So I went today for lunch. I got my food and went back home to see this as my taco latterly a pinch of cheese and it was filled half way ???? I work in fast food no way this is ever expectable ever!!! I love this location. The manager here is so sweet and hard working! She is always courteous and smiling while serving. I appreciate her hard work and kindness, as she is often juggling multiple tasks while working the cash register at times. She has quite literally made this location my favorite Taco Bell.

This location is amazing! Idk why they don t have the best reviews but the people acting them low reviews clearly haven t gone to the other Taco Bell s in the area. They re polite, quick and accurate at this one. Honestly, I live in euless and will be driving out of my way to this location every time I want Taco Bell going forward. I bought two tacos, small chips and a drink for $10+ Hard shells were stale and had a table spoon of food in each taco. I returned it, The tacos were remade with the same table spoon of food in each taco. You would think a $5 taco would have some substance. There was not much more than 100 calories in each of those tacos. Dont eat here if youre hungry. I want my money back.

Ive been a regular patron at this Taco Bell location for years and have always enjoyed consistent, good quality food and service. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was a stark contrast to the norm. The gentleman who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding my request. I was patient and took my time explaining what I wanted a Chicken Roll Up Deluxe Box with meat and cheese only. I even verified my order at the window to ensure there were no misunderstandings. However, after arriving home and eagerly opening my meal, I was disappointed to find that my order was completely wrong. Instead of the meal I had clearly requested and confirmed at the drive-thru, I was served a completely different dish. Its frustrating to have your dining experience marred by such a fundamental mistake, especially when youve been looking forward to a specific meal. The inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant or settle for a meal you didnt order is disheartening. While I appreciate that errors can sometimes occur, its crucial that staff take the time to understand customer orders correctly to avoid such situations. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a sign of declining service at a place Ive enjoyed for years. Despite this unfortunate experience, I hope to see improvements in the future service. Id hate for a single mishap to tarnish my view of this Taco Bell location that has consistently served me well in the past.

This is normally my favorite taco bell location. Attempted to order online via the web and the app but the order would not go through with a message stating uh oh! There was a problem checking out with your cart. I let the persons working know the problem we were having and asked if we could still order the items on our list. We were told no as some orders are online only. If some items are online only but weve exhausted all options to order online then we should be able to still order these items when going to the restaurant. Taco Bell needs to get their stuff together. Stop forcing some items to be online only.

Ive given this place too many passes. If youre not going to put the correct portion of steak on the most expensive item you have on the menu, then please pull it off the friggin menu. I ordered 3 chicken soft tacos without lettuce, and added jalapeños and avocado ranch from the kiosk. They all had lettuce on them, which I can forgive if it wasnt too cover up the fact that they put 4 tiny pieces of chicken in each taco. Honestly I dont blame the employees. This location is an absolute disaster. I placed an order well in advance, and when I got to the drive-through there were like 3 cars ahead of me. That is where I chose to pick it up. A ridiculous amount of time was wasted in the drive-through over a 1/2 hour. There were cars piling up behind me because there was no sense of urgency in getting orders completed here. The woman running the drive-through, didnt even offer me an apology for the delay, or a time when my order would be ready. Last year, I left a very favorable review on this location. It seemed as though they were really getting their act together and starting to do things right. Looks like theyve fallen right back into their old ways.

I wanted to use my Taco Bell taco pass and I m about 6 hours from home. For some reason even though I chose this location while I was passing through, it defaulted to my home location. I pulled up to pick-up and for some reason the microphone messed up. I got to the window (after waiting in a long line) and was told they didn t have my order (obviously because the app effed up). I asked to order one soft taco (taco lovers pass initially). They obliged, took my payment, and the person at the window gave me a little something extra. Little did that person know I was having a HORRIFIC day. This one tiny act of kindness meant more to me that day (and I wish I would have made a bigger deal out of it) than they d ever know. It turned my day around. I really truly appreciated it in more than 1 way. Gave me a bit of something in humans that day.

I will start by saying every time I come to this location during lunch hours the dining room doors are locked. Which is a huge inconvenience for every guest especially if your order is messed up. With everyone being forced into the drive thur one would think the line would move fast. Think again! There is always a 20min wait in the line. After finally getting my food and driving back to work I then realized that the huge burrito I order was thrown on top of my taco making it flatter than paper! Not only that but all of the cheese and jalapeños that we re supposed to be in the burrito were grilled on the outside! After driving back to the location I called to ask if my order could be remade and if someone could just quick bring it outside since it was THEIR FAULT! I only get a 30 min lunch and the inside was closed so I got back into my car to go through the drive thru. I asked for hot sauce with my order. She then asks me again if I want hot sauce when I again say yes please. Got my food with no hot sauce! I then had to go right back though the drive thru! Very inconvenient!

Not sure why theyre always closed. I know theres staffing shortages but we place our own orders inside at the kiosk. It takes zero extra man power to open your doors for business.
