The worst experience ever on Sunday night, when a young lady attended me. Zero customer service, no manners and in with an attitude; and purpose she took so long to prepared 2 shakes . Never coming back to this location. If you hate to work an environment like this, please quit and dont take it with costumers! We pay for the food and the service, it is no free!

Spent 40min in the drive thru! While ordering after everything I said they responded with is that all is that all. I did order for 3 adults and 3 kids so it was large but this started after the first item. I was handed my bags and told to have a good day I then asked for my drinks. While they got that together I checked my order I was missing 2 orders of cheese curds, and a dilly bar. They opened the window and handed me one order of cheese curds before I could ask. I then stated I m missing a dilly bar and one order of cheese curds he said they re both in the bag I stated I only saw one he said yea they are both there. Ok they got the dilly bar and then started handing me drinks she handed me two told me to have a good day again I informed her I was still missing several drinks. She handed me three more I told her I m still missing one but I was out of cup holders so it s fine. 6 drinks no cup holders. Get to the house and here s what s missing 1 order of cheese curds the toast with all the baskets fries for two of the meals ordered the drink I left at the restaurant. After over 40min I would have expected everything to be present.

Rudest service I ll ever had, and that says a lot. These days customer service is dead, and this establishment is a prime example of it. I was there on a Sunday afternoon, and there was one other customer inside at the time I ordered. The manager was rude, and disrespectful to both her employees as well as myself as her customer. The order I purchased was unavailable. After waiting 15 minutes for my blizzard, and I was told they were out of the condiment for the blizzard. I was not offered a refund, only a replacement of a different item which I did not want. When I argued that I did not want that, the manager refused a refund and said I got what I paid for and to get out of her store. Though laughable, it was infuriating. This is first time I ve asked for a refund, or credit to come back another time. However, it s certainly not the first time they ve gotten my order incorrect. Shocking experience to say the least. Won t be back, ever. Losing a customer(s) who frequents your business over a $5 blizzard (that s was not provided) is just insanity. Maybe she was having a bad day, but good gracious this woman shouldn t be managing any establishment, and certainly not in the service industry.

I have visited this location three times since moving to Rockwall, and all three experiences have been terrible. First of all, the fact that TX locations have an entirely different menu than the rest of the country is absurd. My most recent visit I ordered 6 items in total, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 Peanut Buster Parfaits, and 2 Sundaes. I spent 33 minutes in the drive thru. The only item that was remotely edible was one of the sundaes. The other sundae had only powdery crumbs of what I assume was the bottom of the cookie dough pieces. My kids threw it away saying it tasted like it was very stale. The peanut buster parfaits were extremely grainy. Whatever was supposed to be hot fudge was absolutely terrible. They both went in the trash as well. Lastly, the two double cheese burgers were not doubles, had no cheese, and tasted as if they were made closer to breakfast than dinner. They also went directly in the trash. The remaining sundae was fine, which consisted of Oreo pieces and vanilla. Overall, we threw away 5/6 of a $37 order because it was of such terrible quality.

I come here twice a week sometimes and am constantly told they are out of bananas. However, one young lady working the drivethru informed me they had them but the staff in the back did not want to prepare them for sale.... How are you known for your banana Sundays and not have bananas...ever...? If you manage this location or own it know you are losing business because you employ people who do not want to do the job they are paid to do... First time at this location I only went for ice cream and the workers were polite and everything went great. Had no issues. The second time I visited I got there 35 minutes before closing to get a sandwich, and the door was locked at 10:25 despite saying closed at 11 pm. I got back in my car and went to the drive thru and the worker stated the grill is closed. I am not sure what that means, but I just said thank you and left to get food at another establishment. Never seen a place close their doors 35 minutes early and also refusing to serve food at the drive thru. It seemed like they just didnt want to work.

