Deciding to host my daughter s birthday party here was a no brainer! From start to end, the process was well documented, easy to coordinate, and well staffed. Our party host was awesome and extremely helpful, even cutting the cake! We will absolutely be back for future fun!

Received an outstanding birthday hosted by Angelina & managed by shanon. They are very sweet, helpful and nice. This place is like no where else to make guests kids entertained. Thanks so much Elira parents I did my daughter 6th birthday this year again at Snowy fun, as good as last year maybe little better;). The party was super nice, we added Snow cone, Nerf gun and snowy came to take picture inside with kids. The treatment is 5 stars the hosts Madison and Kayla as well as the owner are very nice with customers. Thanks so much.

This place is awesome for open play and birthday parties since it has multiple large bounces with long slides and a really cool bouncy basketball court. The snow room is fantastic and worth the drive up north for it alone. The staff is also incredibly responsive over text confirming availability.

We hosted my child s birthday party here and it was phenomenal. We picked a date and reached out to confirm and book the party package. snowy fun reached out quickly to confirm details. Our coordinator was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a blast. Everyone in attendance raved about how amazing this facility was. All the kids went home completely exhausted. I can t recommend this place enough to go to in general and to host any party for kiddos.

My kids are 4 and 6 and it is the most requested jump spot for them. The snow room is unmatched in Texas except maybe the ice sculptures at the Gaylord Texan during Christmas. The place is also never crowded. And they keep it spotless clean which is important for the young kids not catching something.

I had very low expectations of this place based on pictures but this place is FUN. I love it for my toddlers cause I can keep track of them when they go in different directions. The only minimal downside is that the snow room is REAL snow. Well. As real as it can artificially get lol its cold and wet and not very convenient with toddlers. We were not clothed appropriately though so thats our fault. We had just assumed it was all foam but this alternative is better. Great prices, great music and ambiance. The staff is all very sweet and the owner listens and cares about his customers. We threw our daughters birthday party here after visiting a few times and it was nearly perfect. Snags here and there but nothing that wasn t fixed. Our party host was great at multitasking and helping us set up/run the whole party. Will definitely be back

We had a birthday party here last week for my 4 years old. Everyone told me they had a lot of fun. The snow room was a definitely a hit. The staffs were super nice and helpful, too. The party was a batman theme. So when our host Perri, who wasnt assigned to us initially, saw the decorations and asked to switch to our room because shes an huge batman fan . She was really attentive and considerate. Im really glad I picked this place and will definitely come back.

Super fun place to go and spend a day. Nice to get a couple snowballs thrown at me in the middle of DFW. Bouncers galore with a bunch of different features. Dinged one star for there being an unmonitored emergency exit tucked in a little alleyway that serves as an exit to one of the massive bounce obstacle courses; seems like trouble waiting to happen.

This place was overcrowded and overpriced. They will charge you for tax on your deposit and for your final payment when they can just charge for the full amount at one time. They did not have my room clean and ready when I arrived and rudely kicked us out when the party was over.

We are new to the area and were looking for an indoor cool place to beat the Texas heat. We found Snowy Fun and so glad we stopped by. It s the cutest hidden gem! My son had his 5th birthday here and everyone had a blast! One of his friends said it was the best party she has ever been to! We rented out the whole place and it was such a great value. We had two helpers to set up all the decorations as well as take them down. They also served the birthday cake, and boxed up all our leftovers as well. I didn t have to lift a finger, which means I had time to mingle with the guests. Ari was one of their names, but they were both fantastic! The owner was also very responsive to texts which helped with the planning as well. The only improvement I would have would be the jump house slides are not smooth enough, I noticed many kids going down and hitting a rough patch on the slide and bouncing down. This was so minor, but just wanted to provide some feedback. Everyone had so much fun especially in the snow room which the owner worked tirelessly to fix prior to our party! We are so grateful for that, and look forward to booking with them in the future!

