This review includes the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The cashier was fantastic and kind, the store had what I needed which was for a female emergency (hence the bathroom visitation), but then I went into the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in a decade. If I were a manager, this would be unacceptable.

Well organized, clean, easy shopping, discounts and shopping deals weekly. Also military discounts available on purchases. Lots of items and many furniture items such as couches, love seats, lamps, recliners, kitchen table sets, including outdoor furniture as well. May food and snack items. I got a huge Easter bucket for 4.99 plus a 20% discount.

This place is pretty good with taking care of its customers. Well, I may have a bit of a soft spot for this store, but we have always received great service at the Temple location. The guys and gals are very friendly in the furniture department and store rocks

I had just came from taking care of some business and I needed something to drink so since Big Lots was the closest store I decided to stop and get me a bottle of water. When I got to the counter to pay for hit the service was so bad. He didn t ask me for my membership, or veterans ID so that I could get the discount. But come to find out I really needed the discount because he charged me $2.59 for a 16 oz bottle of water and I could have gotten a 40 pack of bottle water from Walmart for that price.

Big Lots is often overlooked. I think when they first opened, a lot of people visited...but now its not a whole lot of people that go. I have an account with them (Big Lots CC) and they have household items that are beneficial...food pantry, toiletries, cleaning supplies, gift supplies, etc. They also sell furniture. My husband loves wild cherry Pepsi and they have deals on the 15 pack can sodas all the time...where you get it for half the price.

I could tell the clerk took her job serious. I was impressed considering she was probably 18-25 at the most. I rented a shampooer..she was very thourough.. And she also added my rewards card to my reciept quickly and easily when she realized she didnt ask me. I forgot also. Again... Folks that young dont usually appreciate the responsibility of a job and its rewards other than a paycheck anymore. Good hire. Im sorry I didnt get her name. She worked this evening. I want to say melissa. Its on the paperwork. Good job.

The lady at the register was absolutely sweet and it and super Helpful and lovely and friendly and she made sure that I left out of there with This very nice Baby yoda hat that I love. I pointed it out that I that I wanted to buy it but but I didnt have the cash to do it at the time and she let me know that they give the hats away they with a specific type of purchase and Becoming a member so I became a member and I got the hat and Im extremely happy about it.

The absolute worst purchasing experience I have ever endured. The delivery system in place is complete trash. They hide behind a its a third party company excuse to explain their completely unorganized/backwards system. Our order was canceled without a warning because the items were never picked up by THEIR delivery company. Neither Big Lots or the delivery company take credit for being unsatisfactory. A complete waste of my familys time and patience. Steer clear from here unless you enjoy wasting your time.

I bought a sectional couch from this location today. Unfortunately, the back of one seat was ripped when I opened it. The furniture department offered me many options to resolve the solution. This Big Lots has an amazing staff who is willing to go out of their way to ensure that youre taken care of. I bought a recliner from them. It was very good quality for 1/2 less than what other stores were charging. Due to their amazing customer service, I drive 45 mins to come to this one. Store is well kept, organized, and clean. You cant ask for more than that.
