Staff and manger is judgmental and targets certain people. Was told we would get kicked out for a hat being backwards. Staff had their cleavage out and women were in see through shirts with bras out, but the hat being backwards was their main concern. We decided to leave. Left to Tom sefcik hall and had a blast. GO THERE!!

If youre young, looking for somewhere fun to dance, not really the vibe here. The nachos were tasty, but the music slow and only really had music for couples to dance the two step to... and lots of older couples at that. Really just a lukewarm experience. Not good. Not bad. I see the owners respond in very cringey ways, too, which really makes me feel even more meh about this place. Edit: In response to their reply let me give some context. I grew up small town Texas dancing two step with my high school boyfriends. I was an FFA officer. I did Barrel Racing on my horse in the youth fair with 4H. Im a country girl. Trust me, the problem isnt I dont like country music or dancing. I went to this place and I feel like they cheat people out of their money advertising themselves as a dance hall when they seem to only cater to the 60 year old and up crowd with slow music. As they said, they wont do any fast pace line dances or free dance with country music. They really need to start being honest about the age of the crowd theyre drawing in and stop profiting off young people thinking this is a place to actually dance with their $10 charge per person at the door. There are plenty of other reviews saying the same thing. This place is for boomers. If youre not a boomer, youre probably not gonna have fun.

Ordered what should have been chicken breast with jalapeno and cheese in middle wrapped in bacon!! It tasted like mushy ground chicken with pimento...NASTY !!! Rest of food was great !! But these....NO!!!!!

Absolutely love this place. Bartenders are on point. Security is always available and on the ball. Smoking area accessible and well maintained. Atmosphere is awesome especially for the over 50 crowd. Staff and patrons always smiling and happy. Love the positive energy in this dance hall.

Weve been coming to this bar since we moved here. Weve been to others, but we have literally left them just to come back to this one. The ambient is always more warm, and people are actually here to dance, not to be sitting on their phones like robots. Its definitely a good place for mature adults. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience at a country music dance hall, and it was a lot of fun. The people were incredible, the staff total top shelf... the bartender remembered my drink order after only one, remembered my name... I was impressed considering, the sheer number of Patons in attendance that night. The band was incredible. I had a blast even though I didnt know the music or the country 2 step... I learned. 2 big thumbs way up.

Gonna be a great place to hang out meet people. They play alot of music that is good to shotish and seeethert schotish, good sloe songs, waltz music, the music is alot of the older country artist, that are fun and great to dance with. Friday nights is mainly the older crowd, not alot of youngsters nor that junk fast music that isnt made for a country bar. Crowd is not a snotty crowd. Lot of down to earth people out to get al9ng and have a good time.

Well, I have to say, if you are looking for a real Texas dance hall-this is it. I went for a birthday-it was packed with real live cowboys plus others, all ages. 4th of July weekend, we experienced live country music, reminded me of my grandparents and uncles growing up when they sang and toured a little back in the day: quality if you like country. I m not a fan (I grew up in the city of raves/techno in the 80 s;), but the nostalgia had a charm for me. Hats, beards, and jeans were the scene. People were dancing, staff friendly and singing to the music. It was packed after 10pm- parking lot filled with massive trucks and SUV s. Located in the Waco suburb/Temple area-everyone seems to come here-native and new, old and young: dance floor, full bar, sports tv s, and only a DOLLAR for pool since when have you seen that?!! Cover only $10. They are standard size pool tables, so it was easier to win every one I played. Shhh...don t tell anyone-I like to surprise my competition ...but I m a closet pool fiend that plays a mean game. It s all those years growing up with a pool table and best friend boys next door. It was fun listening to the real band in the background while we played! Side note: Ladies bathroom, in a sudden surprise of the first stall, has some mighty nice black and whites of some local cowboys-sculpted and sleek in their barely there attire and tattoos-if that s your sort of thing. Anyway, go here to experience the local charm of the culture, have some laid back fun...and they do karaoke nights, too!

I went there for a small Bachelorette party during their karaoke night. The atmosphere was really fun and felt full, even though they werent busy at the time. The bartenders were personable and very charming. Karaoke night was also a blast and I plan on coming back.
