot for anyone who wants gyros. I had gyro wrap and lemon blush smoothie and I loved it.

Step away from the crowd and enjoy fresh, delicious fare from nice people. I particularly enjoy the falafel wrap. The bread is particularly light and fluffy. Your palate will sing. If the staff is in the back, just wait a sec. It will be worth it!

The taste of the gyro is great especially the white sauce! EDIT: I came here almost year after and its not the same. There was a guy with glasses and 2-3 young girls working there who were generous with portions. Now? Idk whats going on because the taste it not the same, chicken or the sauce. No connection between customers. Tasted off

I cant recommend this place. I ordered two chicken sandwiches. The staff is extremely unorganized, we experienced an excessively long wait for food (>40 mins), and when the sandwiches finally arrived, the chicken was undercooked. Stay away from this place or eat at your own risk.

Tacos & Chicken Sub 3/10. Frankfurter 2/10. Cheese Pizza, the basic of all, waited 40min to get it all black on top (totally burnt). Did not feed it to my children. Gentlemen was kind to produce a replacement. Took him 30min & came out dough still fresh. No comment did not argue - just left. Not somewhere I would consider again.

Please please read through reviews before you go anywhere I called 30 minutes before my arrival stating that I would like to place an order over the phone and I will be there in 30 minutes. The person on the phone said that they can t take orders over the phone so he redirected me to order via Grubhub, so I did. When I finally arrived and walked around the mall to find this place, just for the guy at the front to say I didn t get any order his iPad wasn t even charged, he has to plug it up and call someone for my order, and no food was even ready to be served, they were 70% empty, cold trays. Then when I finally read through the reviews, most recently everyone was giving 1 star Please reconsider this place and take this comment and review as a precaution for place, thanks.

Dry microwaved and old. No meat even though i paid for extra. I asked the guy if there was any Gyro. He said it was in the back because it was fresh. Gryo and chicken were extremely dry like they have been microwaved. No one is ever here everytime i go to charlies. come here at your own risk. P.s. they shave the gryo to where its paper thin and then they spread it out but if you were to weigh it, it would be hardly anything.... the more i think about it this place is god awful.

My very 1st time placing an order for take out and I spent 20 minutes walking in 100+ degrees outside of the outlet trying to find the place and NO PHONE NUMBER IS ON THE WEBSITE! I suffer from high risk of heat stroke because of my blood pressure and I was walking in the heat dripping in sweat and when I finally found the place. They didn t even know they didn t have a phone number on the website and saw how red and dripping sweat I was and said they forgot to add the phone number. Not only that the food was a MESS not organized mixed up sloppy. I said no spicy and there was so much jalapeños in my food. I just threw the whole food away. This was the WORST experience I had. They should update their website with a phone number and possibly put a sign of their business outside the outlet so we know it s there!

Great gyro and great customer service, let me sample the lamb and accommodated to my customizations with the toppings, and when I realized they had fries he was willing to swap my choice of chips the fries for me. Outside on a nice day is definitely the right place to sit and eat.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at NYC Gyro Korner and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. As for the food, it was delicious! The gyro was packed with flavor and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. In addition, the portion sizes were generous, so I definitely left feeling satisfied. Overall, my experience at NYC Gyro Korner was fantastic and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

I usually enjoy their food but this was the second time in a month time where their service was lacking. There were 2 other customers waiting in front of me but out of sheer frustration they walked off. I called for them several times, yet no one came to the front. Very disappointing service.
