the staff was amazing! we got there and pizza at the buffet looked like it had been sitting for a little bit, but we didnt mind all that much. it was hot and ready which is relieving with littles. my son and I had been asked if we had any requests- then personally brought us the first few slices of the fresh pizza. I was blown away. staff was so sweet, incredibly attentive. definitely will be back with my family.

This was my first, and as well best literal pizza pie ever. I got delivery so my reviews on service and atmosphere are not brought into my review. For the pizza I got had no way to eat normally. The pizza dough was so soft that the pizza itself was impossible to pick up. It had to be eaten with a fork and knife, and as good as it may of tasted it was the furthest from a pizza. This was an entirely a pie with all pizza toppings. I ordered a cheese crust pizza naturally expecting the dough to be thicker, considering it s more expensive than the thin and thick pizza. In fact the thickest was the crust and that being the only thing to be able to pick up with hands. Even after putting the pizza in the oven to get the dough more crunchy, I realized the dough was so thin that even being more crunchy still made this entirely impossible to pick up. I hope to see better from this company as the toppings and dough did taste fresh and fairly well done. The crust was tasty and crunchy itself, I would personally rate it a 7.8/10. Now as everything may of tasted decently, the fact that this was an impossible pizza makes me disappointed, and that makes me have to give them a 2.8 out of 5, which would be about a 4.8 out of 10. Decent but impossible and below average and impossible structure for dough.

Came to Potters Pizza for the first time today. I brought a friend with me. The food was excellent the buffet was great the pizza was awesome plenty of room in the dining room which was great, great Christian music playing. Their salad bar was top notch best in Abilene that is not a joke. The pasta was great the marinara was decent and the zesty sauce was amazing. You can special order pizza if they bring you three slices right to your table and then they share the rest with the rest of the community thats eating at the time. They have an arcade and booster seats if you bring kids. Spacious room better than the other guys that start with a c. Will definitely return I think we found our pizza spot. And theyre very attentive to details if you have food allergies they will assist you the best way they can, aka gluten and egg sensitive people this is your place to eat. And the best part was the ice cream at the end. Friendly staff and awesome atmosphere. I recommend this place if you want decent pizza at a good price. We usually order to go and this was our first experience sitting inside. It was not crowded at all and the server was very attentive on refills. My son did spill a drink by accident and the server was very sweet and made the situation very stress free by helping immediately. The pizza was fresh and the buffet stayed full. Old food. The buffet was almost empty and never refilled. Place was dirty. What food they had was either dry or oily. I just learned that Potters is now delivering through DOORDASH! Well, DOORDASH (true to there title/name will dash and never check their order for others, they suck, and are a waste of your money). Potters just went from 4½ s to 3. Just for that delicious alone! Ive seen them work and get the orders from when I have ordered while a dasher P/Us. Lets just say they dont seem to care from..... I digress! Guess no ordering delivery from them again, or at least till the inhouse deliver again, thats a loss if business from our family and friend - again on the delivery side.

Simple and effective, food tasted great and fresh. It was our first pizza buffet. Their wings tasted great, they had Buffalo n Bbq bone in wings. A decent variety of pizzas, made fresh. The salad was fresh as well. They did have pasta with sauces available, but we didnt try it. They had this cinnamon dessert almost like a pizza, baked n served hot was really tasty. Food was good and fresh. Much better than gattis but the restaurant itself was terribly dirty. The floor was a major disaster tonight there was food everywhere on it and we were sat at a table with a puddle of water? Under one chair and told not to sit in that specific chair. No where else to sit as everything was a mess with only about 5 tables full when we got there. Staff was nice. We were given a discount as we left as they forgot to bring our drinks for a while. Which was nice because we didn t even mention it. Maybe it was a bad night but probably won t be returning. Cleanliness was a major concern.

I will say the priced themselves out of another visit from me. $15+ was a bit much for the quality. Im sure they think quantity over quality, ok sure, but there was no quantity. The pizza was delicious. The employees were so nice. It is always refreshing when you get great customer service. Our waiter was very nice. Kept our drinks refilled. Everyone greeted us, was friendly, they asked us what kind of pizza we wanted made and all workers were working hard. The food tasted great and the visit today was enjoyable. Huge kudos to the owner/Mgr for addressing the situation and working hard to rectify all future visits. I have updated my review to reflect the service we received today. Normally we have always had great experiences here but tonight was the exception. We walked in to eat and waited at the wait to be seated sign for several minutes. No employee ever came. At one point, a female employee walked down the center section and looked at us and kept walking back to the drink area. Never told anyone we were there or even offered to seat us. My husband even hollered bye as we left (after several minutes of waiting) and none of the workers even batted an eye at this. This was at 515p on a Thursday night and there were maybe 4 other families in the restaurant eating.

After waiting an hr and 10 minutes on a 30 minute delivery....when I asked the driver why he only had 1 drink when I ordered 2....his response.....oh man, sorry. I got my pizza in the room and it was so COLD....it tasted STALE... Barely any tomato sauce!! An all meat pizza has to have a fair amount of sauce....and should be HOT!! BUT THEY GOT THEIR MONEY...and a great tip... NEVER AGAIN

Not sure what everybody else is smoking but Dominos has better pizzas and the lemon pepper chicken I got tonight was barely edible. Your lemon pepper seasoning has gone bad, very sour. $40 for below average quality...upsetting.