I booked this venue before ever stepping foot inside due to the location and amenities offered. Summer birthday with an ice room? Why not?! To my surprise, my daughter had a blast and talks about her birthday at Snowy Fun still! The party rooms are the biggest we ve had at a venue which I can appreciate because it s not only the kids we are catering to, the kids parents also need a place to sit while the kids are enjoying their time. I have a few suggestions for party hosts and party structure to make the transition from one party to the next a lot smoother - 1) hosts should organize and plan ahead for each party and prepare supplies and utensils in advanced to avoid having to leave the room during the party causing delays. 2) if only there was a way to allow each party to separate into the trampoline and play area without having to mix in and share with turn crowd - similar to Pump it up s technique to avoid chaos. Lastly, have an option for gratuity to add for party hosts during check out. Overall, the owners are kind and accommodating and hopefully these recommendations are helpful and does not come off rude. We would return as the kids had so much fun there! We also appreciate not allowing older kids to jump with young kids because you know kids aren t aware and don t look out for the younger ones.

Went here for a birthday party. Kids had TONS of fun. My kid is on the smaller side, but he was able to climb almost all of the inflatables. We didnt know there was an actual snow room or we wouldve brought a coat and boots. Next time, we will bring them. The staff was very friendly. The birthday rooms were small, but they fit our birthday party just fine. The pizzas for the party were catered in from Mr. Jims Pizza. We will be back.

I m so glad we found Snowy Fun for our son s 5th birthday. Booking was easy online and everything was confirmed a few days before. Anaya was a wonderful host who took care of serving the pizza and cupcakes and taking care of whatever we needed. It was great that the kids could play before and after the food. Small place but lots to offer. This place has a bunch of bounce houses for kids and is small enough that you dont have to get up and follow them around everywhere if you wanted to just sit and relax.Theres a snow room with a playground inside and they also gave us a free gallon of milk for some reason everyone was kind and the snow boots and covers are provided.I suggest bringing your own gloves but theyll provide some if you need them.They even have an area for food that has a tv. Definately worth checking out.

Do not be fooled by its simple location. This place is a gem in the Little Elm community. Full of simple fun for kids of all ages, this business is busy with its bouncy house area and snow room. I had my sons birthday party yesterday (01/29/2023). It was very unorganized and messy. Theres no direction when you get there, and you get little to no help. I paid for the party to be hosted, but instead I was serving pizza, passing out plates, drinks, and cupcakes. Plus, I cleaned up afterwards. Theres no staff on the floor to keep an eye on the children, they expect for parents to do that. But in case of an emergency the staff would NEVER know because theyre in their own world. I spoke with the owner or manager whatever he calls himself, but he came up with excuse after excuse. Also, told me ALL OF THE GIRLS PERSONAL BUSINESS! Trying to explain why she wasnt able to work properly. I had to constantly ask for things, gloves, trash bags, plates and napkins. With having a HOST, the party should have gone a lot smoother than what it was. The snow room is very dangerous for people to go in and out of. Many, many slip hazards. The idea of snowy fun is good, but the customer service is trash.

My experience at this location was likely the most poorly managed, poorly prepared for event for a 3 year olds birthday party I have ever attended. The event was booked for New Years Day. My friend, the little girls grandpa, had to call the owner to remind him of the event. The staff showed up 30 minutes before the event was to start. The parents had to decorate themselves. The snow room was completely empty, no snow, no event toys, and hour after the event started had a pile of snow about 3ft x 5ft. Truly disappointing.

So we went to snowyfun several weeks ago for the first time and decided it was such a fun place we wanted to have our sons birthday party there. I love the concept but when this place gets crowded, which it often does, it would be a safer and better experience if there were staff supervision over the inflatables. Possibly even restricted number of children per blow up. Kids can get rough and rowdy in those things and I am literally chasing my kids around to ensure no one loses and eye. Super stressful on me fun for my kids until they take an elbow or foot to the face and we end up leaving and crying the whole way home

