We met Katie in the summer of 2020 after I posted in search of a realtor on the neighborhood Facebook site. Katie quickly replied within minutes of the post. Despite other realtors commenting, we chose Katie. We had no idea that our families would become lifelong friends as well. We knew from the start that buying a home wouldn t be simple for us due to some credit issues and our debt-to-income ratio. However, Katie took on the challenge and connected us with a mutual friend who specialized in credit counseling, who helped us effectively clean up our debt over time. While I havent had a personal experience with Two Lakes, Ive read some of my friends writing about tgem on Facebook and all I have read are positive experiences. My daughter in law Katie,starting working for them in January and Katie has very specific ideals and requirements to personally share herself with anything, and since she started with Two Lakes, she has been happier than at any time since Ive known her now for almost 10 years. On June 22nd, we listed our home with Two Lakes Real Estate and on August 23rd we left the title company having completed the sale. From the perspective of a seller, the entire transaction was a breeze. Our agent, Blake Lufburrow, helped us identify a price point which ensured the property would generate interest. Blake and his team aggressively marketed the property by hosting two open houses and ensuring the property maintained a notable presence on third party websites. As we approached the closing, a problem developed with the deed on one of our lots. Within a week Blake had located two generations of owners and had everything lined out prior to our closing. We found Blake to be quite knowledgeable in regard to the local real estate market and how best to approach the unique situations created by today s economy. Blake ensured we were kept informed of all activity and provided a voice of reason. While I am sure other companies could have sold our property, I am not sure they would have left us with the feeling of satisfaction that we had when working with Two Lakes Real Estate.
