Don t do it. He s awful. Years ago he knew I didn t have an attorney and knew I didn t understand what I was signing yet manipulated me into signing over custody of my daughter to her abusive narcissistic father. I ve since then got it all turned back around but it took a lot of money and a few years. This guy will straight up lie to the judge about you and your case. There s a reason he has such a bad rating. He s a snake with no capacity for empathy or Conscience. You ve been warned.

If you want to get ghosted by someone, this is absolutely the place to go. After having not heard from his office in 3-5 months, I reached out to his office in Sept 2021 to get things moving. He called me from his home and advised me that he would work on an abatement that would go in effect 1 Nov 2021. Since then, Ive received only 1 email, just a bill, in Oct 2021 and nothing else since. The abatement was never completed. It is now 5 Jan 2022 and still nothing. Maybe hes dead this time from Corona, like I thought the first time he ghosted me.

I don t even know where to start. Mr. Glendenning and his team have gone above and beyond in every way possible to ensure that we were prepared and could win our child custody case - and we did. He tirelessly worked over two continents, two countries, three states and over three years to make sure I won custody of my children in what was a very complicated and strenuous case. He spent countless hours, probably hundreds of phone calls in my name and listened to me cry on multiple occasions with total compassion. He showed up to court virtually during the pandemic totally prepared and really advocated for us. Even after the case was won, he has followed up with our family and made sure that all information and documents were to me accurately and correctly and very fast. He did all of this while charging a super fair and reasonable price. I really do not have enough kind words and praise to describe the level of service, compassion and professionalism I received from Mr. Glendenning and his entire staff. They sent me a $1500 bill to be paid in full though I do not even been to court initially for the charge?! Not to mention Im on a payment plan. Now they wont return my corresponences yet I have an invoice for services non-rendered.

I do not recommend this law firm. There is a very big disconnect with the law firm and their clients. There is little to no communication about your case. They are very hard to get a hold of and cant get answers for the simplest questions or it takes them a month to get an answer you needed yesterday. And if your case isnt as important as others you get put on a back burner and completely screwed over. They need to stop taking cases, that they obviously cant handle, and worry about the ones that they have that they are loosing due to incompetence. DISORGANIZED!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I called to seek help from Mr Glendening Attorneys office. They did not even set up a free consultation. They must have caller ID and saw that I was calling and sent me to VM. I called twice, left two messages and on the second message I stated, If you cannot take my case please at least give me the courtesy and call me back, let me know you can not help me so I can move on. And yet, still no call back.

I hired him for a divorce case in 2018. He has failed to communicate with me throughout the time hired. I have made the effort of checking on the case myself. I have gone to the point of emailing him requesting to remove him from my case and received no response from him. They screen their calls so its very hard to reach them and when you attempt texting the attorney line you are being told not to. By far the worst when it comes on to customer service and being trustworthy they are in the business of taking your money.

I have retained Mr. Glendening on two different occasions: Once for my divorce and once again when I had to fight to take my children with me when I PCSed out of country. Mr. Glendening did thorough research and talked me through each step so that I wasnt just blindly going into this battle. He explained my different options and remained optimistic, though honest, with me every step of the way. He and his paralegal, Magda, went above and beyond. I have reccomended Mr. Glendening to multiple friends who have all told me they were very thankful for his services. I would and will continue to reccomend him and his firm to anyone looking for an honest lawyer. He is well versed with UCMJ and has exceptional understanding of the military and how it works.

While I dont condone the despicable actions of Mr. Johnson, I find the actions of Bradford Glendening just as egregious. For fame, notoriety, and fortune, Bradford Glendening disclosed the contents of Mr. Johnsons file/case to the Associated Press (AP.) Ask yourself is this the type of lawyer you want to represent you? A lawyer thats willing to throw you under the bus for their own personal gain. A lawyer that you cannot trust with your private information.
