Not to mention the changing area for babies is disgusting! Black Mold and what in the changing area and all over the place, Unbelievable! Beyond upset! I spent so much and instant regret!! Great family atmosphere. My husband and I didn t bring any of our grandchildren. There is a lot of fun kid activities for just the price of admission with the exception of tulip picking and mining for gold. We noticed families brought blankets and lunch for a picnic! We had a very nice enjoyable day! Thank you for opening up your property for us and others to enjoy!

Paid over 16 dollars for tulip fest when there were almost no flowers by the time i arrived. The small amount of flowers i purchased were butchered by the girl at checkout. She asked if i wanted to plant the flowers as is or remove the bulbs. I said i was unsure and would decide at home how i want to plant them. And she immediately began cutting my stems extremely short and removed the bulbs. Not at all what i asked for and made the decision to ruin my flowers herself. At 2 dollars a flower it was extremely expensive and now the stems which were long at first cannot properly sit high enough in a vase. I wish they didnt ruin my very expensive flowers.

Overall the farm was nice and offered some fun activities for kids. That said, we went to see tulips and it was underwhelming to say the least. Kind of pricey for what you get and the tulips were pretty picked over when we got there... on day 1. The pics advertised on facebook we nowhere near the reality. Ill give them the benefit that its the first year and hope itll get better. Maybe well try again in the fall for pumpkins.

This was my first time bringing my kids to The Robinsons family farm i ll give them a 5 star. It was a great place, but I have to say that two grown men acted like children and were talking rudely to my kids the guy in the blue had his foot on top of the tube my daughter was holding on to, to go down the slide. My daughter spoke up for her self and another women told my daughter young lady thats not how you speak to adults . Excuse me but the way this Man was talking to my daughter was not right, she has every right to defend herself Plus he didn t know what was going on my kids had been waiting in line for someone to pass the tube to them and the people coming down the slide were either passing it to family or going down the slide again. My kids finally got a hold of the tube and were ready to go up the stairs to slide. The man in blue stopped them and told my daughter they can only go once he placed his foot on top of the tube and thats how everything started. I walked over and said what is the problem and thats when the altercation began. The old man in the grey sweater told me think and use your head. Of course im not stupid but i will also not allow two grown men talk like that to my children, they both had no idea my kids had been waiting for a while. They were acting like little kids. Its funny how many other people passed by with the tube and they didn t say one word to them but they chose my children to speak like that to and who knows were that lady went because she had nothing to say when i arrived. These people are just grown punk adults that act like children even my kids know how to act better then that but they were taught to speak up for themselves when they need to defend themselves.

A follow up review from several weeks ago. I wasnt clear. My family and I did NOT stay. You were curious if the rest of the family enjoyed the farm. After the experience at the front ticket place, my wife and both kids agreed they were very rude and we were not staying. So you did not get my hard earned money. My family did not enjoy the farm. As my previous review stated, I would never spend my money at place like yours. You may have made a million dollars over the last month, but zero from my family! Good luck with the women at the front ticket area.

It was our first time ever to visit the farm, and just enjoyed being around the joy the farm brought to us and other families. We are empty nesters, and we thought let s go take photos, pick a few pumpkins and enjoy the food trucks. I heard of The Robinson Family Farm on social media and decided to do a lunch date. We enjoyed the food, the petting zoo, the games, and watching the solar eclipse. Will definitely do again next year.

We went twice this year for the pumpkin patch. Our 2 year old son loved the playground, slide, inflatable jump pads, the lawn mower train, and, of course, running around in the pumpkins themselves. I loved that there was so much for my boy to do! I also loved that there was food and drinks on site. What I love even more is that there is axe throwing. Great place. Yes, its a very large place, so prepare to walk. Also, to always check the weather before you go... Texas is very hot in the summertime. Ive seen reviews complaining about things like that, so do your due diligence, or you may regret it.

The guy driving the tractor/trailer ride was on his phone the entire time and wouldnt have noticed if a child fell out until it was too late. Not near enough to do for a $20 entrance fee and my sister and I got extremely sick after we ate food at a food cart there. We wont be going back.

