Racist server. Inattentive staff. Dirty restaurant. They tried to seat us at a dirty table first. Someone was there rolling silverware and acted as if he didn t want to move. We got moved to another table. Server was horrible. Barely a greeting, no suggestions, no real follow up. Seemed more interested in laughing with the white couple adjacent to us. The AGM Shelby was the highlight. Thank goodness you ve got an effective leader in the building to establish some routines and accountability.

So I had the 4 cheese pasta with gluten free noodles, and oh my word was it delicious. Our server Ari was amazing. She took great care of my mother-in-law and I (it was my mother-in-laws first time) Ari went back to the kitchen to make sure my food was completely gluten free, and I love that she did that!!! A+++ my mother-in-law had a breakfast sandwich which was bigger than her head (but she loved it of course) I wasnt able to eat the bread but it did smell heavenly. My mother-in-law had the tiramisu cheesecake and I had the gluten free Godiva chocolate cheesecake, which of course I wish they had more gluten-free options but the ones we did order was superb. I thank yall for making my mother-in-laws first visit a great experience!!!

We used to come here all the time, but havent been in awhile. Nothing has changed really except that the prices have gone WAY up. Probably $6-10 a meal... which is crazy. Lunch for 3 people was $100 (sodas, no app, 1 dessert). Food tasted ok, but was inconsistent. One item was hot, other items on the plate were not (but should have been). The one piece of cheesecake we got was about half the size of what they used to be. Quite disappointing. Service was good however. At near $30 a plate I expect quite a bit more. We likely wont be back any time soon.

Ive been to this location many times and had a great experience, but today was horrible. I brought my mother here for the first time so she could try it. First of all, the bread took forever to come out. I had been raving to my mom about how delicious the bread was, and it took a long time to come out. They should have enough ready and should know when demand is high to have the bread ready for the customers. We ended up getting the bread 10 minutes before our food came out, which we all know takes forever to come out here. Long story short, I dont know if the waiter got mad because my wife acknowledged him about the bread, but he never once came to check on us after the food was served. Other waiters actually helped us more than he did. We did touch base with the manager. I did not request a discount and was not looking for one. The manager should be more prepared. I am a regional manager for the business that I work for, and this type of service would be unacceptable. I chose to spend my hard-earned money here at this establishment, and I chose to come here instead of taking my business elsewhere. Waiters name Gustavo M

Our waiter was like... in a hurry/ rush mode, he forgot giving us straw, he walked by and dropped straw, didnt even stop or look; he didnt finish listening our request then just left, we have to ask again when he returned. And the most weird thing is, he started to clean table when we about to finish, and kept asking us passing the plates to him, again and again, which was super annoying.

Very disappointed in the green Chile chicken enchiladas meal. Everything was tasteless. I expressed this to a supv/Mgr who allowed, at my direction, the person paying for the dinner to order a dessert from the menu. She chose strawberry shortcake with ice cream topping. It was wrapped up to go and when she got home was surprised to see 3 round balls that was suppose to be the shortcake. They were hard, dry, and stale. She threw all of it away. I thought it was purposely done. I cannot trust that the food will be at least satisfying anymore at this restaurant and will not be returning.

The vibe was cool. We went to the Cheesecake Factory for my son s 10th b-day dinner. It was his birthday pick! Hostesses were very nice and wished my son a happy birthday. Our server Mo was great. No issues there. The food did take some time to come out. Apparently there were a lot of tickets at the window but when the food finally came out. All was good and the food was hot. I really enjoyed my steak tacos. Nice flavor. My 10yr really liked his burger. My 6yo wasn t too thrilled for his kid pasta dish and the wifey had some other kind of pasta dish and she said it was alright. We did get cheese cakes and a sundae. NO complaints there. I would have given it a 4 star but yeah, the food took too long. (not Mo s fault)