We had a large birthday party this past Saturday at Snowy Fun for our 4 year old. We rented 2 rooms and the private snow room. We had about 60 guests with about 22 of them being kids. We brought our own food and decorations. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They worked with us for last minute add-ons, helped set up, and clean up. Our host was very sweet. All of our guests said they had so much fun, which Im sure alot of parents will be returning with their little ones. The place is unique, big, open, and clean. Its a really cool concept and venue. We booked a birthday party. It was amazing for my 9 year old. They had ton of fun. Snow room is extra charge $75 . Make sure to get winter gears going to snow room. Its real snow!!! You get the party room for 1.5 hours only. You get to play unlimited time but have to leave the room. I highly recommend this place. Cons: the reason they dont get 5 stars. 1. I think pitcher for water should be available for party. You know kids are jumping and they would need water. I feel party guests dont need to be paying every time for water. Thats just my opinion. 2. Goodie bags were overpriced! I dont mind paying $7 for goody bags if I got what was mentioned in the website with pictures. Instead it was a sticker and 2 to 3 lighted finger toy. Really!!!! So get your own goody bags.

Our son had a blast on the bouncy house part, but management really needs to step it up on the snowy part. My wife got there at 11 AM when they opened and they had not even started prepping the snowy part. Snow didn t start falling until about 1:30 PM and when she left at 2:30 PM there still wasn t enough snow on the ground to even play in and they closed at 5 PM. When the first name of your play place is snowy, and all the kids expect to play in the snow, you should probably have snow, just saying.

Fun place. Snow room looks cool, but very small. Other peoples kids climb areas they are not supposed to and the staff doesnt do anything about it. Not very well organized, but it is indoors and they keep the temp comfortable.

Attended a kid s birthday party here today, 6 March 2022. The place is nice and clean. There is a snow room which was great fun for kids. Remember to get boots and jackets for kids as it is really cold in that room. All bouncy areas are great. Kids loved every moment here. Plenty of different bouncy areas are there. Separate bouncy area for 6 months to 3 years old too. Food was good too. Overall a nice area for hosting birthday parties. I would recommend it

I had my sons birthday party at this place yesterday and the kids had a BLAST! My party host, Melissa, was AWESOME! HIGHLY recommended! She helped me set up and clean up and everything in between. There are a few LITTLE reasons why it didnt give five stars. The first reason is when I booked my party and signed the contract the birthday package was one price and when I went to pay at the end, the price had increased by $50. My party host had to call the manager because there is no way for her to change the price of the package in the system. The prices change and the system only shows the current pricing so if the prices changed after you booked your party then the new price will show when you check out. We eventually figured out a way to fix it and everything was fine. The next reason is they only let you use their Wi-Fi in cases of emergency so that was kind of a bummer. Also, you only have 15 minutes to set up if you bring your own decorations so its kind of a time crunch but with the help of my host, we got it done. other than those things the party was great and my party host was even better! I would still definitely recommend.

Went today with my 3 kids and my mom. Was a lot of fun for my 4 year old. My other 2 are babies so Im sure theyll enjoy it more when they get older. But there was a bounce house dedicated just to children 6 months- 3 years, I liked that. Staff was really nice and they even disinfected the bounce houses while we were there. Well definitely be back.

We had a small party and really didnt require much attention but Matt made sure everything was as perfect as it could be for my 6 year olds special day. Insider Tip: if you want Pizza, make sure to order ahead. Came out hot and perfect for after a cold visit to the snow room. While there was a team onsite making sure everyone in the center was taken care of, Matt was bounding from room to room taking on every imaginable task. You can tell he has such pride in the business and wants to make sure each adult and child enjoys their time onsite. Clean, unique and a perfect place for just a day out or a special celebration. We had a party package on December 4th and loved everything about this place. The staff and owner were amazing. The snow room was an absolute hit with the kids and the bounce houses were amazing. We visited yesterday for a birthday party. It was ok. They just opened, and I feel they need to be a little more organized with the bday parties, but the kids had lots of fun! Thats all that mattered to me! The Snow room is cool! Just be careful because the snow is hard when you throw it at eachother, and your kids WILL come out of it soaking wet.
