I havent been into a Jimmy Johns in a while, so I am not as familiar with the menu as the employees. When asking questions about sandwich combos or what comes on the sandwich I was treated as though I was inconveniencing the employee by not knowing the menu. All the employees present had earbuds in listening to their own music, some were even messing around while walking around the establishment clearly dancing along to their own music. Even tossing around his towel while cleaning the tables. I ordered no onions on one of my sandwiches and it was recorded down on the receipt and I still received onions on my sandwich, did not notice until I got home since I took the food to go. Overall, the food was good but service and experience in the building was not comfortable.

So impressed with Jared. He is the sweetest person I ve met in my life. He asked me if I had the app? I have been coming to Jimmy John s for over 10 years and no one has asked me about it. My 1st time ever to Jimmy Johns & the area, came for lunch, was disappointed in the service. I ordered the #10 , I was set on thats what I wanted, I asked if it came with chips & drink, so that way I could add it without a problem if it didnt, but I was given attitude right away being told the price , thats the sandwich alone, a simple no, did you want to add that wouldve been better approached or something of that sort, he said my order would be called out, by the time I got to the end towards to get my drink, I heard something called out, but I was looking on my receipt to see what am I supposed to listen for because again , this was my 1st time , I got my drink & walked to see if it was mine, I didnt want to touch someone elses food so I was trying to look without touching it & the guy called out another sandwich & said & a #10 that has been sitting here, but I wasnt clear on which sandwich was which... the service & communication could be better

This is my first time coming to this location, and impressed is an understatement!!!! The two gentlemen in the store had excellent service and listened to every detail when I placed the order. I absolutely love that because my boyfriend and I have some food allergies and not a lot of places take that seriously even though they should. Definitely coming back!

So one day I walk in and there is only one guys there with braids, it looked like they were cleaning and I asked, are yiu guys still open and he says you came in didnt you I do believe that was not the right response, I had nothing to do with whatever went on but he should not have given me that response. This is my favorite Jimmy John s by far!!! I always come in before my dialysis treatments and the guys here always serve me with a smile. Sean and Micheal are literally some of the most amazing people kind and efficient. My order has never NEVER wrong. It doesn t matter if I come in the shop or place delivery. Very friendly sandwich stop. Great spot for lunch on the run or dine in. Will be going back on my lunch runs. The giant feeds for two at a reasonable price. Miss the sprouts that they switched to lettuce on the beach club, so I usually go for the hunters club. Honey baked down the street also sells sandwiches , but takes about ten or fifteen minutes to get my food for food for a lesser portion. Great atmosphere in sugarland`s city center and easy to park. Parking: Parking good zip in and out along the 15 min parking .

Im not a regular at Jimmy Johns, so I had to ask twice about where the bags are for too go orders. The sandwich guy seemed pretty put out by even asking once, but the second time, it really seemed to push him too far. Unfortunately, it left a bad impression on this location, as the sandwiches are really good. The bread is much less dense than at other sandwich shops, which I prefer. The meats, cheeses, and sandwich dressings are fresh and very tasty. Parking: There are a few free spaces for to-go orders, but any parking near the shop is difficult to find, even at 1:30, which is after the lunch rush.

Every time I order food to be delivered it takes 35+minutes to get the food they re across the street. My order status has been in Out for Delivery for 30 minutes yet still no food. I tried calling to get an update but no one answered. Not sure what s going on over there but now I have no lunch and another 5 hours until I go home. Freaky fresh but freaky SLOW. I placed a pick up order and it took 39 minutes to complete the order. This location is way understaffed. They only had one sandwich maker on duty during the lunch hour. They were nice and apologetic though. Don t visit this location if you re in a rush.

While we love the sandwiches here, I can t say the same for the staff. First time: It was my first time there not realizing realize we pick it up at the distal end. They threw our three sandwiches at me onto the counter. Just had one of the worst customer experience at jimmy johns, we are regulars, but today the manager shawn as others have express in other reviews, Was very unfriendly to us, He was even rude a couple of times. Completely unacceptable. My wife asked for no onions he never bother to mark the sandwhich no onions. I had to ask He proceeded to tell me the one with receipt? Really? How are customer supossed to know that. Shawn look unhappy no one there smiles. He did thank us on our way out. The only resson he got two stars instead of one.

