Mrs. Judkins is a very knowledgeable realtor for my area. She was very understanding of my needs/expectations and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Shes very professional and personable, making sure to accommodate in every way possible from great communication in a timely manner dealing with all parties involved. She is very genuine reaching out to make sure everything was going smoothly throughout the entire process and after to make sure minor issues were addressed properly. I cannot express my gratitude to Becky for her professionalism and consistent support as I sold a piece of property as a Power Of Attorney. She dealt with me as though I owned the property. Several difficult legal matters had to be accomplished, and she, along with the title company, stuck by my side until the task was completed. Becky was always there to help and guide us in our move from California. She helped us with all our questions and found the perfect home for us. We trusted her and she videoed homes for us since we were still in California. Even though we have closed on our home in Texas Becky is still helping us get acclimated to the area. She cares about her clients and wants them to be happy in their new home. Becky is a very caring and kind person. You cannot go wrong with Becky. She gives you good advice in the home buying process. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I was previously a realtor in California. There are realtors that care about their bank accounts and there are realtors that care about their clients. Becky was absolutely AMAZING !! We were first time home buyers and no real idea what we were doing. She held our hand and kept us informed every step of the way. Every question we had she responded immediately. She is down to earth and personable. She got to know our family and not just the house we were looking for. We had a unique situation, purchasing a home while living out of state and while everything was closed and delayed due to covid-19 but she made it work seamlessly !! I couldnt imagine going through this process with out her help. My mother in-law ( whom i adore) is looking to purchase a house in the area and I wouldnt trust her with anybody other then Becky !
