Since I started using this facility, I have had no issues of any kind when going to any appointment or getting blood drawn.

Nurse practitioner here is hands down the best - same provider for 3 years. She LISTENS. Lab techs here are efficient and haven t left a mark yet!

Having been seen here for years, the only drawback is the turnover in doctors and/or PAs. In the past 5 years, Ive had just as many different physicians assigned to me as my primary care provider. Its better than navigating the actual main hospital and finding a parking spot is better than the main hospital. The VA needs more of these annexes located around Texas.

Use this address to get here. Turn at Cinemark as the entrance on Google is blocked. The clinic is in the plaza right of Cinemark and Backporch Drafthouse. Went in for labs and it was very quick.

I have been trying to reach someone in respite care department for months regarding my husbands remaining hours for this year. When I call they either drop call or it continue to ring without anyone answering. They continues to pass the buck but doesnt get back with me. This is terrible for the patients to have to go through. I pity the people that dont have someone to advocate for them. I really hope things improve because its pretty bad right now. Advocate for Eddie LRobinson.

So far 1 star. I recently moved to Killeen and have been trying to get an appointment to get settled with this VA and to get back on my mental health meds. I ve been calling for 3 weeks M-F and I m on hold for 20-30 minutes then the line says nobody is available to answer the call and the line hangs up. I ve spoke to 2 people and both were on the line for about 45 seconds while I was trying to explain what I needed before saying hang on and was put on hold again. I m pretty stable but boy I hope anyone out there struggling seeks help from an ER or the crisis line because I don t think this VA will help.

This phone is always busy. Cant schedule appointment. If you come in person...you Cant walk-in if you have your child with you. I feel sorry for ANY single parents , Im not, but geezus my husband is on AD status right now. The VA makes if hard for people to see them with any medical issues and any appointments you have. The appointments take on average 2-3 months to see a doctor hence the cancel on you so fast.

They know how to make an appointment but fail when it comes to keeping the appointment. I am always waiting over an hour or more for a routine injection given by a nurse. With nurses just walking all around. Why make a set time for an appointment and never keep it? Incompetent staff. 1 hour 30 minutes waiting again.

Mostly friendly staff, very clean clinic. I havent waited long for my appointments. There is sufficient parking, unlike when going to the main VA. Overall this clinic is much better than going to the main VA Hospital.

Very hard to get appointments within a timely manner. I had a phone appointment with my Dr who never called. I have been attempting to call the clinic to see why my Dr never called for our appointment but i have been on hold for 65 mins now and no one has picked up the phone. This is unacceptable. Took me 5 months to get a Primary care appointment and months to get follow up appointments this needs to get fixed now!

My wife went early to her appointment for a simple birth control shot and was made to wait over an hour an a half while they had her wait next to a suspected covid patient. Unbelievable.

I love this clinic. My primary doctor is here and they always do a great job of squeezing me in and properly treating me. Keep the business card they give you it is a direct number to the clinic you will get the front desk immediately instead of using the v.a. hotline provided.

Love my doc but they dont answer their phones worth a damn. I left the main VA hospital at 3:45pm one day. I had been on hold with this clinic for 15 minutes when I left. I drove to the clinic and was still on hold. Nobody was on the phone when I walked through the doors. Not sure why my call was not answered. Yet when I walked up was seen almost immediately. Now Im on my 15 minute break at work coming up on 15 minutes on hold. They talk about stress on the recording, well what the hell do you think is stressing us Vets outs? The VA!
