Overall this store was subpar the employees tried to tell me that the taquitos automatically come with shelled egg but as a previous employee we all know how the taquito mix is prepared which is why when a customer request shelled egg we mark it special this particular experience was short of that and disheartening to have had this experience while able to see the lack of training being given to ensure customers like myself receive correct orders and are satisfied from entrance to exit on their visit.

Just writing a review to say that Dawn is the heart of this store. She s so nice & has an amazing attitude that makes everyone feel like family. I ve watched her help people that couldn t walk well, say hi to the regulars, & over extend herself for all the customers that come in. She knows how to make everyone feel welcome. I would say the whole morning staff deserve a shout out. Me and my daughter s food always comes out AMAZING and the store is always clean when we come in for breakfast before I go to work.

Horrible. Waited in the drive through line for 30 min with only 5 cars ahead of us. Finally order and get to the window to get our food and she tells us to go park in a spot and they will bring our food to us. Another 15 min go by waiting in the parking spot. My husband finally goes inside to see how much longer and the food is just sitting on the counter ready but no one had brought it out to us. We finally leave after waiting for 45 min and when we open the food we have the complete wrong sandwhichs. And no sauces that we paid extra for. I ve had problems at this location more than once. Service is always horrible and slow. We won t be back

So a few months back maybe a year ago I visited and it was a scene straight out of a movie there was a drunk passed out two people fighting the list goes on and safe to say they might have cleaned their act up from what I could tell well kind of at least there was like some foreign guy in there yelling about being stuck in the drive-thru so definitely avoid the drive-thru at this location at all cost other than that good luck!

I stopped at this whataburger after driving 2 hours to pick my son up from UNT. Having a 2 hour drive home we chose to eat here. I ordered a combo one with cheese etc. Once I received my meal the meat was crumbled up like a sloppy joe with cheese only on half of the burger. After asking them to remake it they did and the burger came out in literally one minute but I thought nothing of it. I opened my burger the meat was completely cold, the cheese wasnt even slightly melted it was as if they had just took it out the freezer. Needless to say I had to drive 2 hours home at 12:30 a.m hungry as hell after originally waiting 45 minutes for our food. I would NEVER suggest eating here. This Whataburger should never be allowed to a represent The all time favorite of Texas...Whataburger!

Hit or Miss place! Was waiting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes, finally got an order and drove off because everyone had already been waiting for a long time and I just wanted to get home. Workers scratching their heads, picking up food off the floor then touching food without washing their hands. They had gloves on, but didnt change them either. I stopped in this evening after a very long day at work, because I received a coupon that I wanted to use. I just wanted to take a second to brag on the young man James, who was working the counter. He was very patient with me while I had a somewhat complicated food order, then also proceeded to pay with some change, as well as my credit card. I know how frustrating difficult orders can be, especially in a fast food, setting sometimes, but he remained very professional, and even went above and beyond to make sure I had specific items I asked for. I frequent a lot of Whataburger, and sadly, this is not the level of service that I receive most of the time. Kudos to James and the team at this Whataburger closest to me. They are always on point! Ordered on the Whataburger app for curbside pickup. Order said it would be ready between 9:02 and 9:05. Showed up at that time and checked in. When the time was 9:27, I went inside to check. Turns out that our order has been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. Got home, and the requested sauce was missing and both of the gravy orders were literally a quarter full. Lastly, the chocolate shake barely had any chocolate flavor. It was barely discolored vanilla. Oh, and nobody apologized about anything.

This is a very nice store, very clean and well maintained. Its kind of hard to see because its right next to a gas station thats on the corner, and its a very high traffic area. The staff is very nice and polite. The restaurant iser is very clean. The restrooms stay locked with a key pad on the door. It was not very crowded as you can see from the pictures of the parking lot and inside, there were at least 4 or 5 different tables with people. I placed my order online and then came in to pick it up. I waited until I was about 6 minutes away from the place. When I arrived there and went inside, I had to wait one additional minute and my food was ready. So very fast, and it was timed to perfectly.

She is definitely not a good manager to have representing the store. When I called, she told me to go through the app to say my order wasnt correct. She tried to put the blame on the app first the store not fulfilling the order properly. She didnt want to remake the food & I just wanted to go back to get what I paid for without having to wait through the slow line again. She was very sarcastic on the phone & in person. She had the biscuit re-made & it was wrong again. She told me the receipt had egg on it when I know it didnt. Look, when I come in to order food at 10 pm, you have to understand that a burger carries a whole lot of emotions with it. So, how can I come in and order a Southern BACON Double Burger, and you all forget to put the DAMN bacon in the burger? For crying out loud, the burger was already cold to the touch. I know you cant always make it from scratch, but at least heat it up in the microwave for long enough. DAMN. The fries were soggy and chewy too. DAMN. Man, look, I love Whataburger. In fact, one of my first eye-opening moments with food was when I bit into a sweet and spicy bacon burger from here. But you all have dropped the ball on me. From now on, I will drive that extra mile or two to In-N-Out on University to get a burger because at least they get it right every time Ive been there
