I was told by the associate attorney they would be able to help after giving all information over the phone for a claim against a body shop. I was told to send the retainer and upon sending the retainer the associate attorney said he was going to do some research and told me that there was not much he can do and they he would have the office send back the full retainer 2 weeks ago. When My returned retainer was not received I called office and I was told by Elizabeth (office admin) that it was sent last Tuesday. I Called this morning and talked to Elizabeth again and was told it was sent out Friday. I asked to speak with office manager and no one seemed to be in the office and I personally finally got in touch with the office manager and she told me that it went out this morning regular mail as they had trouble getting my retainer out of the special account that holds the retainers. It was only 0930, and I find it hard to believe that it was mailed this morning already. This told me I had a good case, when I gave them all the information upfront to get me to sign and wanted the retainer only to be told once it was received and cash that nothing can be done and not, I am having trouble getting my retainer back.

I did a google search and filled out contact forms on a couple of law firms webpages. Roberto A Ramirez was the first to respond and contact me. I liked that he personally visited my business to introduce himself, listened to my challenges and concerns that I had and gave counsel to those concerns. I feel better knowing I chose a law firm that delivers friendly professional service for my small business.
