We recently sold our home with Veronica Brown. Veronica was hands down outstanding. From the very first impromptu phone call with her on a Saturday morning out of the blue to closing she was always available, willing, and able to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Veronica was honest with us through the home selling process and never led us to believe that we could accomplish something that we couldnt. From beautiful staging, beautiful photography, social media exposure and inviting open houses, Veronica did it all beautifully. As a result of an incredible listing, our house received multiple showings and multiple offers. Veronica was extremely helpful in guiding us through the negotiation phase to make the best decision for our situation. Once we had the offer and went under contract, Veronica was still there to answer many many more questions about next steps to get us to the closing table. Veronica took a very stressful experience and made it the most pleasant it possibly could have been. We are forever grateful for our experience with her.

I couldn t have asked for a better realtor to help me in buying my first home! Connie was very accommodating of my crazy work schedule and was very responsive/proactive in scheduling showings on new listings I was interested in. Connie went above and beyond in walking me through the steps of the home buying process and happily answered my many questions along the way. I closed on my home last week and couldn t have done it without her! She navigated the difficult seller s broker with professionalism while still prioritizing me as her client. She is so much more than a realtor as she is ensuring that everything is going smoothly with my house after the sale. She has provided great referrals for contractors and handymen as well as assisted in getting my renovation process started! After hearing stories about others home buying processes, I can confidently say that Connie is one of the best realtors out there. I highly recommend her! I absolutely love my new house and plan to be in it for years to come but if I ever am house hunting again in the future, I will choose Connie as my realtor without question!

Veronica was very attentive to all details throughout the entire process. Due to matters outside of anyones control, the closing process was hectic but Veronica was able to coordinate many different moving parts to result in us successfully closing. She was always happy to answer any questions and provide assistance with anything we needed. Her response time was incredible and we knew she was on top of everything. We would trust her for any real estate transaction.

I took my two boys to the Magnolia Pancakes with Santa event. Oh. My. Goodness. Every person we met was so kind! The office manager event took care of one of my kiddos when he had a bit too much sugar. The staff clearly have a heart to just serve people. Magnolia Realty got our house sold in record time! Morgan Shine, Abbey OBrien and the rest of the team made the whole process simple and stress free. We were given instructions on how to stage the house and had our photos taken on a Wednesday. It listed on a Thursday. Saturday was the open house and by Sunday we had multiple full price offers. Morgan worked through each offer and helped us pick the one that worked best for us. They really work hard to earn your business and Id highly recommend them.
