Spherion was the best thing to happen to me. I once used another staffing agency and it was a nightmare. Comparing them is like day and night. The team is kind and willing to jump through hops with you. During my time I had some familial problems come in the picture and they were still willing to work with me to get placed in a position I am both excited to work at and doing what I love. I have recently moved here from Minnesota, I had put in almost 25 applications for work and have not gotten anything. I looked online and found Spherion. From the first call to Carlos to the other day, I cant believe just how professional and very respectful they have been. From bringing me in and finding more out about me all the way up to getting a text everyday telling me they are very close to finding something. The best person to talk to at Spherion would be Danyelle because she actually cares about the customer. Spherion Staffing far exceeded our expectations. They supplied the number of workers we needed without issue. The workers were perfect and did exactly what was asked of them. Sapphire and her team followed up daily to ensure everything was perfect. My foreman said to let them know the workers supplied were terrific, which was a sock since he has always complained about temp workers in the past.
