Took my money and didn t do nothing for me and they never answer the phone or keep in touch. Paid him 10k to take a last minute divorce case and he was just like the other 3 lawyers that didn t help me at all. Needs to be a new law that lawyers don t get paid until service are rendered and I bet they will do their job and I bet will keep in touch at all times.

Mr. David DeFoore was incredibly helpful and effectient! He was patient, listened well and was thorough in his efforts and investigation! There was good communication, understanding, and trust! Combined with the paralegal and secretary they are a top notch team, very friendly and knowledgeable!! The case turned out favorable due to his efforts and Id highly recommend his service!! I highly recommend David Defoore and his office. They are great people and they walk you through every step. I appreciate all the help and will use them in the future if I ever need anything if y all need a good lawyer, who will have your back, no matter the circumstance I highly suggest you use David Defoore not only is David awesome but his assistant Jennifer is amazing. Above & beyond! David DeFoore represented me not only in the case he was hired to do but also gave some representation with other counties where I had charges, collaborating with them, as well as advising me on some steps to take in order to produce the best outcome. Very poor communication. Doesnt reply to emails or voicemails hardly at all. Was told that since our case never went to court in front of a judge that we would get a refund of the some of the money and when we sent email asking about it was told we wouldnt get anything back. We never received a copy of the final orders filed with clerk that we had asked for and was part of the cost.

I could not have made a better decision going with David. A potentially life changing issue and David couldnt have done better. When I spoke with David the first time (1st lawyer I called) he told me to call around and talk to other lawyers but he was certain I would go back to him. And he was right, the professionalism brought me back as well as the confidence he carries. Also, watching other lawyers in or around the courthouse made me feel confident with David representing me. 100% the best decision I have made!

My contested divorce took quite some time and David was incredible the entire way. He walked me through every step of the process and was always there to reassure me when I was feeling overwhelmed. David was my attorney since 2017, at the beginning I probably wasnt the best client because of the choices I was making back then. But not once did David ever give up on me. He told me truth even when I didnt want to hear it. But fast forward to now I won everything I was asking for. No once did he not believe in me, he gave me chance after chance. He will be the one I go to of I ever need any help again legally. I recommend him to almost everyone I know going through the same thing I went through.

He doesn t keep you informed throughout your case. He doesn t explain anything to you about the process. Even will accuse you of lying. You can email and call him and his assistant and it will take forever to get a response. Sometimes they call the day before court. Shows up late almost every time to court or mediations. He will literally take your money and not actually fight your case. Just want to collect and get it over with. Wasted my money using him. Won t do it again. I should have filed a grievance with the bar when I had planned to but was dumb and trusted him to do his job.

If youre a dad and dont think you can get custody of your kids think again. Cause David N.DeFoore law firm can do it for you,he did it for me,he can do it for you! He did a great job in getting everything I wanted. His assistant Jennifer is great at getting everything organized the way its supposed to be and when its court time Mr. DeFoore will show up and show out. His prices are good he doesnt over charge like other lawyers. With him its not about the money its about what he can do for you. I highly recommend Mr. DeFoore for you dads out there who want custody of your kids or anyone who wants a great lawyer. Mr. DeFoore and his assistant Jennifer did a wonderful job in our adult adoption. The process was smooth and the proceeding went very well. My wife and I could not be happier with the outcome. One tip I would suggest is ensure you look in your spam holder before texting and calling the office like a mad man.

I had a crazy divorce and David really helped me get through it. He thinks outside the box and comes up with things i would never think of. He is awesome. He is smart and aggressive in court. I can t get a phone call, reply, nothing for months. I keep leaving messages week after week for David to call us back. It s a simple will to probate and as far as I know nothing has been done. Keep getting excuses that he s in court, which may be true because he is an attorney, but certainly not all day, every day, month after month. Very disappointed with the lack of service.