The perfect turkey sandwich. If you love a simple turkey sandwich, try the turkey tom. It s perfect every time! I love the bread. It s soft and chewy but has a delicious crustiness on the outside. I went to this location about 1 hour ago. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go. While I was finishing paying for my order, I noticed the guy cutting the meats started to cough into the meat. The guy was wearing a mask and gloves, but never the less he was coughing straight into the meat. The third time, he covered his mouth using the same hand he has holding the meat and after coughing continued to cut the meats. At no point did he stop to change his gloves or get rid of the meat he had just cut. I immediately left to my car and told my wife what just happen and she said to ask for my money back and leave. I went back to the store and ask for my money, but the lady in the counter said she had just finished my ordered. I just told her to keep it. I really dont care about the money, but independent of COVID, that was just not gross. As an edit, I just wanted to add that I just got off the phone with the store manger. She was the lady that took my order. At the time I did not know she was the manager. I explained to her the reason I left the store. She was very apologetic and she informed me that she actually voided the order. Perhaps the guy had a day off or something. I dont want to create problems for nobody, but given our current situation this is something that needs immediate attention IMO. I hope management can rectify this situation.

I placed an order online today and requested a delivery time of 12:30. I called around 12:45 to check on my order because the tracking status just kept saying out for delivery. The manager said they were busy and hung up. My order did not arrive until after 1pm. He could have offered to waive the delivery fee or offer a discount on my order or a future order, but he acted like this was not a problem. The sandwich was great, but their customer service needs improvement. Beware when ordering from this location.

So apparently the very fast advertisement did not apply on my order that was over an hour late. I didnt know they dont advertise that anymore! hmmm... I am not one to write reviews but because the management was somehow offended that I complained about the wait, Ill say their customer service sucks!!! But Ill take the sandwich!! LOL!! it wouldnt make sense to cancel the order when it gets here. Not the drivers fault, but the GM should have been a little more... understanding I guess you could say, basically it was an oh well, you should have called and not order online.

Last 2 days I have had to work at one of the Mattress Firm locations both times after I submitted order they were at my store in 3-5 mins. All I know is that I ordered and was oh man now I have to wait and then before I could even get working on my next project they were there with my food. You can pay cash upon delivery. Amazing that I have a work around since my wife keeps all the bank, credit cards. HAHAHA I can still eat out. Thanks team Mattress Firm loves your service keep it up and have a Great Day- Anthony Corral Like Really Really fast!

Normally I am a very accepting person when it comes to the food industry. Yet today I was let down. And not by the food nor the guys whipping out the sandwiches! I was let down by what seemed to be a manager/shift lead/ key employee. I could not get a name due to the lack of name tags yet this female lead was trying and failing to lead her team in getting to go orders together and when Seth g was wrong she asked how come yall cant get this? Its not that hard ... Continued to ask another employee who was here off the clock to proform duties like restart unsweetened tea when he got one didnt have clean hands nor on the clock. Thumbs up to the sound black kid and redheaded guy on the line for keeping it head down and pushing through.and to the ponytailed blue cell phoned lead/manager please chill out. I know yall gotta work fast but no need to take it frustrations out of others like that.

Will never order from there again!!! I work in the town center, so the location is convenient when I dont want to leave during my break. I received my food and found hair in my sandwich. Once I called and asked to speak to a manager, I asked if the servers wore hair nets or anything to help prevent this from happening, and she said no they only wore hats with their hair pulled back. I informed her that it was a black straight strand of hair and it couldnt have been mines especially since my hair is naturally curly and she then said it could have came from their shirts... She apologized, but only offered to make another sandwich... Why would I want another sandwich if I just received one with hair in it?

I have always been a huge Jimmy Johns fan (my favorite sub shop), and this is the local one after moving to Houston. However, I just left this location in tears today. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes, and not one of the 4 guys there even lifted an eye. It was humiliating. I will never go back. I will drive to the other side of Houston, if I ever crave JJ again.
