This was a new experience for them and me. It Was very frustrating but after we got things figured out it seemed to go smoother. Overall they are friendly people. This was on a mobile home but if youre selling a house Im sure it would be easier.

Wonderful and honest people! They did everything they said and we even closed on the house early! (less than 2 weeks) Very easy to deal with. They made a fair offer and did not try to low ball it. Wish I had more to sell. It was great saving the realtor fees!

It was great working with we buy houses Lubbock. I contacted them about an initial property that I was wanting to sell and told them if it went well I might have a 9 package deal that I would like to sell them at a good price . To complicate things more I work with the military overseas. Despite this they closed quickly on the first house and I decided to entertain an offer on the 9 house package. They made a fair offer and also bought all other 9 properties from me and closed like they said they would. There was a few obstacles on my part but they were patient and helped me out every step of the way in every way they could we closed on 5/10/2022 on all 9 properties, communication was great, customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend We Buy Houses Lubbock.

Had good results out of a bad bind!!!my last tenants left me in a bind with a property I called we buy houses Lubbock and explained my situation I told them where I needed to be and they immediately came out looked at the property and told me they would help me out in any way possible and they stayed in touch with me through out the process and did exactly what they said they would even though there was a couple bumps with the title company we got it all resolved and they were able to close me out quickly and turned a negative into a positive i closed today 8/ 13/21 I would recommend them to any one thank you we buy houses Lubbock y all are great GOD Bless A.Martinez

Great company to sell your home to and work with. I called them they immediately came out and looked at my home they returned all calls and did exactly what they said they would do we came to agreement on a price they were in constant contact with me and kept me posted every step of the way and informed about the whole process we closed quickly and they even came out and helped us move our belongings talk about great customer service I would recommend these guys to anyone at anytime they are great!!!!!!! And I intend to sell to them again in the future Mr & Mrs Musiak 7/24/2021

Terrible place does not stick by what they say or sign even with a seller and buyers agreement will reject your call to when trying to find out where they stand about closing. Says hes got 1,500 investors and has cash on hand, sounds good. Will never recommend them.