My wife thought they gave a military discount. We read the signs that said purchase tickets online only . When she asked the ticket staff, the woman was rude and said no, we don t and you have to buy your tickets online . Another staff member inside the ticket scanning area was more rude when she said if you haven t purchased your tickets online, go back outside and let those that have come in, again, if you don t have tickets, go back outside! Rude. At $94 for 4 people, we were not going to give our hard earned money to a family farm who employs rude staff at the front gate. You only get on first impression, and your staff blew it!

Theres a variety of food trucks and snacks. I loved how they have so many activities for children, even for adults. The farm was set up very nicely and very clean. Pumpkins everywhere. My grandkids and family had a great time and loved watching the kids on all the activities. Very organized abundant parking and run very professionally. And loved the pig races. We will go again. The only thing I would like to see change is how expensive the food was. We were a total of 4 adults and 3 kids and we spent over $100 dollars for 2 small pizzas ($15 each) 3 funnel cakes ($15 each) 3 small sodas, 1 32oz soda, 2 coffees. In todays economy most families cannot afford ticket costs plus food. And I think every family would love going there.

My husband and I took our 3 year old. We mostly had a great time and talked about coming back next year. Things are pretty spread out, so I would recommend a stroller or wagon for little ones. The last thing we wanted to do was the tractor ride. We waited in line for a while, and a family cut in front of us while we were walking in line. When we got to the tractor, people just started going towards the tractor out of line. It wasn t organized at all, and my family wasn t able to get on. When I said something to the driver, he was very rude and sarcastic back to me. It s unfortunate that that was our last experience at the farm. Definitely left a bad taste my mouth.

It has really grown and gotten busy over the years... A tip: Get there 1st thing in the morning when they open or you may have to wait in a long car line! Hoping next year they can somehow make the entrance and exit a two-way road?? Please... Update: The New Location is great! Easy to get in and out of. We had a great time.

Weve been to a lot of pumpkin patches and honestly, this one was just mediocre. We drove over an hour from Austin because we heard a lot of good things. Its pretty pricey to get in, and there arent a ton of things to do. Theres a lot of cute picture opportunities up front, but honestly the pumpkins were kind of sparse. We went on opening weekend so that was kind of surprising. My kids were looking forward to the slide the most, only to find out that my youngest was too short to go on it. She was pretty disappointed but understood. The activities that they do have are spread out, so be sure to prepare for a lot of walking. We decided to get some ice cream, and the whole top layer of each ice cream tub was completely melted. The women said that the freezer wasnt working properly. So we basically had milkshakes in a cup. One thing we werent prepared for was how hot it would be, even in the morning! We came in mid-September, and it was over 100 degrees. Be sure to bring sunscreen!

My family and I have gone here for our Christmas tree 2 years in a row now. If you don t have 4WD, do not go here! Even with 4WD, the mud is hard to navigate. Wear your mud boots! Both years the mid is an inch thick walking from the vehicles to the barn where you pay for your tree. I understand that hay and rock expenses can add up, but I think for safety reasons and providing a good family experience, there should be a walking path that doesn t have slippery mud. I paid $170 for a tree and would have paid $200 if my 6 year old didn t have to be carried or my elderly father could have walked the farm with us.

The pumpkin patch, at its old location, was very nice. The grounds were smaller, with a much more level surface. The new field is lumpy with divots all over the place. Also, the old field was much grassier. Much more exposed dirt here, and we went on a windy day. Dirt and dust was flying, getting caught in eyes, generally making the experience miserable. The individual venues are spread way too far apart. At $16-$20 per person just to get in, plus $8 per pumpkin if youre buying them, this will be my last visit. A $4 pumpkin from H E B will do.

This is our 4th year going and always liked it. We always went early in the day were it was crazy busy but this time we went later in the day which end up being better because of less people. New location is nice but spread out a lot but room for growth. Disappointed the barrel train was very short ride but pig race was cute. We will probably not go back in the near future. Disappointed in the behavior at end of day. I know it is 6 and a long day but to come over and yell at you at 6:02 and tell you to hurry up and leave now was crazy when you have 2 small children you are trying to get moving but then when you go through pumpkin patch area and you stop to take picture and they ride up to you on the golf cart yelling at you at 6:10 telling you that you cant stop and take pics and need to leave now is a little over the top especially when you are less then 30 feet from exit and there is 50 some people trying to get through gate and another 20 standing in line trying to buy pumpkins. Really there wasnt that big of hurry to be yelling like that specially since you just spent over $100 dollars with them between entrance and drinks at the place. A little disappointed in behavior. A 2 year old after being there playing in the heat for 3 hours is moving only so fast. No need to yell and heard you out and we werent the last people there were others.

