Ive gone a good 3 times to watch a movie. I had never entered the restrooms till my 3rd time going, and it was a mess. I expected it to be clean for the type of theater it is. Ive gone twice for a regular movie showing and once for a watch party (absolutely fun - some take home goodies were given relating to the movie!). Ive only ever had their chicken tenders to eat, which arent bad. They can use a bit more crunch though. The fries are yummy. Their dr. Pepper was flat. Had to switch to coke zero.

Alamo its a great place to experience a movie. Chairs are comfortable and arm rests are removable. Service was fast and food was great. Make sure you arrive at least 15-20 min earlier to browse the menu and order food. Write your order on the paper and stand it up for the server to see.

I ve been coming to this cinema for the past 4 years! This is a place to enjoy a movie at any point during the weekday or weekend. The food is great and I love the infinite popcorn and sodas. I love the atmosphere and the staff is super friendly and attentive, expect on those midnight releases or when it s a very popular movie, which is understandable because it does get full. I do miss themed special menus and drinks (which at times they do rarely bring them back). If you are a fan about comfort then this is something that the cinema lacks. It is compact and at times can be tiring siting down. The sound system could use an upgrade but that is also passable.

The movie and service during the movie was amazing, our server came back to check on us super quietly and was very helpful! Best of all, however, was the service we received from the bartender, Uriah! We wanted to book a few tickets in advanced for upcoming movies and he was incredibly helpful getting us the best times and seats. Everyone was super nice and helpful, definitely will be coming back for the staff alone!

I went with my dad and it was his first time visiting. He said, and I quote: it was like I went back to the sixties! He and I had a wonderful experience, especially with the waiter who was very helpful. I do have one critique, although I appreciate how attentive the server is, it does tend to break the immersion of the movie each time he stops by our seats to ask if we would like anything. This could probably be fixed if I put up a request on paper (another amazing thing that impressed my dad!). The movie experience was fantastic and I will be bringing him again next time!

This was our first Alamo drafthouse we had been too. The service was great and food was delicious. Not sure if we will ever go back to the regular movie theater again. The bottomless popcorn was on point. We highly recommend the fried pickles.

Ticket purchase is easy. At the waiting area, theres tables and a bar. Drink and food can be purchased and can be taken into the theater. The bar staff is friendly and can suggest drinks. Seating inside is comfortable, but the seats dont recline. Also theres not a lot of leg room. So if you need to use the restroom you can either slide down and go under the railing or bother everyone on your way down the row.

DONT come to this movie theater , I came with my cousin which is 17 almost 18 and we came in and scanned our tickets we bought online and as we were walking the rude cop told us if we had an id . And we called our guardian & the guy said we still couldn t enter we asked for a refund and he said we would have to do it online and we never got our money back so y all don t come here rude cop and guy working if he saw we looked underage when we entered why didn t he say anything from the beginning .

Very disappointed with my experience at Alamo Drafthouse. They are supposed to enforce the no talking or texting during a movie rule. We complained 3 times about a couple who kept talking throughout the movie and they were not told to leave. It was very distracting hearing them talk the entire movie. They pride themselves on being strict on distractions, but nothing was done.

Ive been here many times and every time the staff, food, and cleanliness are superb! I just love going to the Alamo Drafthouse in Laredo (I have never been to any other). The ambience, service, quality of movies and show hours are just unbeatable. And I have not even gotten to the endless popcorn and, my favorite, the avocado toast which are just the best. If you have never been to the Alamo Drafthouse movie experience ( Theatre just doesn t properly define it) you are missing out. Also, highly recommended and enjoyable, is when they show classic movies, from the Lord of the Rings trilogy, to the Creature of the Black lagoon, Metropolis, Bladerunner and 2001, among many others that I have enjoyed. Do yourself a favor and run over to the Alamo Drafthouse nearest you. You will not regret it.

I am a fan of this place, if I want to watch a movie I HAVE to come here, the staff is very nice and very attentive. The food is really good for a reasonable price. I recommend you try the loaded fries or the cookies and ice cream I love how they do little things and put tiny details for newly released movies, they always come up with new limited food and drinks depending on the movies. LOVE IT

Don t think I will be coming back here for a whole We ve been regulars for a while but our experience a couple of days ago really bummed us out and almost ruined our date :(. Took forever to bring us our food as well as 30 minutes to drink us our waters. What really killed the mood was that they were being super stubborn on not serving us drinks. We ve been here so many times and it s never been an issue before :(. Only cause my gf didn t have an ID on her and even she showed you proof.

Im in love with the movie theater, the whole experience makes the movies to be much more enjoyable. I like the fact that they play old movies as well and provide additional services such as movie parties, etc... What gets me really excited about going to this place is that they have a menu so you can enjoy some burgers, pizza, wings, beer, coktails, etc... Apart from just popcorn which they have as well. Another thing worth to mention is that they already incorporated some vegan options such as a burger with Beyond meat patty, cauliflower wings and vegan pizza as well. This time, decided to give the vegan burger a try and it as extremely good, enjoyed it a lot while watching a horror movie (couldnt take a picture because the movie was already playing). The service is outstanding, love that there are somer waiters that pick up your order so you dont have to order prior entering to the movie. Also the offer a kinda membership where you pay around $20 and it allows you to go to a movie once a day for free (some restrictions apply), were actually considering purchasing it so we can go on a more regular basis.

Had heard good things and was hopeful for a good experience. Took our seats and 10 min later our order was picked up 3 drinks/3meals. 10min later one meal came out, no drinks. 15 min later Got 2 drinks and popcorn, soda had no syrup just club soda. I took it to the counter explained the situation and asked for a replacement. 10min later 2nd meal and another drink without syrup. Came by with correct drink, asked for refill on one drink and status of 3rd meal. 40 min into visit 3rd meal never arrived so we just cancelled the order. Service seemed slow and unorganized.

Be carful because they will give minors alcohol. They gave our kid an alcoholic shake. They just handed it to him and he s only like 13yrs old. It s a good thing he told us right away. We asked to talk to the Mgr in charge who was Liz who took more than 5 minutes to show up. She said those were the rules and could not let us in, and that she could just refund the money. So she took another 5 minutes doing the refund. She gave the money back to the card, and as we were walking back she we noticed she did not return the full amount. So I went in to ask her why, and she said we don t return the booking fee. She never told us that when she offered the refund. Don t recommend this place at all.
