Brad had our home under contract in only 5 days! He worked very hard for us to get our home sold. We had issues come up with our mortgage company and he helped us with every step, putting lots of his own time and energy to resolve the issue. He goes above and beyond for his clients!

Brad is awesome! He spent many hours showing us houses and wanted to make sure we found exactly what we wanted when we were relocating from out of state. Hes very personable and pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, even making sure the lawn was mowed and everything was nice and clean before we moved in. If we ever need a realtor again in the Waco area, well definitely be calling Brad!

I worked with Brad Wetzel of Bridge Realty to sell my house in Killeen in the spring of 2018. Brad was extremely professional and went above and beyond to keep me informed. When he made suggestions for changes, he explained in depth the reasoning behind his suggestion. He was responsive to questions in any media - calls, text messages or emails. He was also willing to come to my office to speak with me in person or if he needed to obtain documents. He was extremely easy to work with. I moved prior to the sale and Brad really went out of his way to insure needed repairs were completed by reaching out to contractors and making arrangements for payment. He even cleared up an issue with an old lien that had never been removed. The house sold for a good price and closed quickly. I highly recommend Brad and Bridge Realty.
