Attempted to contact Ramsey 2 different times. I spoke with Emma and she stated that she would send her information. I waited for 5 hours for her to respond but she she didnt. They would not work with me and wasted my time the first time. The second time I called in to correct my information Emma wouldnt send her information for all of my documentation, again. Pretty much a waste of a time. Im from Dallas and I wanted a business that would work with me outside of Dallas.

After my family was hit with tragedy and so much heart ache and dispair. Having a lawyer that treats you with kindness, care is what you need. He helped our family for over 3 years to come to an outcome that is helpful for our children. He went above an beyond most attorneys will ever go for us. He put our kids above everything. He made sure every detail was done. To the re-enactment, lights, measurements, ad litems, and tons of meetings. He always talked calmly when my heart was racing over this tragedy. His respect and kindness will never be forgotten. I will recommend him a thousand times over. To me he is a hero that saved my kids in this mess.

We could not be more happy with the work that Andy Payne and his whole firm did for us. We had our worst nightmares come true after a terrible accident with an 18 wheeler where my 36 yr old husband, and father of 3 under 5, was disabled for life. Andy and his firm worked so hard for a year and a half and the results were incredible. Andy and his team always heard us out, and we felt truly cared for. We worked with Andy Payne to represent us when our kids were seriously injured in an accident involving a rock-hauler. Andy took this every parents nightmare scenario and turned it into something entirely manageable for us. From working with experts to forensically recreate the scene of the accident, to negotiating medicals bills (we had over $1 million in medical subrogation that was reduced to only thousands), to walking us through the process step-by-step, he was a true professional in every way. His work resulted in an outcome that far exceeded our expectations. I couldnt imagine trusting our case with anyone other than Andy! Deserves more than 5 stars.

Payne Mitchell is the epitome of professionalism. From your first to your last interaction with them, you will be treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. With Andy and Mirna on your side, it is like having a family member or close friend watching out for you. After initially deciding to hire another firm, I settled on Payne Mitchell. The other firm demanded I visit a healthcare provider on their list. Payne Mitchell simply cared that I receive the best healthcare possible and I recover fully. The difference was night and day. If you have the need to stay informed about your case but dont want to deal with the day to day issues, Payne Mitchell is your firm. If you want friendly and timely service, choose no one else. My life changed in a few minutes. Payne Mitchell took the pain out of the legal issues to allow me to focus on my recovery. Learning to walk again was an interesting experience but Im glad I had great legal representation to avoid the headache of dealing with the insurance companies and hospital liens.
