Spiders in the bed and crickets on the floor. The tv and other items didnt work. Which all this was very surprising eing that it was a suite suite in the Penthouse. Poor management professionalism with no resolve or ownership. Dining was poor service at one of the establishments connected at the Loews Arlington location. Yes we definitely have photos. Walkability: This about the only thing I can say was good that I experienced what the close proximity to Globe Life Field Stadium where the conference was being held.

Stayed here for a business trip. The safe is in the dresser with no signs indicating so. I hid my jewelry because I couldnt find the safe and the maid stole one plus $100. Its been 3 months and still dont know if I will get anything back. Most hotels have the safe in the closet or by the fridge/coffee maker. My husband and I never thought to look in the dresser drawer. Hope they do better.

**Disappointing Experience with Loud Disruptions and Zero Customer Service** My visit was in August 2024, and I must say, it was one of the most frustrating experiences. The noise levels were unbearable. The loud music from the bar made it seem like I was trying to sleep in a nightclub rather than a hotel. I expected a peaceful night s rest, but instead, I endured hours of tossing and turning, disturbed by the constant noise; the music played until 2 am. The room itself was adequate, but the lack of soundproofing turned it into an uncomfortable space. To make matters worse, I reached out to the front desk several times throughout the night to address the ongoing disturbances, but my concerns seemed to fall on deaf ears. The overnight staff was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. Instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, they merely shrugged it off. The following morning, I elevated the issue all the way up to a Mr. Peter D., but he did nothing to address the issue. Overall, my experience was a major disappointment. I would NOT recommend staying here if youre looking for a restful getaway. There are plenty of other hotels that value their guests comfort and take noise complaints seriously. Save your money and find a place that truly prioritizes guest satisfaction.

1) I booked the hotel through a third party website through my job. There wasnt an option to select any parking options through that portal, so a week or so before checking in I called the hotel to ask if I could add the parking that would have been ~$30 thru the hotel. They said they were unable to do that due to the third party booking and parking would be ~$49/day. Just a way to squeeze out a little extra cash from customers. 2) upon arriving to check in we will were greeted by the valet staff. I informed them that I needed to check in and that there were bags in the vehicle still and I would like for them not to take the vehicle to park yet. About 2 minutes after arriving at front desk I see our car driving away with our bags in it. The valets had to wave the car back, eventually everything was ok. 3) Just give guests a few bottles of free drinking water. You should be ashamed that the only water options in the room are bathroom sink tap water or a $9 bottle of Fiji. 4) The swim-up pool bar was closed for absolutely no communicated reason, and the indoor bar took nearly an hour to make and bring out 3 drinks for kids. Unless youre insanely wealthy, do not spend your own money here.

I loved the hotel period. Our room was very nice. Comfy beds. Nice view of Cowboy Stadium. Wonderful customer service. Perfect location for the Rangers game!!! The girls who made my London Fog tea were exceptional and very sweet. The only thing I would want to change with having such a nice hotel would be to have at least some of the snack items and waters in the room to be complimentary. That was a little disappointing to have such a nice hotel and room but yet the snacks and waters in the room were an extra charge. A bit deceiving and disappointing but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. We literally walked next door to Texas Live and the Rangers game- PERFECT!! I sitting in my room waiting for the manager to call. I asked to move rooms because the music outside is so loud that we can t even hear out TV, let alone sleep. The manager was supposed to call us in 10 minutes , it s been 30 and nothing. So I decide to start typing. My suspicion is that the manager will just wait long enough until the music stops and my complaint goes away. This is the first and will be the last time I stay in a Loews property. Thanks for the lousy music and service to match. Just an update, manager never called. They said the music stopped at 11:00, it s 11:30 pm and their base is shaking our window. It s been 3 and a half hours of listening to this crap. I just got a call from Live Loews, they are sending me a free nights stay. We will try it again and updated this review again after our next stay. Rooms: I sitting in my room waiting for the manager to call. I am giving this 3 stars because the valet service and the day shift front desk were exceptional. The location and rooms were excellent. However, the music from Loew s Live was so loud that we couldn t even hear our tv, much less sleep. We called the front desk and they said the music would go until 11. It was 9:30 so we asked to change rooms. They said the manager would call in 10 minutes. The manager never called and the music went until after 11:30. I guess you could call it music but it sounded to us like bass and drums and unintelligible lyrics. Noise. No one ever called or addressed this issue with us.

