My husband and I tried to steal a lunch out two meals cost me over $36 because of upgrades. Im not saying that because I cant afford it Im saying that because please understand this is still a $40 meal for two individuals even if we are driving through a fast food restaurant. We waited for almost 15 minutes to receive our food in the Drive-Thru. I requested three times to have Bronco Berry sauce with our large upgraded meal jalapeno poppers X2 when they delivered our food they were in a hurry and so eere we. Once down the road we begin unloading to eat before we had to be back to work. There were no napkins in the bags there were no Bronco Berry sauce with the jalapeno poppers (I wont eat them without it. That was a waste of $) the food was fresh and delicious (besides not being able to eat my jalapeno poppers) next time instead of waiting I wish they would just let us know that they dont have an item prepared and there will be a wait and please double check sauces.

7:30 pm and they are out of roast beef. Weird, but understandable. What is not understandable is why it would be a thirty minute wait for roast beef to be cooked. There was zero people at the restaurant. I guess the meat comes frozen?

Pulled up to drive-thru at 10:30ish waited a while no one answered or said hello. Pulled around to go inside since no one would answer even after us saying hello? Went inside and the 2 employees working one was sitting in a booth watching a show on her phone and the other was standing in the kitchen doorway talking to her. She seemed very uninterested and kind of mad about the fact that i came inside after not getting an answer at drive-thru and didnt just go away. I ordered brought the food home. Roast beef on the 2 dips is over cooked, barely any dip sauce for the Swiss dips, booth employee made the sandwiches and then went right back to sitting in the booth with show on full volume. 2 people were left to sit in driv-thru while I was inside ordering.

This location was empty, the person to take the order was busy, np we waited, when she came out to get our order she was on her phone really np, the fact that she didnt even acknowledge us, we gave out order she continued acting as if we were a hindrance and wanted us to leave, if we hadnt already ordered we would of left. When she called us for the order she just put it on the counter and walked off. This whole time there were no other customers. If this is the 1st face you see and have to deal with then I understand the absence of customers. Basically if you are not wanting to be at work then dont. Sorty to say wont be going to this business again.

I ve read a lot of negative reviews here but decided to come and see it for ourselves as we haven t been to Arby s in a very long time and we love it! Our experience here was great and delicious!!! The place was super clean and food came super fast. Staff was polite and helpful. The burgers, fries and the orange shake were very good and we will be coming back for more!!

Very disappointed. The fries weren t even slightly warm. My sandwich had two bottom buns and my husbands had two top buns. If you can t get the buns right you probably don t need to be working in a kitchen. The girl at the drive thru window was young enough to be my daughter and called me honey etc. I find this disrespectful. She should call me ma am or not call me anything at all.

Let me say things that has changed has been for the better. When they say Weve got the meats is very true. Surprisingly prices are nice and very affordable. People should be allowed to leave negative Stars. Ordered at 6:15 p.m. walked out the door it was 7:20. Ordered several items my total came out to almost $60. Of which we had two Rubens neither one of them had any sauerkraut on them and dont know what kind of cheese that is but its disgusting and like Wax and no its not white thinking it might be cheddar. Beef and cheddars had no cheddar on it. Ordered several regular fries got curly fries instead and the one medium regular crinkle cut fry they gave me was a half empty box. Both shakes were completely melted by the time my order finally came out all of the fries were old and cold honestly I dont think any of the food was right. Three separate times I had to give them back bags of food that was someone elses.

When we entered the restaurant, there was only one other person there, that had just received his food. There were 3 employees that we could see from the register, but not one of them spoke to us. After about 5 minutes, and employee came from behind the counter carrying straws, walked past us, not saying a word, filled the straws at the soda station and walked past us again, without a word. We waited another 5 minutes for someone to come take our order. The woman that took our order was not friendly, did not ask what we would like to order, nor did she apologize for our wait. Needless to say, the entire establishment should have customer service training. I understand being busy, but they were not at all. At least acknowledge the customer, and say you will be with them shortly.

*** Updated: If youre in a hurry, dont go there, youll be late. Theyre slow. I placed an online order for 4:45, and we didnt leave with our order until 5:15. The manager who scheduled only 2 people during the supper rush should get fired. There were cars wrapped around the building, and people inside waiting. 30 minute wait for an online order made 4 hours in advanced. They lost a customer. Save your money.

