This KFC is the best. Great customer service. Food is always fast and delicious. No complaints. Wonderful business. Parking: They have handicap and regular parking. Kid-friendliness: It is a nice place. The inside is big and open. Plenty of seats for family. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it and ramp for wheelchair. They have seats for wheelchair people.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo the chicken was dry as a rock almost to break my teeth I dont exaggerate the chicken breast almost 4 to 5 hours in the Warmer .I went back to tell her about it shes apologize the Mexican lady with the glasses she give me another sandwich but not chicken breast it was one and a half chicken tender still dry but not rock like the chicken breast with single pickle i basically eat the bread with sauce but she was nice

Tonight we decided to stop and get KFC for dinner when we arrived we didn t realize they were about to close.. they came over the drive-thru speaker and asked us to pull up pass the window. The manager on duty was Aiden this young man needs way more stars than 5 more like 50! Not only was he very polite, but also very courteous and respectful his customer service skills were also outstanding. Not only did he turn the fryers back on to make our order but he also took the order of a car that came in right after us he communicated with us letting us know how long it was going to be.. and we were okay with it he made our experience very pleasant so great job Aiden! And KFC

I noticed the KFC prices were different in 2 cities that I went to. 8 piece dinner Chicken, Cole slaw, Biscuits were so good. The chocolate cake, I thought it was bigger than what I got. I told the cashier, it was smaller than a hockey Puck. The Crispy Colonel box for $20 is a waste of money. The chicken in the box was sooo little.

This place is full of idiots. 3rd time in a row going there and 3rd time missing more than one item, and they are always out of something, as well as the door says the lobby closes at 9pm but 8:22pm And doors locked. 0 stars. This location is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in Texas City and surrounding areas. The food isn t too bad it s the HORRIBLE customer service you receive when you make the mistake to give your money to this location. Everyone (besides an older woman that works there) is ALWAYS rude for no reason. They are the only place in town that will not honor their own coupons or online deals. Today I made an online order to go pick up my food, when I arrived they had a note on the speaker box that said online orders and door dash need to come into the lobby to pick up order . I have my 2 small babies in the car, the only reason I chose this place over Popeyes is because they have a drive-thru. I told the lady over the speaker box that I was there to pick up a mobile order and before I could explain to her that I had my babies in the car she cut me off and rudely told me I had to come in the lobby if I wanted my food. After I told her my babies were in the car she rudely told me to come up to the window. When I got to the window she was grabbing my food off the counter up front, I apologized to her for not being able to come inside ( even though I shouldn t have to) and thanked her for letting me grab my food from the drive thru, she ignored me and slammed the window in my face. I guess they are now to lazy to hand a bag of food out of the window. I order online to several places with drive thrus because it makes it easier on me as a mom picking up food with 2 babies, never have I been told I can t pick it up by drive thru. My food was just sitting on the counter up front, I guess they don t want to have to deal with their customers if they don t have to. I am 29 and have never written a bad review and I understand getting a bad apple every now and then but it s EVERY time I come here. I will never give another penny to this place, no wonder this location is always dead empty.

Got 2 piece chicken at drive thru, was no line, very quiet for 5 pm. Handed me the bag immediately. Nice, huh? It must have been sitting under warmers for hours! Chicken was so dry it wasnt edible, I picked to get 3 little bits of chicken from the bones... that was it! Even the biscuit was all dried up, literally crumbled into dry chunks when I tried to open it. So disappointing as I normally love KFC. No one answers the phone, wasted over $7 and was left hungry! Update. I called corporate and immediately got to talk with a wonderful rep! She quickly realized that I wasnt exaggerating, apologized and is sending me a $10 voucher. Somewhat restored my faith in KFC. Thought people should know that calling corporate can help. Maybe spur a change in management.

2022 CHICK FIL-A! CHICK FIL-A! Ive enjoyed KFC since the 60s but Im utterly done. From Galveston Island to Texas City and all nearby locations Ive had the most disinterested sloppy and downright rude service and incorrect orders than any other fast food chain ever. There are also serious food safety questions in these locations as well. Ive avoided CHICK FIL-A for a long time because of the lines of cars waiting. Theres an obvious reason for that and the waits are far shorter than you think. All the staff and so well mannered and the food is piping hot and soooo delish. To boot I find the food at CHICK FIL-A a much better value. Buh bye KFC. CHICK FIL-A!

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. My husband and I were at the KFC in Texas city TX. We were waiting for about 3 minutes before anyone came to the speaker and when the lady spoke she had an attitude. The whole time my husband was placing our order not only was the lady rushing him but she was being rude. So, I asked for the manager and she was worse. I went inside to place my order, because they usually screw it up at the drive through. I made a simple order for a number 1- 2 peice dark, with mashed potatoes with extra gravy and the chicken should have been a leg and thigh, and I ordered a # 3 with 2 wings and a breast, for me. But when I got home I had a 3 peice with 2 thighs and a breast, no extra gravy but was charged for it. My ticket said I ordered a fillip, which comes with a cookie, and that was not in my box either. They also didn t put any plastic ware or napkins in my order either. I called the phone number on the ticket about 6 times before I got anyone to answer. I was told that I had to bring the order back without anything missing in order for them to make it right, I had already started eating my order when my wife told me her order was wrong. So, to sum it all up, KFC will never get another penny of my money, ever again. They need to retrain their staff or hire people that can follow simple requests and do their job right

Ordered a 12 pc dark meat mixed OR anf EC. We had to wait for the Original Recipe but were told that when we ordered so no problem there. Also ordered fries and wings. The fries were actually pretty good (first time trying them) and the wings, although breaded which I usually dont care for, were excellent! The bucket chicken was hot, score 1, and there were actually an equal amount of legs to thighs which NEVER happens! Score 10! HOWEVER!! All 6 legs were extra crispy and all 6 thighs (which were JUST COOKED) were original recipe so I STILL didnt get my OR legs. NOT cool!

Once I was inside I honestly thought they weren t open because it was so quite! 5 members of staff were there but no one said anything to each other call out something . Wait time is 15 to 20 mins. Then ended up being 45 mins since they forgot my order. Checked the order, Im missing some stuff from my order. Didnt want to go back since its quite far from where we live. Been a while since we did take outs for this reason.