I will preface this by saying our only disappointment was that the water slide was closed, which we weren t notified of beforehand. My daughter was really looking forward to it, but the pool was still very enjoyable regardless! We will absolutely be back! From the second we stepped on the property to the time we left, we had an excellent experience! Valet service was very fast and attentive. The attendants were very friendly and helpful. Checking in was a very simple and fast process. The entire property is very clean and well taken care of, which we really appreciated! The rooms were very clean and the view was perfect! We were able to watch the Rangers game inside the huge screen at Texas Live. The views all around the property are stunning and the location is top tier! We were able to easily get to and from the stadium in a less than 5 minute walk from our room to the front gate of globe life! The pools are amazing and so relaxing. We loved being able to eat and drink poolside and not have to leave the fun. The pools are very clean and very large! We loved the loungers in the water. We loved that you get access to pools at both Loews hotels. One of the pools also has a sand area, ping pong, and poolside dining as well. The pools were our favorite amenity by far, so relaxing it was hard to leave! All of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had the perfect stay and we will absolutely be back! This will definitely be our go to hotel for future Arlington visits! Rooms: The rooms were very clean and spacious! Mini fridge was available which was great. The views are excellent, either overlooking Texas Live and Globe Life or AT&T on the other side. We loved the text concierge service as well. Nearby activities: So many very easily accessible activities. This is the perfect property for any event at Globe Life, Choctaw, or AT&T stadiums. The property is quite literally right next to Globe Life. If you re looking for bars or dining, Texas Live is right outside your window. Six Flags is a less than 5 minute drive. Very easy to access all of the fun of Arlington from this property. Safety: We felt very safe at the hotel, even being so close to the stadiums! The doors that lead out to the stadium are accessible with your key card, as well as the pools and other amenities. The skyway to the other property was a great option to avoid having to cross the road. Once in the elevator, your key card is how you access the higher floors. I feel that the keycard access throughout the hotel made it to where you need to be a guest in order to access the rooms and services of the hotel, which we really appreciated! Walkability: This is the PERFECT location for any event at Globe Life, AT&T, or Choctaw stadiums. We got from our room to globe life gates in less than 5 minutes. There are so many restaurant and bar options within a 0.1 mile radius. Very easily accessible to all of the big stadiums. Food and drinks: Many options on site for dining and bars, including poolside. 24/7 room service is available as well. If these don t interest you, the property is (quite literally) right next to Texas Live which offers many restaurants and bars. We dined poolside during our stay and the food was good and arrived quickly.

This is a beautiful hotel, but even for the location, Im not sure its worth the high price point. $430+ for one night is steep, even splitting it between 4 people, which is what I did with my group. And parking isnt even included in the price of your stay! To self park, it was $30. And valet parking was $40. The rooms and bedding were clean. The location is very convenient, as this hotel is right next to Globe Life Field. But the service left something to be desired. When trying to check out very early in the morning, there was no sign on the desk indicating where a receptionist might be; instead, an employee from across the room shouted at me to knock on a door that was also not clearly marked; very unprofessional. While I may stay at this hotel again for the location, I wouldnt be coming for the quality of the service or amenities provided.

CONS: Housekeeping is slamming doors and carts up and down the hallway at 7am. Check out is at 11am and check-in isnt until 4pm, but we were awakened both mornings of our stay at 7am. Very discourteous for the current occupant, gives the impression they are understaffed and/or only concerned about flipping rooms for the next occupants arriving 9 hours later! No point in renting a room for a leisurely trip at a hotel that wakes you at 7am, no matter how nice it may be. Wont stay here again.

