I had the party for my 11 year old son and it was very easy to do. I really liked that I was able to do the reservation online. A day later a got a phone call from Jump USA for details and I was actually even able to change the date of the party at no extra cost. I loved the fact that I was able to take food from outside, like sandwiches and vegetable trays as well as a cooler with drinks. Anothter thing that I also liked was that the place is so big that kids have enough space to jump and play with a minimum risk of bumping into each other. Lastly, I like that we were given the option of staying until the placed closed, we had to leave the party room at the time arranged, but the kids could continue jumping until closing and parents had to move to the general area, which we did. So instead of having basically a 2 hour party, I ended up staying for a total of 4 hours. Worth the money.

Very poorly recommended this place is not safe at all, there is no specification of what age is recommended for children according to their age, there is no supervision of the employees, apart from the employees are despotic and rude without education. The women with braces on their teeth are the worst there are, very arrogant and a man who speaks Spanish is super rude and bitter. Be very careful if you think of taking your children to this place they are exposed to many dangers. The prices are through the roof every month they raise the prices. They want to charge even for babies, children who do not walk yet when the website says differently, they want to charge for children under 4 years old. Save yourself the stress and avoid visiting this place. It is very dirty, never clean the black floors and the stinky bathrooms without cleaning the paper thrown everywhere

Amazing place to Go with your kids. They have Giant Trampolines and a Ninja course that is so Cool. Great Staff. I Paid $20 bucks per child and got Unlimited jumping for a Full Month!!!!

This started off very friendly but quickly showed why it was not the greatest place. Took little ones to enjoy and first thing was getting soaked on the hamster wheel. Was given a free ride for it where the attendant was not paying attention which is the attendant that did the hamster wheel. The trampolines are in poor condition and nothing looked like it had been sanitized in quite some time. A lot of the pics we saw turned out to be the Instagram vs. Reality in real life. I will not be going back.

I was there but 10 mins to realize this place Was a Scam and out of code regulations safety for my children. The owners said I was there 30 mins and ripped me off when I said I wanted store credit because my children were begging me to leave. The jump area was not safe. They are old and have lost the ability to spring back and my children said it felt like they were going to fall from it. They also said they saw gum everywhere thrown on the jump area. When they tried the inflatable house they mentioned a kid had purposely farted making it uncomfortable for them to even continue they went back to the entrance! Lastly they tried an obstacle course and said the tall inflatable for that was also deflated and unsafe! I saw a lot Of food on the floor and the staff attempting to vacuum it up but would do a half some job still leaving crumbs on the floor! It was a first visit and don t recommend bringing your children here your better at altitude

This place is AWESOME!!! My daughter and I are such huge fans! Its a locally owned business, and we feel welcome every time we come through. Theres also a karaoke room and other attractions. I prefer this place over Urban Air(Ive been to North and South Urban Air locations--both overcrowded, overpriced, and for some reason the lights are low?? Not great for trying to watch kids). My daughter has met many friends here, too. There are several jump areas and even some inflatable jump houses, soccer area, arcade.. . Lots more. And yes, parents: there are massage chairs. Win win WON!

BE CAUTIOUS ON SIGNING THAT WAIVER!!! BEWARE!! Me and my boyfriend had never been to a trampoline park before until today we decided to go together for a fun date, for our very first (and last) experience we decided to choose this jump party location because we also saw how relatively cheap the price was how close it was to our home. HOWEVER now I see why this place is so cheap! The pictures in here dont fully show you what the trampolines look like I know the owners of this establishment wont give a dime about my review, I WANT TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW TO WARN ANYBODY that comes here the trampolines are messed up tape was literally holding the trampolines together and there were sunken in patches THIS is what caused my boyfriend to injur himself he didnt notice a the trampoline was sunken in the middle!! Hes now having to deal with a swollen ankle because of the deception... Never will I ever come back here again!! The pictures DO not show you the real thing be warned.

I normally come here but I never brought my nephew who is 3 years old with us . I also use to bring my son when he was about 3 back then I never had to pay extra he was very Social Motivated to play on his own . I understand some kids need a parent to play but not all kids are the same . A parent should not have to pay if not jumping I think that a steel of money she was okay I don t have to jump just pay should of said he was 4 I think next time we are not coming here no more when we have kids that are 3 an d under . I see why it s not been so busy lately .. I think they wcan be better! Maybe if they like to be strict and care about the safety of the little ones 3 and under they should Probably take it into consideration and have a space for 4 and under for those parents that don t want to jump. It be really nice not to have to pay if we re not jumping I understand some parents might like to pay so they may jump with their child I understand safety 1st I would believe that s why the parents are there Supervising the kids cause it s not a daycare.

