The First Time I got my Blood Work at The Belton Clinic, They Poked me Three Times so I was recommended to go to Your Clinic by my Friend Jenna , Who is also an Employee of your Clinic. She Specifically Recommended Louis and he has done my Blood Work Several Times ever since , He is Very Professional and Great at his Job! He is Also Very Friendly! It is also Amazing How it Only takes him one time to poke me every Time I get Blood work even when I do not drink much Water! Today I went in for Blood work he was having a little trouble finding a vane but he did not give up and still got me with in one poke! there is no way I could work in a blood lab and do as great of a Job as him. I Highly recommend you go to Louis here in the Temple Clinic for any and All your Blood Work Needs! Louis is Amazing at his Job, and deserves to be recognized as Employee of the year!

This clinic has been amazing! DrHatherall has been the best doctor I ve had in decades. She cares about my opinion on my own care and is very responsive to any message I send. Highly recommend!

With my experiences so far with this clinic,they have been absolutely amazing!! Dr. H actually listens to me and my concerns about my health and shes done the same for my mom. The receptionists that I have dealt with so far have been amazing as well. All in all this is an amazing clinic. Best experiences in a while when dealing with Scott and White. Definitely want Dr. H and her team to be in my corner for the foreseeable future even though I live about 2 hours away now.

I have been going to the Santa Fe clinic for almost 7 years and I have never waited a long time in the waiting room, they have always been kind and caring. If I had a problem they would help with whatever I need or send me to another Dr to help. Dr.Vera has always been professional in every way. The staff has been great and always professional

Doctors cant see an established patient. Had to cancel an appointment that has been set for a couple of weeks. They only see their primary care patients and telling everyone else to schedule somewhere else. Ridiculous of baylor scott and white. Literally the worst place to go. They dont explain anything test wise. You have to go to another place to get them to explain test results. The front desk is horrendous. They do not speak very well to any patient. Sad to say of a place.

The clinic is smaller than I expected. But, its well ran. There is a Lab on site. And a Social Worker is there if you need help...The Nurses were sweet and made sure I was ok. I needed a Follow-Up Appointment and Some Lab Work. The Check-Out Clerk was able to Schedule Everything on One Day and I was in and out of the Lab in no time.

Dr kristine palmer is not just good but is the best doctor I have ever seen she listens she is concerned over every issue u have she is not ok or good she is the best there is i would highly recommend her to anybody. I would give her a A+ rating to anybody she is the smartest doctor I have ever met and im glad am her patient

Dr. Palmer was not willing to listen to my symptoms, repeatedly told me that I had covid when I was having concerns of having pneumonia I explained to him that I had already had covid August 1st through the 14th. The conversation pretty much went South after asking if I had the vaccine or wanted the vaccine which I said no. I had recently just had a z-pack because I had a sinus infection from covid and he told me well you should be feeling better by now implying that I was being dishonest about feeling bad. Which I explained to him was my point I still feel bad and I was told that if I didnt feel better in a few days to contact and make another appointment. Much more of the conversation went bad he just wasnt willing to listen to any of my symptoms I was hoping for steroids and maybe a chest x-ray which he would not give he also posted in my file that I didnt seem to be under any distress and I seemed fine he gave me a prescription of amoxicillin and that was all and not to mention he sent it to a pharmacy Ive never used before and I showed up at my regular one too find this out and then I had to gps directions to a pharmacy Ive never used. I dont understand why he would do this when my last several prescriptions have come through the same pharmacy. I just dont want him to make anybody else feel this way or not get the correct medical treatment because hes unwilling to listen to what they have to say.

My wife had an appt arrival at 725 and they let an 8 month pregnant woman stand outside in the cold for five mins...just staring at her through the doors until 730...she usually has to go in at 730 so she didn t know they wouldn t be open until then but her arrival time was 725 and she had been told previously that five mins late is a cancellation if e check in was not done(their system or mychart didn t take her echelon in correctly) how can you be ok with yourself with a very pregnant woman standing outside for even a minute let alone five in 40 degree weather and not ask her how you can help her....obviously she s not standing there for no reason!!! She s very ready to be done going there, luckily we don t have much longer and will be changing clinics as soon as the babies are born in two weeks.

Marked as a free walk in clinic. I went up there and they said that a visit would be over 200 dollars. Just waiting for the class action suit for the false advertising because i will jump right on that train. Dont pay to have your business show up under something it isnt especially if you are in the united states its wrong no matter what services you provide.

Do not come to this place they charged me 553.00 for a drug test thats 10 dollars at Walmart!!! Biggest rip off Ive ever seen every bill Ive had has been different charge. They are money hungry so get ready

My daughter 11 years old was there for a dry cough that has been going for 3 days no stopping, staff treated my wife and daughter with disdain, the medicine was not available at the pharmacy we normally use, we had been waiting all day for the Dr to sent the prescription to another pharmacy while my daughter is on pain and their attitude when talking over the phone shows that they do NOT CARE for a child. Still expecting we pay for a $400 bill?. We will have to take her to the Emergency Room.

This clinic goes over and beyond to help you, DR. GOLDSON is the absolute bet, you can tell that she truly cares about her patients. The staff is always nice. They alway answer my question promptly. Dr. Goldson takes care of my entire family we are very happy we found such a great physician!!

So how about I give a no call mark for not reminding me of an up coming appointment. Oh btw did I also include that the cost of Scott and white insurance is very over priced? 480 a month just to get 2 prescriptions fill once ever 30 days? .ca. You say rip off? I sure can

I have been seeing my PCP since she began in Scott and White in Georgetown location. She is now in the Santa Fe Family Medicine location. At this location the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and everyone at the clinic is very attentive. This is a very busy clinic and in the mists of this rush of this fasted pace clinic, the staff and physicians still take the time to care and assist their patients in a caring manner. Thank you Santa Fe Family Medicine staff and physicians for everything you do for your patients!!! One more thing Dr. Elizabeth Fomby is the best physician I have ever been treated by!!!