We tried to order, the lady walked up. Soon as my husband started to give his order she started walking away. He then asked as she came back are you ready? She made the comment Im waiting on you. He ordered and had a coupon so he asked if she needed the coupon cut out? He asked correct? Cut it out? Correct? She got mad and walked away yelling at someone else to take his order. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, as far as fast food goes. We ordered online 45 minutes in advance. We pulled in, and there were 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 family sitting inside. We decided to go in and pick up our order. We were never greeted. We were never asked how they could help us. We were looked at by the girl walking around behind the counter. She was moving at a snails pace without a care in the world. After watching several other customers come and leave angry due to bad or no service, we finally received our orders. It took us more than 30 minutes to get the online orders we made 45 minutes in advance. We will not be returning to that Arbys until they hire more staff and train them in customer service! Very disappointed.

Went in at 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon, the restaurant smelled like wet dog and was absolutely filthy. This store does not get busy enough for them to not take care of this almost brand new building. There were piles of ketchup and Arbys sauce in the window, none of the tables were clean, and the restroom was filthy. My friend went to ask for toilet paper, had to repeat himself three times, and the comment from the worker was rude and sarcastic as she asked another employee to go get toilet paper for a complaining customer.

Ive order multiple times large shakes at other location and they give me a big one (24oz) this one looked like 12-16oz. I was disappointed about the size, not sure if shes just giving out whatever was available so she wont have to restock cups or what. But Def not going at that location in the future. Food is usually great to eat. Sometimes they are out of their curly fries and orange Creamsicle milk shake. Overall a pretty good place to eat.

I love this location for two reasons,The Greek gyros are great but its a young man name Deshawn that works the drive through and he is the most professional person I have ever encountered at a drive through,hes patient and hes always smiling,orders are always on point ,Good hire Arbys,and thank you Deshawn for great customer service.

Bad experience this morning Ordered 2 Gyros for $7.00 |(coupon add said 2 for 7) Was charged $4.89 each for $9.78. Arrived at home and the wifes and mine was not very good. Very dry, had to search for any sauce. not a very pleased couple Jim

I may have found the unhappiest place on earth. The staff looked miserable and acted miserable. Body language was clearly stating what the heck do you want! This is a management leadership issue. Whats happening? Any fast food restaurant claiming they cant find workers regardless of pay may experience poor management induced misery. Bad pay, bad work schedule and bad management equals worker shortage. You cant swing a dead varmint and not hit a Help Wanted sign. Workers have options while owners and management are change adverse. Hey Arbys, is this you? I hope not.

Went to the drive through, no cars in front of me, waited at speaker for over five minutes, so I politely said, hello. From there the employee comes on and immediately starts giving me reasons to not take my order. After a few minutes of this, I calmly explained to the employee how them, throwing the management under the bus and making up excuses, instead if asking me to hold, was really unprofessional. Then I left to go home. Never have I experienced a situation like this

I ordered 4 orders fish sticks, fries and pepper poppers. Asked for extra sauce. Received all except 3orders of fish sticks. Reordered got fish, but no Tatar sauce. The old Arbys was better. Door dash delivered. When called Arbys he said nobody from door dash had arrived and that my order was still there, yea the other half!

Amazing first thing you are told is they are short employees. The whole time at counter one of the employees was sitting in a booth with her bare feet up on adjoining seat in booth. The floor was so sticky you could hear a sucking sound when ever you took a step. Was same way last time i was there but that time 3 employees were all sitting at separate booths and never made a motion to get up. Who hires these kind of irresponsible kids?

Mold in ice dispenser on fountain drink machine and they had the main door locked causing the disability parking to walk around the building were theres no ramp which is a concern for ADA accessibility. Service and food quality here is spotty at best.

This is the worst Arbys I have ever went to! The inside was closed due to the manager not insuring registers where properly maintained. When asked for the store number was toldI am not a manager I dont have to know, the address is on the building! Drive through was backed up around the building and not moving, sat 20 min and line never moved... people started driving away. Improperly staffed only had 2 people working at 6pm on a Thursday evening! I would not recommend anyone ever going to this Arbys... what a shame it is new location and building so sad as it is the only Arbys in Temple tx.

I have reviewed Arbys before, but I wanted to review it specifically for the new fish strip basket. It is delicious! I received Arbys coupons in the mail and on the back, it was advertising this new fish strip basket (hush puppy breaded fish strips). I came here for that reason. Although their menu board wasnt updated, they had it available. They made me a fresh basket and I like it a lot! (Im a seafood person, especially fish #Yum). So get in the car and go try it...today is 7/27/22...no telling how long they will keep it.

Normally good service but at 4 pm today pulled in hoping to order dinner. Sat at menu for 7 minutes with no answer. Pulled up to the window wondering if the mic was broken. Sat there for 5 minutes and never saw an employee. Saw there was an employee standing out on the other side of the building and 6 cars in the parking lot when we were leaving with no service so not sure what the issue was.