The food had good flavor but the portions are very small, you can see the salad with that minimum amount of avocado and in reality the price is high,,The atmosphere was Ok since there was music on the TV although it feels quite hot maybe because it is a small restaurant,,,But the Service is Terrible, the waitress that we had literally gave us bad Service... I didnt know her name but she was a tall thin woman with glasses... Exceptional service by Jovita. I have visited this place several times. Service have been as expected but this time, Jovita was better than anyone in the past. My family and I picked up an online order and went through the contents of the bag when it was handed to us. We ordered SEVEN entrees and got only a half loaf of bread when we requested more bread to-go, the employee stated they could only give us the one piece that was already in the bag. They couldn t have at least given us one half loaf for every two entrees?? We couldn t even share it between the 7 people who were eating I know it s free but I go to cheesecake factory specifically because I love the brown bread and it was really disappointing to not have any. Have been coming to Cheesecake for the longest time. This is the worst experience with pathetic service. Waited for food 45 min Had to remind the folks multiple times. Still one entree was missing.. after an hour it comes and the server had the cheek to say that they shouldn t have brought any food out till everything was ready. Thai Lettuce Wraps, Cheesecake and Gnats were on the menu. We normally have a good experience however this day we couldnt eat because we had to use one hand to fan away aggressive flying bugs and the other to cover our food from the bugs friends. We finally decide to just pack our food up and leave. The best response was the manager that said, Sorry we have someone coming out to spray. Maybe next time itll better. Thats it. I love The Cheesecake Factory! I don t really eat at or like many chain restaurants, but Cheesecake Factory is the only exception. I got the four cheese pasta, margarita flatbread and the vanilla bean cheesecake. Everything was amazing. The service was good, the only issue I have when eating here is that the restaurant is always so loud. If it was a little quieter it would be a little more enjoyable.

I place food my order came up to 4298 and I The Cajun jambalaya pasta I really didn t like it. It was dry. I didn t have any Cajun seasoning like it was supposed to take spicy. The noodles was bland. It didn t have any Season so I left I didn t leave a tip because I didn t like the service and I didn t like the food and the next morning I woke up and my bank account said that they charge me 5298 and I called them and I told them my order was only 4298. Why did they add extra $10 to my account when I didn t leave a tip so the manager lied to me and told me that it was Bank come on now. I know it wasn t my Bank somebody stealing money off the cards so if you re eating there and you re using your cards Money has been stealing off your card. at first u don t notice it because it s a little minor thing but if they re taking $10 from each person that s using their cards extra even after you leave a tip you re not gonna notice it, but you should start looking at your bill and seeing what they charging you too, and they thought they were slick by doing that.

We wanted to dine in for my fathers birthday with a party of six. Despite arriving before another group of the same size, they were seated first, even though it wasn t busy and no one else was waiting. When my dad approached the host stand, he was told by a young Indian woman that there would be a 30-minute wait. He innocently remarked, Oh, it doesn t look that busy, to which she aggressively responded, Are you calling me a liar? This incident occurred on Sunday the 9th at 1 PM. After waiting for 15 minutes, we checked in again and were told it would be another 30 minutes. Frustrated, we decided to cancel our table and leave, only to have her laugh at us with another host as we walked out. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. As someone who works in the food industry as a bartender and server, I know I would have been fired for speaking to a guest that way. The Cheesecake Factory needs to reevaluate their hosting staff.

This is such a great place for groups! Theres something for everyone from flatbread to lettuce wraps.(My favorite). Food and service are top notch! Parking: Parking is easy because its not in Town Center. And free. We use the Macys parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids. We had 3 and they loved t. We sat on the patio so little spills werent an issue.

I have visited this location a couple of times and always received good food. However, I ordered take out dinner for Mother s Day and the food was terrible. I immediately contacted them to make them aware of the issue and was told I could return the next day for a refund, as long as I had the receipt. Upon returning the next day and speaking to a manager by the name of Andreas, I was told I could not receive my refund I was only offered a gift card. I came into the establishment with the food and receipt in hand and they refused to give me my money back. They totally ruined my Mother s Day food, I wasted gas because I drove for a total of an hour and it was raining and thundering outside. I paid in cash, so there was no reason why they couldn t return my money. I am very disappointed in this location and will never be returning I am currently waiting on their corporate office to contact me concerning the matter

On my visit to Houston, my husband and I came to this famous place. The decoration is beautiful, although a little noisy because they sat us near the kitchen and we could hear the servers and cooks shouting. The place is very clean and the temperature inside was good. In this place Ive drunk the best coffee of my life, I ordered a cappuccino and my husband a mocha. Without a doubt they were the best coffee of our life, we send congratulations to the guy who prepared it (his name is PABLO) who also prepared and decorated our Reeses and Keylime cheesecakes. Our salads were delicious, well prepared and fresh. The very professional waiter, with a good command of his work and also in perfect time with our orders, is called Oshai (I dont know if it is the correct spelling) I recommend this place where you will have a very pleasant time and you will eat delicious food. The prices are somewhat high but they correspond to the quality of the product. If you like coffee like we do, ask that guy to prepare it. It is a plus!!!!