I stayed here 3 nights for a bussiness trip. They gave me a room on the Texas Live side of the hotel (14th floor) and it was a nightmare to sleep. I could hear the music through my noise cancellation air pods. The night shift front desk manager refused to change my room saying different lies to me with an ugly attitude up to the point of being arrogant, so bad that I was shocked. Among others he said: - they dont have any room available- I heard the front desk girls of the night shift saying that they could give me another room before he came - he said the music stops at 10:00 pm and it continued until 00:00. - even after I showed him their availability on the website he kept refusing to change my room just to fulfill his ego. The only reason I didn t give one star in this review is because of Brandi. After a terrible night I went at the front desk literally at 8 am next day and Brandi just changed my room right away. Out of nowhere the hotel had a room free and ready for me at 8:00 am the next morning but it didn t have anything available at 11:30 pm the previous night!! What are the chances? Long story short, Brandi was very nice and helpful and she apologized for what I experienced the previous night and gave me a $50 food and drink coupon. The rooms and all facilities of this hotel are really nice, it is a pitty that they have hired such a negative person who gives the hotel a bad and unpleasant image!

On top of that, we were supposed to start packing up at 3pm and be out by 4, but they came around 1pm and told us to be out by 2pm. They charged me and I received confirmation but I wasnt registered. After about an hour they got me in a room after doing a new booking. They told me the second charge would come off after 7 days. I gave it a month and it still hadnt been refunded. So I gave customer service a call, and after 45mins I was told I would receive the refund in 7 to 10 days. There were great options to eat onsite or right next to the hotel. Walkability: The Texas Ranger stadium is literally right outside the hotel. Highly recommend staying at Loews! Was here for meetings in the reception halls and made the trip such a breeze. Its right next to the AT&T Stadium and Rangers Globe Life Super friendly staff from check in reception staff to the service staff at the bar! Rooms are clean and modern with great views! Beds and pillows are soft and comfy.

I had chosen your hotel to celebrate my husbands 45th birthday, bringing along our children for what we hoped would be a memorable and enjoyable staycation. Unfortunately, the experience was far below our expectations due to a series of significant issues that severely impacted our stay. Upon arrival, we valeted our car and began the check-in process at Lowes Hotel, only to be informed that our reservation was actually at Lowes Live. The valet staff assured us this was a common mix-up and instructed us to call for our car when needed. We then made a lengthy trek with our children and luggage to Lowes Live, only to find that our room was not ready despite a confirmed check-in time of noon, as stated in our confirmation email. We finally spoke with a manager who arranged another room for us, but no upgrade was offered despite our inconvenience. After an otherwise pleasant afternoon at the Rangers game, we returned to find that the pool with slides, which our children were eager to use, was located at Lowes Hotel and not Lowes Live. Upon reaching the pool, we discovered the slides were closed, further disappointing our children. Dinner at Farena was an exceptionally poor experience. Service was slow and disorganized, leading to incorrect drink orders, delayed appetizers, and missing meal items. The manager apologized and comped our meal, but this did not make up for the long wait times and the overall negative dining experience. Upon returning to our room, we encountered additional issues: the toilet stopped working, and the air conditioning was inadequate. We requested a fan to avoid disturbing our children with a technician visit late at night. Moreover, the noise from Texas Live kept us awake, which was precisely why I did not want to stay at Lowes Live. The final straw was the confusion with the valet service upon our departure. Despite calling ahead as instructed, our car was not ready when we arrived, resulting in another long wait under unfavorable conditions. Overall, our stay was marred by numerous service failures and miscommunications. This experience was particularly disappointing given the special occasion and the cost associated with staying at a hotel of Lowes reputation. We feel that we would have had a better experience at a more budget-friendly hotel, which is not what we expected when booking with Lowes.

Everyone was so friendly. Their housekeeping team is the BEST Ive ever seen. They did such a nice job cleaning our room daily. The selection at the coffee Cafe was great and their nicer restaurant was tasty. They had live music throughout our stay which added a lot to the ambiance. The decor is beautiful and the views from the rooms are phenomenal!! The Skybridge to conference center was so convenient. Even the valet team was awesome- fast and friendly. One of the best hotel stays Ive had in a while.

Well, Live! by Lowes did NOT disappoint. I booked my room as my flight was taking off (I tend to live by the seat of my pants at times ), and upon arrival, I was welcomed with the most amazing surprise. The room was great, the view awesome and accommodating of all my needs but, most of all, the staff phenomenal! Gia and the manager on duty, Patrick, were great! I arrived relatively late, and they were sure to make my stay phenomenal. The next day, as I arrived back from my day of fun, Gia and Darrian greeted me with pleasant smiles and just warmth. The hotel is beautiful. The views spectacular (ensure you upgrade to get the full experience), the bartender amazing on the old-fashion(s), and just amazing southern comfort! I WILL be back for sure!!!

