Have not been to this Subway location in some time. Partly because of how poorly we were treated in the past. This visit was a different story. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service we received from every employee there. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

They dont have the wraps anymore.... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot ? Nuff said cuz thats the only reason I ate their sammiches, Im not a person that likes bread as much as others I guess. The guy who prepped our food was congenial n quick to have us ready to go. The store was clean but just as sterile n and as most every other subway Ive had the pleasure to frequent. I sure do miss the wraps tho.... Vegetarian options: Lots o veggies to b had n the soup o the day is usually one of a veggie affair Parking: Lots of it Wheelchair accessibility: Yup Good access n conforms to all ada specs that I could see.

When I first started working in Temple. I came to this subway store for lunch! Fast forward 7 years(February 2017), and Im still getting lunch from here. The manager and his staff have always been very polite and always happy to help! Always happy to assist! Always stock on chips and drinks. Always have brew tea!

Actually had a pretty good experience here this time.. the guy at the register actually took time to put my phone number in to get my points since the app will never load.. the marked our sandwiches..they just were kind and had patience ..just not normal behavior these days .. I know its hard out there since places are so short staffed and these employees didnt make it known that they were overwhelmed or over worked.. great job tonight with our sandwiches.. thank you for the great customer service ...

If I could give no stars I would. My urgent care ordered lunch here. Even called ahead to be sure what the best way to order was in efforts to not cause a back up for the workers. We ordered 8 sandwiches. Out of those 1 was not correct as well as I didn t receive my chips. I called to let them know so I could at least get a replacement since I didn t get to eat lunch due to this. The lady interrogated me and called me a liar stating she gave the chips to coworkers. I am sure she did give some chips as we have 8 combos. When I stated ma am why would I be calling one about one issue when we ordered 8 sandwiches that were all good? She said we ll how do you think olives got on there I m watching the camera now. I said ma am I am not sure that s why I m calling you. She then said your being rude call corporate and hung up on me. So I paid for my sandwich and chips all of which I never received. I wrote in a complaint to corporate ad the worker told me with all of my receipt and paperwork and still have not heard back. This was on May-6. I am highly disappointed a business can take your money and never give you a product.

I recently did a curbside order and they told me pickup time was 5:40 (20 minutes after I ordered) when I got home to eat my sandwich it was extremely soggy that the bread felt doughy and even the paper was deteriorating. I asked for both of my sandwiches toasted which neither one of them was warm whatsoever. It seems like my sandwich had sat out for hours. It was so gross I ended up giving it to my dog. Worst experience I ve ever had with subway. Definitely would not recommend curbside if you want to eat fresh .

Great sandwiches. They wanted to be real skimpy on the black olives, but put more at my request, on the 2 sandwiches that I ordered that I wanted them on. I thought they would put more right away on the 2nd one, but again I had to ask. Gave a lot of vegetables otherwise. Its a lot healthier than hamburgers and fries.

Ordered three different Subs all of them were incorrect. On top of that told the person I wanted a large drink and chips I was getting the mail he didnt charge me for the chips and then charge me for the chips separately and lied to me and told me that it was the same price regardless if he bring it all up together I checked online as if I was ordering the same thing again. So I was lied to. Its one thing to mess up my order dont apologize but its another thing to also lie to me. I have been to this location three different times with my daughter and her husband and out of the three trips to times they have completely screwed everything up not a very good average. So if youre purchasing something from here make sure that you watch them like a hawk or youre going to end up with a sandwich you didnt order