Given the dearth of pumpkin patch options in central Texas I suppose it s nice to have one with lots of things to do for the under-10 set. Having said that, holy moly. It s hot. Dusty. So many people. Lines for everything. So expensive. Live music is a nice touch but we are so spoiled with good TX music that when it s not good, and piped through the place, it hurt our ears a little. It seems disingenuous to call it a family farm when it doesn t appear that there s anything family or farm about it? We aren t understanding the location change - moved to accommodate more people and make more money is what it feels like, hate to sound rude but. A $19.95 cover to sunburn with a lot of other people around some pumpkins and fair food. If that s your jam!

This is the best pumpkin patch I ve been to in central Texas! They are family friendly with lots of activities for all ages, the food is delicious and the treats are amazing. They almost always have vendors selling various things (such as pickles) who are local. We had our daughter s first birthday here and it was amazing! They were super easy to book with, the party area was new, clean and in great shape. They allowed us to decorate ourselves, bring in our own food and reserved a parking spot near the entrance for us for easy loading/unloading. There are so many good things I can say about this place and we were pretty sad when we had to move out of state a couple years back. No other pumpkin patch has come close to reaching our expectations and I can t thank the owners/employees enough for such a wonderful pumpkin patch!

I was hopeful for my families first experience with a pumpkin patch type adventure. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed. With only one alternating lane of traffic in or out it is a cluster going either way. We got there about an hour after opening and had to wait in line to even get to the farm. Once in and parked we only walked around and took pictures at one of the cute setups they had. The photo ops are pretty much the only thing I feel this place had going for it. There were some activities to do but you kind of just have to stumble across whats there because there arnt signs or a map to say who is doing what and where. We took my two year old who was very over stimulated by all the people ( normal, not and issue) however, i felt the 2 helicopters that were constantly flying low over the farm were VERY disturbing to the people trying to just enjoy family time outside. I think a helicopter ride is cool but i think there is a time and a place for that and In my families opinion this was not the place for that. We my toddler couldnt enjoy or discover what was around him because all he could focus on where the loud low helicopters constantly overhead. Nitpicking id have to also comment on the port-a-pots. I realize what they are and to never expect good things but even with that said an hour into being open the pot was full and i was trying not to throw up while rushing to get out of there. I dont have a weak stomach at all so it takes quite a lot to get me to that level. I think this farm has wonderful potential if they can work out some details but I cant say based on our experience that id recommend going, unless all you care about is being willing to stand in lines just to take cute pictures then you have several VERY cute places for that.

Lots of activities! The lines go pretty fast. But I WISH they had people at the kids area like the play ground and slide since not many parents watch their kids unfortunately and had MANY kids push and shoved my 3 year old. And the line to get out of the parking lot is CRAZY!

Takes about an hour to drive in to the actual farm and about an hour to leave. They allow for 4 different lanes of traffic when leaving and no one to truly direct traffic. Nothing fun to actually do, just walking around and waiting in line to take pictures in there little fall scenes. Save time and money and just don t go.

Won t be back because of the horrible unorganized exiting parking system they have. It took over 35 mins to exit! When I asked a worker what was going on because we have crying babies in the car, he said don t ask me, I don t know and when I asked is there a supervisor or manager I can speak too, he said we don t have those. I mean that was okay but then he figured it was okay to yell and curse at me because he as well was frustrated with being asked the same thing by multiple people. Other than that it was ok!

Not sure what the issue is but the event you guys were running on 10/23 had traffic backed up between HK Dodgen and the intersection leading to 438 loop backed up for over an hour and I wasnt even going to your business. Causing disruptions to traffic patterns on that level is unacceptable.

