Chloe was our server. She told us she was in training but didnt feel that way . Everything was great, she was attentive and knowledgeable. We did not have to wait for anything. Our drinks and starter was brought out fast. Food was great. Staff was courteous and pleasant. Our food expediter (Nick) was also friendly and fast. Will be back and would recommend this location.

Our server Gharett went above and beyond!! He continuously checked on us, was very professional and even gave us a fresh bag of chips and salsa after we asked for a to go box for the extra chips and salsa we had. Burgers were great and the Arnold Palmer was perfectly sweet. Will definitely be back at this location!! Overall the service our server gave us was definitely my favorite part, it made chilis stand out from other restaurants!

My wife and I eat at one of the Chilis near use regularly for lunch or dinner. So I thought the Gift Card Deal was a good idea. Buy a $50 gift card and get two $10 gift cards free. We used the two $10 gift cards first, at different times. We went to a Chilis in Mesquite and they RIPPED ME OFF! After we ate the waitress brought a payment kiosk from another table with someone elses bill on it. We told the waitress and she took it way. When she brought it back she told us she had removed the bill. So, I paid my a little over $14 bill with the $50 gift card and left. But, when I went to a Chilis in Garland and tried to use that card it showed a balance of twenty cents! I got ripped off about $36 by Chilis Mesquite. My wife called Chilis corparate office a dozen times, talking to different people. Still no refund. It was useless people who made excuses and did nothing. Total waste of time. Dont get scammed by their Gift Card Deal its a rip off. What they dont realize and probably dont care, theyve lost a customer for life. I will never eat at a Chilis resturant again...

Well as I am still sitting here Im post this review. I have tried so much to give this location a chance but today took the cake. Lets begin with waiting long periods of time for your drinks. Lets travel to one waiter putting his finger in the salad. Lets turn to how there was a long blonde hair in the soup. Lets go to how the meat was uncooked and the food overall was nasty. Lets go to how I had to beg for some ranch and never received. Just all together take me away and I mean far away from this location. The manager didnt even acknowledge that the kitchen messed up so bad. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. THIS WAS OUR FOR ME

I ordered through chilis app to send food to his apartment and gave detailed instructions of the complex and then I went to bed I was sick. The order never came and. Chilis manager is lying saying there s a picture of delivery little do they know I ve already talked to DoorDash and they said they have no proof or pic of the order delivered. Chilis is continuing to lie but when asked to see the proof IT DOESNT EXIST!!! They stole my money and refuse to give it back. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

To start this, when my fiancé and I went to the host, she didnt seat us, she gave me the menu and we had to seat ourselves. Our waiter was okay but not present often. Wow has Chilis changed in the last couple years. The food is fantastic! The chicken tenders were crispy yet very juicy and tender on the inside. Only critic is I ordered the Nashville Hot and the flavor just was not there. It had color but the spices and flavor were absent creating a bland taste. It was like eating very good but bland fried chicken. The southern egg rolls were the opposite as far as flavor. The burst of flavor in every bite was like a symphony and I was so sad when it ended. The big bite burgers were a slight disappointment. They had flocked but the patty was slightly overcooked causing it to be a little dry and overtaken by the taste of the cheese and bun. The meat in a burger should always be the star of the show. Other than that the service was excellent and I would highly recommend checking out your local Chilis.

The waiter we had was very rude. If you are confused about what we are trying to order- VOCALIZE IT!! Don t assume what we are trying to order. Don t give an attitude when we say this is not what we ordered. If we literally are saying we re not trying to argue don t respond back then what are we doing. It shows that you refuse to hear what we are trying to say and instead of helping, you get defensive. It s okay to mess up, but it s not okay to get defensive and snap back. Either learn how to talk to people right or stop working in customer service. Plain and simple.

I ve never been accused of not paying a bill until last night , me and friend came the last 30 mins before closing , I do understand yall are tired and ready to go . Impressive location! (all Chilis are not equal, another chain that I usually stay away from). However, the Mesquite Texas location is the best. The food was hot, restraunt clean, impressed that the team was conscious about cross contamination (the waitress took order, someone else delivered food, someone name Pedro kept helping out)! The restroom was clean and they passed the French Fry test Second visit was a miss! Rude pregnant waitress, dirty table and silverware . Waitress became agitated after I requested a spoon for soup (waited/until soup was lukewarm) and no refills! Pregnant waitress stated she was busy...noticed certain people had to wait for orders while others were served immediately!

Grabbed a quick lunch here. I ordered a cilantro lime carne asada medium rare. It came out well done and chewy. It was a busy lunch so it took a minute for our server to come around. The manager was helping her and brought me a brand new plate with the carne asada done correctly. The service was great. Food quality has gone down significantly. Also, the bathroom was less than not clean at all. Silverware looked like it was 20 years old, cheap, and stained with water spots. Of course, we asked for to go plastic ware instead. Again, the service staff were doing their best, and you could tell. They should not have to work in such a declining atmosphere. Can they turn it around? Yes! The property needs an improvement program, an emphasis on cleaning often needs to be mandatory, less food tasting like its out of a can and warmed up... I would rate it a 0 or 1, but the staff deserves better.

Im noticing menu changes. Subtle but still noticeable. The smokehouse combos no longer have beef brisket as an option. You now have brisket quesadia as an option. No, thank you! BBQ smokehouse platters in Texas need to have brisket as an option. Quesadilas are a whole other menu item. I find it typical these days to see short staffed restaurants. I still dont know whats happened to all the workers. Perhaps those that do work are burning out. Could this be why the attentiveness, or should I say lack of it, is so prevalent. Its very annoying to have to chase down a server to ask for everything. I shouldnt have to ask for silverware. A barbecue platter should at least come with extra sauce. Just a suggestion. Chilis is still good for sports watching and cold beer.

Went to Chilis last week and again today. Both times I ordered the whiskey glazed chicken. Last week we ate in the restaurant and today was take, out both times I was not given the extra whiskey glazed dip and the chicken today was disgusting. I ended up taking all my food and drink back. Chilis is my favorite restaurant and I always order the same thing. After 2 times of bad service I will NEVER return. This time I was given refund for the full meal but I still never eat there again and that made me sad.