This was the perfect spot for what we needed. It is a short walk to the AT&TStadium. You need a key card to access everything so we felt very safe. They even did a wellness check when we didn t have our room serviced for 24 hours. The food options on site are very good. There is no complementary breakfast, but there s a little shop inside with options. The pool was a little far (across the courtyard ) so we did not visit. The fitness center was pretty amazing for a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again. Loews hotels are all very nice, I ve only had good experiences when staying. Rooms: We loved our room. It was clean and suited our needs. The only negative is there was nowhere for us to store our clothes so we had to leave our suitcases open on the floor. Nearby activities: Close to AT&T, Stadium and Globe Life Field. Right next-door to Texas live. Choctaw Stadium was across the street. Safety: The area surrounding the hotel was clean and safe. The hotel itself also required a key card to access any floor and to enter the hotel that made me feel safe. Walkability: Other than the sporting events, I am not sure what else is close enough to walk to. Food and drinks: I enjoyed the food and drink options available in the hotel. The pizza was surprisingly really good. They had 24 hour room service. There was also a small market type shop in the front that sold coffee and snacks.

The hotel was beautiful with comfortable rooms and amazing staff greeting you outside. However, I encountered an issue at checkout. Incorrect charges appeared on my receipt, and despite informing the front desk gentleman and providing receipts to prove the discrepancy, he charged my card without my approval. He responded with an attitude, and when I asked for a manager, the management also displayed an attitude instead of apologizing for the error, & charge before approval & just adjusting the incorrect charges. I dont understand why they charged the card on file without confirming the amount with me first. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, both the front desk staff and the manager were rude.

Check your Cc charges for fraudulent charges Loved our stay however the staff put a $30 tip on our CC after we ordered room service & left a cash tip. Additionally we found that they double charged us on two SEPERATE stay AND put a random additional charge on that they had no explanation for. We stayed with this hotel twice now & all of the amenities & front desk staff have been great. Last night we decided to order room service to finish out the stay & left a cash tip for the girl who delivered. Upon waking up this morning we realized our credit card was charged $30 more than what was signed off on. I called the hotel & said I think someone added their own tip. After being on hold for a few minutes he came back on the call and said they refunded the difference on the receipt. When I asked if that meant a staff member wrongfully added their own tip he then said yes, but had I not asked he would have avoided providing me that information. Additionally, after realizing the tip error we looked further at our card transaction and saw that on the two seperate stays/dates we were double charged for the room. There was also an additional $88 charge that they could not provide an explanation for. In total they ended up needing to refund us back about $450 that had we not double checked, we would have spent. Disappointed that this was how our stay was ended & the lack of accountability within the phone call.

Everything about this place is phenomenal! From cleanliness, safety, comfort, convenience, to valet parking. We LOVE Texas Live! And even though we had to be checked out at 11 a.m. we were still allowed to leave our car parked at the hotel until the Rangers game was over so that saved us money and was super convenient as the walk from the hotel to the field is so short! Rooms: The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. The showers are my favorite because they are huge and have the best faucets! Nearby activities: The bars, ball park, and restaurants are all within walking distance. There are so many different vibes going on that its impossible not to find a good time! Safety: Security officers were quick to be attentive when needed. I actually saw them in action and they diffuse situations and take care of things quickly! Walkability: Everything is quick and easy to access and within walking distance. Texas Live! is perfect! Food and drinks: Excellent food! The chocolate pie at the snack bar was AMAZING and breakfast at cut and bourbon was delicious! Staff was so helpful and considerate. My husband and I shared breakfast and we didnt even have to ask for additional plates. They brought our breakfast out completely halved on our own plates. Noteworthy details: The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I never felt unsafe at all. Security was on point in the hotel and in the bar!

Stay on the Rangers side of the hotel and prepare to not sleep all night. If you ask about the noise, you ll be sent a couple of plug in headphones that connect nowhere, only to be later sent, after lots of confusion amongst staff, a white noise machine that adds more noise to the music outside. Also, be prepared to be charged for an early departure for the trip you cut short even though your travel agency had already negotiated for the charges not to be posted - given the poor experience. I ll give them a free pass for the iron and iron table not working. On another note, the room was clean.