We brought our 2 year old here. This was her first time so of course she enjoyed herself. We got there an hour before closing. Being that it wasnt busy she was able to do more. Im not sure I would let her go there when it is busy. Not a bad place. We actually plan to take our nieces. There is no supervision. So you have to keep an eye on your kids if theyre younger. I had my nieces 2nd birthday party here. I was super questionable looking at the outside, but as our family and friends have children of many different ages up to 16, all of the kids had a blast, even the adults. The rates were extremely Fair. The one drawback was I saw an area that had equipment out and looked like it was being worked on and it wasnt blocked off at all and you really really need to watch your children because its up to you just keep them safe. Now that is kind of a given for me, if you have a child you should be looking after them but some people think others should watch their kids. It is a bit older, but all in all, a great time was had by all

It was horrible. I had the worst time ever. It was a rainy day and I had nothing to do so I went to try it. That was a mistake. It was dirty under staffed and you have to pay money for everything. The prices aren t the worst but after you pay the entry fee you have to buy the water thing for and extra amount and etc the trampolines were horrible and my friend landed on her neck when trying a back handspring. She is so good at that trick. Everything has holes and it was not fun worst place ever.

Came here 2021 and had a good time, one time price for the visit. Came here april 2022 and now have to pay hourly AND you must buy a parent pass to follow kids around in trampoline. Will never come back here, very over priced and felt staff following us the whole time there because we didnt buy adult pass. The personal attention is good, but I think the cost is high, the trampolines require maintenance, they are already very damaged, and well, they are boring, to use the areas that are more attractive and fun you have to pay extra, they should be already included with the payment To begin with, at least have the opportunity to use them once for a while. In terms of cleaning, they should pay more attention to this, since it is a place for children, there were many places with accumulated dust, many stains on the floor, the aquatic area was terrible. The water was very dirty and they ask you to pay more to use it. Most of the play spheres were deflated and thrown onto a shore represent a great risk to the safety of children. And I wish they could separate a special area for babies and small children, they really need it.

We ve come here a bunch with our two children that are 3-years-old and 1-year-old. Always had a good time until this time they decided that we d have to pay for our 1-year-old and for my wife to stand with her. Super odd as most jump places don t charge for a kid under two or a parent to stand with them since the kid barley participates at all. They told my wife she could sit on a bench or wait in the parking lot. Pretty disappointed, and unfortunately they lost our consistent business going forward.

Help desk ladies were super nice and helpful ! Asian dude which Im assuming was the boss, could be nice to his employees. He shouted at them right in front of my family. So rude and embarrassing for the employee. Other then that some hand sanitizing stations would be nice. Alot of areas for kids to play. Not crowded. Parking is crazy though. I was kinda skeptical because of the reviews . I was super late booking a party for my 4 year old and this was the only place left in all of Austin and surrounding areas. Turns out, it was great. Showed up an hour before abs they didn t give me a hard time at all. They provided plates, napkins and all plastic ware. He best thing was that it wasn t crowded!! Place had no ac it was hot in there, the kids was curling underneath rope to get to other side. Price is way to high to pay for one hour. Will not be going back to that place.

Kids had fun, and enjoyed the trampolines. Not sure what they were referring to about sports (bball half court). However, the womens restroom was not well serviced (the toilets had pee on them and were not flushed, the soap dispenser was kind of knocked off the wall, very messy on the floor).

My experience here at jump party USA was amazing, very nice obstacle course, all ages up to adults can even enjoy. Nice place to have a party. Staff are wonderful nice and friendly. Come out and see yourself.

Jump USA is Awesome!! There are tons of activities and space, my kids love this place, didnt want to leave. Great price. I found a karaoke room is good for birthday party. We will definitely go back again!!

Lately since the asian woman is there incharge of the business everything has been getting worst. She is very desper for money. She has been trying to just make free money by trying to charge money for adults that are not playing. If you bring your kid to play, she has a new rule that you as a adult have to also pay even of you explain her over and over that is your kid that is going to play not you. Her only answer is that is the new rule. This place became trash. Because because they will trick you bad if you dont pay attention to what you do.

Its great for the price! We go all the time. Its never too crowded even with summer camps going there since there is so much room and so much to do. Sometimes its just us. Also nice. The proprieter is super responsive if a game isnt working. Shes super nice. Things get worn out, but that doesnt really matter much. Shes always cleaning and repairing, etc. We love it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Place is run down and dirty! Went to a birthday party there and there was a big cockroach crawling up the wall! Restroom were nasty!!! For the price it was not worth it.
