Where do I start, first of all we walk in and there s no one to set us down, there was myself and Grandpa son, there was a couple behind us and also a couple of young girls, we stood there waiting patiently for about 15 minutes. No one s showed up, until I have to go flag someone down, then when we did sit down, we wanted the prime rib, which they told us they don t have. They only have it on a certain days,I ordered a drink. He bring me. I don t know what it was, but it wasn t a drink I ordered, so I ordered a side salad, I was in that hungry my grandson ordered the steak, picture says what it is we said, medium well it was burnt, we also decided we wanted to the marshmallows with wafer dessert, they told us they re out of that too, I can t believe I spent that kind of money and did not get what we wanted,

Finally, I found a waiter who understands that people that order bottled water might not want to pollute it by pouring it into a glass of ice made with tap water. Anthonys service was very attentive, and he was breeming with common sense. As always, the prime rib was cooked to perfection and was a quality cut. and B.J.s atmosphere is not super load like other restaurants. All in all, Im really grateful for Anthonys service and BJs great atmosphere and food.

Very disappointed in the food here. :( I was very excited arriving to BJS ,looking at the menu ,appreciating the atmosphere however, I ordered my partner and I a surf and turf and he a prime rib When the food arrives BOTH steaks were almost completely raw and bloody even after them coming back for a SECOND time. Will definitely not recommend. the quality of food has gone down severely. Considering we paid a good amount of money here(125 PLUS tip) The Waitress seemed very frazzled and rushed probably because of the restaurant giving her so many tables to wait that we weren t being waited enough. which didn t leave my experience much to enjoy. Definitely will not be back again anytime soon Please BJS management fix this issue

Evelyn greeted us at the hostess stand and made arrangements for our 8 top to go ahead and sit down even though she just set two large parties right before us. She did her best to make our wait comfortable and communicated well. Our waitress, Phoebe, showed up ready to serve. She was attentive on drinks and appetizers and even had the kitchen split our shared plate. She followed up on to go boxes and was such a positive vibe to the atmosphere. We celebrated our daughters 6th birthday. I recently had the pleasure of being served by Robert, and I cant say enough good things about him. He was genuinely sweet and attentive throughout our meal. We went for a birthday dinner! Service was extremely bad and server was rude! Food was cold and not properly cooked! Not to mention a line cook !That works there Small petite Hispanic dirty hair female was extremely rude! And kept being rude in her rideshare and recording in a rideshare and reported the driver for disturbing music to get a free ride! And definitely gave her a driver review! Was taking advantage of the record a ride for safety purposes. The radio is not even included in that category! She was pissed because my friend who does rideshare would not talk to her, but knew that she was being recorded for no reason! My friend has posted the video on social media showing the ride and it showed that the small dirty petite ran to her car barefooted, cleaning her feet with her dirty hands, putting her shoes and socks on and then touching her face and hair and in the car! And throwing her dirty hair that had fallen out on the floorboard! So beware of the small petite line cook that works there with dirty hands and dirty hair! Beware!!!!!!

I ordered a Filet mignon medium and when they brought it looked like they just killed the cow and served it on the plate , server was super chill and manager was nice but Im pretty sure the chefs are blind. When they brought it out, it wasnt even a filet mignon, they gave me a free pazookie... thats it.

Every time I have ordered online it takes time but in my last order I waited for almost two hours I had to cancel the order I was starving and I ordered it at eight at night and it was ten oclock and my order never made it out of the restaurant. I wanted to give them zero stars but if I didnt give them stars I couldnt leave my complaint I will never order here again..

We had a large family gathering around 30 people and Lauren and Cole were our servers. They were excellent! None of the orders are messed up. We all got our food the way we ordered it and the food was very good! They weren t rushing us. They let us take our time and make sure we had what we needed. They were also very friendly and personable. Thank you for the restaurant letting us use that room without charging us as well! All around a great experience.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! We had a very large group and they made it so easy!!!! Lauren and Cole were our servers and they went above and beyond!!! They seemed calmed and did everything with a smile! It was I baby shower so we had some decorations and we took time opening gifts and visiting. They never rushed us and helped whenever they could! BJ Brewhouse made us a reservation and didn t charge us a room rental but treated it like a normal reservation! The food was awesome. Can t say enough! If you need to seat a big group I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Waited 15 minutes without anyone ever coming up checking on us we were sitting in the MASSIVE round table at 4:40 today no one came and by 4:55 we decided to walk out. We made eye contact with almost every server/busser/ and bartender that was there. A manager even walked by towards the end nothing. Also was not busy in the slightest maybe 8 other tables in the whole restaurant! Would not recommend!!!

Clam chowder was great. The chicago deep dish was sadness. No chese pull whatsoever. Should be oozing cheese. The sauce was chopped tomatoes. The crust way to thick.

We used to love this place. Have the app, ordered a lot. Every time we have ordered in the last two years something is wrong. Tonight, we ordered the cherry salmon to go and there is no cherry sauce. Last time they ran out of prime rib and called us about it after we had arrived to pick up. Then made us wait 1 hour for a replacement ribeye. Before that forgot to give us our sides. Every damn time. We love the food but the quality control SUCKS.

We were drawn into BJ s by their Commercial (Which I m sure cost a pretty penny). But were turned Off by their Bait & Switch daily special on Monday 7-1-24. They said they were Out of the 1/2 price large pizza. We asked if we could get the medium at 1/2 off. The waitress, without asking management flatly turned our request down. The medium pizza cost way more than the 1/2 price large pizza and the small pizza was the same price as the 1/2 price large! Needless to say we walked out on our first visit! On the way out the waitress smugly bid us our farewell! We won t be going back!

My sister, her kids and I went for dinner. We love pizookies and came hungry. We all enjoyed our meals, I got the weekend prime rib special (large portions), the kids got pizza and my sister got the California club sandwich. We also tried the lemon pepper wings, they were perfectly cooked and not too lemony. Pizookies were delicious and our waiter Dustin took great care of us!! Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is decent, great options and add on options if your kid is a good eater. Fun coloring kids menus, high chairs and booster seats available.

Sophia went to extra lengths to make our meal, celebrating Fathers Day, very enjoyable. The food was so good! Worth extra mention: my vodka martini appertif was particularly flavorful - Is that a recipe using a higher proportion of Vermouth (?) - good however done. The family seemed just as happy with their meals.