This is the WORST Dairy Queen I ve ever experienced!! My husband and I went through the drive through for ice cream cones dipped in chocolate. We ordered one large and one medium. How can a Dairy Queen in Texas be so poorly mismanaged? We have given this Rockwall location chance after chance and every time find ourselves baffled at the lack of execution of something rather simple. Shouldnt be this hard to provide decent food, or at a minimum a correct order. Big difference between steak and chicken tenders, big difference between 4 and 6 pieces, but all pretty simple knowledge. Restaurant wasnt busy, so there no excuses there, just really poor employees and management.

This has got to be the worst Dairy Queen in Texas. Have tried this place twice. 1st time sat waiting over 30 minutes just to order and another 20 waiting to get food. Tonight waited 30 minutes to order and receive food- food was not ready when I got to the window for a chicken strip meal and a burger combo. How does a burger restaurant not have mustard 3 hours before they close. 1/2 the staff are coughing but handling food and ALL the food was cold- burger, fries, and chicken strips. I asked to sub gravy for BBQ sauce 4x and still somehow never got BBQ but gravy instead. The next place to go out of business in Rockwall should definitely be this place. The best thing we got tonight was the 1/2 flavored soft drinks. DQ executives should try this place they probably wouldn t even give it to their dogs at home.

The food is about average compared to other locations. However, this location struggles with getting decent or even friendly staff. Weve started going to the other DQ locations and avoid this place. The employees tend to be a little rude and put out when we dine-in. Sadly, this location is dirty, the service is slow (over 20 minutes to get my order with only 3 other customers there at lunch time), and the food was served at room temperature. I ordered from the Rockwall Dairy Queen last Saturday. When I made it home, the lid was not very tight, and my ice cream spilled on the car sears and the door. I went back to get it replaced, and the rep acknowledged and repeated what I said about the desert, but he didnt offer to replace it for free. I went ahead and paid for it, but I think he could have and should have replaced it for free. He did not use good customer service skills with me. Walked in to dining room area. No one was at the counter to take any orders. One kid was on their Nintendo Switch hooked up to the dining room TV with the other younger kid cussing up a storm. Not appropriate environment for my 5 year old to enjoy ice cream in. We left. Management?

I sat at the speaker for the drive thru for twenty minutes trying to get someone s attention and no one said anything. I know they were open and saw two people get served ahead of me. The truck behind me left and I ended up leaving. When I left, no one else was in front of me. Not sure what happened.

10.27.2022 UPDATE - CONDESCENDING / POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE FROM HEAVY SET COOK WEARING TACO HAT. LOTS OF HORSING AROUND IN KITCHEN. SHORT GIRL IN RED SWEAT SHIRT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. MORE PLAYING IN KITCHEN. LOTS OF HORSING AROUND WHILE THE PLACE COULD BE CALLED TRASHY BECAUSE IT WAS NOT CLEAN. Jaden was also helpful at counter. Dont be fooled by an order of side of fries. Stick with the combo and get your drink. Ample room for improvement-with over 8 million views on Google maps IM hoping the manager takes action . Trash all over the floor -open and obvious dirty surfaces and nobody was cleaning anything. Supervision needed for the night shift!!! Not the same DQ it was pre-CV19. ---------- Taco Tuesdays crammed full with fresh veggies. Lettuce tomatoes & cheese galore.

Tonight, this location was only okay. The cashier looked very young and kept asking us to repeat our order; he didnt seem to be listening to us and kept looking back in the kitchen. They no longer offer our youngests favorite, but he was pretty brash about telling us that. He honestly didnt seem to care about customer service much. Granted, hes young and it was later in the evening, but still, it was only meh for us tonight.

Probably the best DQ in the area! When you ask for something here, like extra whipped cream, you actually get it! Many other area DQs act like the stuff is made of unicorn milk and they use it so sparingly, I dont know why they bother to use it at all. For appearance, perhaps? The staff here is very friendly and the product always comes out nicely. Definitely recommend this DQ at this location!

We went here for a dipped ice cream cone. They didnt have any ice cream. They said it would be about 5 or 10 minutes. We waited. Well then we were just handed our money back and were told they werent going to have any ice cream. The staff seems like theyre lost and not sure what to do. The restaurant was dirty even though they werent busy. People standing around not doing anything.