Overly hyped, I would say long wait at least 45 minutes of wait plus the food is OK nothing that I would like to recommend over here. Everything is American standard which you can find in any other restaurant. I did not find it to be extra. I m not a true fan of cheesecake anyways but for the dessert part whoever likes cheesecake I would recommend them to try it at once. This is my honest opinion about this restaurant.

When we arrive, the hostess really struggled to seed us. She tried to put us twice in a very crowded area that was noisy and uncomfortable. We kept pointing out other parts of the restaurant that were completely empty. She finally posted us in a more comfortable location. The waiter was subpar. Brought us the wrong requests around our appetizer. Just didnt seem very interested. The fish and chips were quite good. The burger was average. Prices were way too high for average to subpar food. We requested quesadillas without any jalapeno peppers. They brought us quesadillas without anything but cheese. Its an okay restaurant if you want to spend too much money on an okay meal.... Overall my rating is a solid 3. However, the spicy rigatoni vodka is a fantastic 5. Unfortunately hubbys shrimp and chicken gumbo fell short and only gets a 3. The sauce was watery; the shrimp were rubbery and tough, and the chicken was either tender or chewy. Hubby ate half so it wasn t entirely inedible. The restaurant is huge and quite cool; all the women had sweaters. Our server, Oshay, on the other hand, was welcoming and friendly, and apologetic when we told him about the gumbo and immediately told the manager who came over and also apologized, took notes and mentioned he would speak to the chef. The cheesecake of course gets a thumbs up. Hubby had Cinnabon and i had key lime pie. Deelish. We will come back to try again.

Service here is terrible. Waitress Shakira K was not attentive seemed timid to serve. Waited forever for a drink to be served. To finally bring it in a bottle when she said the bar had to make it. Bread had to be requested , butter had to be requested, napkins had to be requested and even to go boxes had to be requested. Then the to go boxes were brought in a box for a cheese cake lol my word smh. Spoke to manager afterwards with the unprofessional hair style. He didn t seem to excited to help. I would say get a new staff and better management.

My first visit to this location and my grandson and I had a lovely brunch. The food was delicious, the service was superb and the ambience was amazing. I love the varieties of Eggs Benedict offered. I had a spicy bacon version with roasted potatoes. My grandson had the cinnamon pancakes which he devoured. We will definitely return. EDIT: my two grandsons and I entered within five minutes of opening this morning at 11:00 am. Place was not busy yet some young, stupid guy attempted to seat us at a table close to the toilets. I objected and said we want a booth and suddenly he had a booth with a lovely view. I ve been here several times before and was never treated differently like we were this morning, maybe new management. The food was mediocre and the service was spotty. I always tip well because that s who I am but we will never return to this location.

The waiter was on point! The food was absolutely delicious. I had a club sandwich and tortilla soup. Wife had chicken fettuccine. Our friends had a crispy chicken dish with mashed potatoes and a crispy Asian salad. Place had cool decor as well.

Its always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. All the servers most especially Jovita was excellent. The manager Miriam was very hands on and hospitable to guests. Checking that everything is at par. I just had to give it a 4 stars for the food, mainly for the lump of pasta served to us covered underneath. Great thing is they replaced it right away, was apologetic for the mistake, and gave us free dessert. All else was amazing. Thank you for rectifying it. Will still come back. And still recommend to people.

our party of 4 was not greeted and were waiting forever to be seated even though restaurant was empty at 10 15 PM. Because of the location and high population around they do not care at all about customer service, this was second time we had a bad experience with this restaurant. Our friends share the bad customer service experience. Never ever take your guests here you will be embarrassed. This is a genuine review

Terrible service. We sat at the bar thinking that service would be fast . I had to grab our own plates and silverware. She had her boyfriend sitting at the bar distracting her the whole time. We were not offered anything. She left bread .our food was brought out by someone else . We had asked for an extra plate lunch needed to be fast , I don t understand customer service is awful nowadays. I gave gift cards and asked for balance. She said I need to call for balance ? Literally I felt as thought we were at a buffet . Not a restaurant. Be ready to fend for yourself. As I left i took a picture of her flirting with the boyfriend still at the bar area . I am sure there are cameras. Why management is allowing this , I seriously don t know.