There is literally nothing cool or unique about this place to warrant the price. We sat for an hour to go a mile into the farm. The wait made me think it must be really popular and really awesome. Everything is just second rate. We paid a ton to get in, and it was just miserable. I rarely leave bad reviews but I hope this helps another family save their money.

This place was so beyond not worth the money. The line is sooo long for literally nothing. They have pumpkins. They have 3 things for entertainment. Yes they have a cute little park but its just good for pictures. There wasnt even a little petting zoo. They had rotten pumpkins set up for their decor. They didnt have sanatizer in the individual stalls. No wash station just 2 big pumps of sanitizer by the front. Its very big but I think they should do more. The helicopter was the only cool thing.

What began as a fun day, ended sour. It took us 45 minutes to exit the parking lot because traffic personnel made us and many other cars get in the back of the exit line (makes sense), but then allowed people to cut in the line closer to the exit causing our line to not literally not move. Wasn t an issue when the parking lot was in its original location.

The farm and pumpkin patch are great. It seems a little expensive upfront, but tickets include all the rides/events inside. This place gets 1-Star because of the parking. It s a one lane road, and the staff will only prioritize incoming traffic. I waited for over 45 minutes to leave the parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was mine and my husbands second time going. Last year and this year. No issues with last year, but this year was horrible. The corn maze was a massive joke. The worker said it was small due to the owners trying to buy bigger land. The tractor ride was a joke also. We road in a circle and looked at grass. They could have put cute decorative pumpkins or signs to solve a cute riddle. Not just grass. I wasnt impressed. Definitely not worth the 19 plus they charge.

They really need to plan out the entrance and exit better. We tried to go one day and turned back around as soon as we saw how long the line was. We came back first thing the next day and getting in was easier but it took over 25 minutes to get out. The road can easily have both people coming and going so it makes zero sense why they make people wait that long to keep it a one way road. I ve been coming for the past 4 years but I don t think I ll be back next year which is sad because it s fun once you re in there.

Arrived at 11 shortly after they opened and place was unbelievably crowded. Half the game stands weren t operational or broke in some way. Bounce house wasn t even blown up half the time we were there. Most of the advertised activities weren t even there. Food stands sold us food that was burnt and hard. Most of the pumpkins in the patch were smashed or rotten and the biggest problem we had was there were several fire ant Mounds throughout the property. We never been to a pumpkin patch and saw decent reviews for this place but it was extremely overpriced and poorly ran. Traffic is horrible and activities are not worth the price.

The traffic was crazy getting in. It was a one way road for about a mile so it gets backed up pretty quick. We were waiting an hour in traffic just to get in the parking lot, granted we went on a Saturday, but still the advertisements weren t accurate about the activities there would be, there was no hayride, petting zoo or sand art. There were no bathrooms other than port a potties. No hand washing stations anywhere. They didn t give you a map of the property at all, so you just wander around looking for what you want. We didn t see any police around the property at all, which is shocking considering how many people were there. Lots of the food trucks were sold out, which was shocking. The helicopter coming and going every few minutes was so loud! My first time there and I will not be back. The kids had fun, but not worth it!

The lines get long but they tend to move pretty quickly. I wish they had actual bathrooms instead of port-a-pottys. Or at least hand washing stations by all of them! I would like to see some water stations for guests to use to fill water bottles on hot days and it would REALLY be nice to have a mothers room (nursing room) that way I wouldnt have had to leave and sit in my car to nurse. I also have to say that the pumpkin selection was not that great since heat and produce dont mix. We didnt really come for a pumpkin mostly for the experience. (We brought our older kids and our 2 month old) We did buy two smaller pumpkins for my little one to take pictures with at home.

On the way back from Waco to Austin we were looking for a pumpkin patch just to pick up some pumpkins and ended up spending three and a half hours enjoying all of the amazing activities and beautiful arrangements at this farm. They have put a lot of work into making this a fun and engaging place for families. Would love to give this place a chance to be fun but for a family of 5 it is completely over priced. In my hometown there is a pumpkin farm that does all of this and more and it is free to enter and pet the animals and watch the shows but the maze, rides, and food were a reasonable price. A family day did not break the bank the way this place does. Really sad honestly.
