I live out of town, but I ve been to Kimmy s about half a dozen times and the food has been wonderful each time. Chilaquiles is one of my favorite breakfast dish, and the chilaquiles are so good here that I ve never ordered anything else. I typically order Grandmas Chilaquiles and add either chorizo or shredded chicken, and it tastes great. The waitstaff is always great, and today Brenda did an outstanding job! The restaurant sits off the highway and isn t as visible and other spots, so I think it gets missed. But this place is truly a hidden gem that I highly recommend.

Steak burrito was super greasy the whole bottom of tray and entire burrito was covered in it and they charged me an extra 2 dollars for salsa when they could have told me it came with some and didn t need it. My girls chicken burrito was ok but no better than chick fil a breakfast

Went to try it out and wasn t disappointed, went back a couple of weeks later for some pancakes & sausage so hungry & looked so good didn t snap a pic ate them all up! Will definitely go back! My only caution would be when going to the clean woman s one stall restroom, the floor normally feels a little slick, so just be careful when in there.

I came here for brunch while on my way to visit a friend nearby. The food was bland & the portions were small, and the produce had little brown spots and seemed unwashed, which made me wonder how clean the rest of the kitchen is. I would not recommend this café to anyone I know in the area.

This is a really great spot. A lot of places serve very good food. Kimmy s is no exception. What s different here is PRESENTATION. Every dish looks different, bc it s plated differently. What a thoughtful, delightful way to differentiate. Exceptional ! And our server every time was an absolute darling. Sweet, kind, enthusiastic, attentive. I have eaten at Kimmy s before and I have always had a pleasant experience. This last visit wasn t the best. The waitress that served me, I don t really know her name, but she has bangs and glasses. Well I felt like she did not really pay attention to me because she was mainly talking with her coworkers. I had to even bother another waitress for refills and I had to send my plate back because my eggs were not cooked properly even though I was specific on how I wanted them. Whenever she came to my table she was chewing while talking and I have sensory issues. Aside from that, the food was pretty good it s just she kinda made my experience a little uncomfortable. I do not think I will be coming back to eat here again.

I had the club sandwich. Did a little substitution, No Turkey, No Honey Mustard Add Ham .The 1st Time They Put Turkey On It. My Wife took it back, They Apologized And Made It Over.. This Was The Best Club Sandwich Ive Had Since I Been In SETX.. But The Fries OMG..I thought I was back home in Louisiana. I gave it a 4 because the Menu Said 1 Price and we were charged something different. If imma pay $15 For A Sandwich, It would be Nice To Come With A Side.. My Opinion. UPDATE.. This place is busy, and rightfully so! We were seated quick despite how many people where already in there, and the service was fast! Its a little pricey BUT the food portions are HUGE and its all homemade - they did not disappoint. The food was delicious, I left feeling miserably full but also very satisfied with the breakfast experience.

The food was good but our server was very rude and my husband and I will probably not be returning. Our server rushed us to order and made rude faces when my husband was deciding on a side. He did not refill our drinks I had to ask another worker and only payed attention to me to peak at the machine to see how much I was leaving as a tip. Needs better training because the service ruined a good breakfast.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere is awesome. The homemade flower tortillas was a disappointment. It honestly didn t tasted like homemade more like a store bought. The eggs, hash brown, bacon, sausage and ham was good. The reason for a 2 star is because I was charged full price for a meal that wasn t completely given. I ordered a classic combo and upgraded to French Toast for an extra charge, instead of getting the pancakes that came with the meal. I didn t receive the french toast nor the pancakes. When it came time to pay I was getting charged for it and had ask them to please remove the upgrade charge, since I didn t receive the french toast. I had to wait for a manager to come the restaurant to remove it since the manager was the only person that was able to remove the extra charge and they weren t there at the time. I figure they would have at least discounted the meal since I didn t get the full meal, but that wasn t the case. Don t get me wrong the food was good and I don t mind pay for it. The 2 classic combo with upgrade and 2 coffee was close to $50. Plus tip. Yes, I tip even though I didn t received everything. We re human and make mistakes. Will I go back? Probably not. I don t like getting charge for things I didn t receive.

I visited this location for this first time with my fiancé on Thursday and was very happy with everything. Our waitress helped us navigate the menu and recommended the best Egg Benedict s I ve ever had. I recommend getting both versions of the Benedict! The mocha latte I had was great as well. My fiancé was obsessed with the fresh orange juice. We even ordered extra to carry out after our meal. Thank you for the amazing service!

This was my first visit and will definitely be back. Im intown working and this was next to my hotel. Service was great, food was fantastic. I had the avocado toast. I did ask for over easy eggs and got medium but was still good. I asked for crispy hashbrowns and the cook didnt disappoint. Usually elsewhere they will only be crispy on outside and raw on the inside even when I say scattered.

I ve been waiting to try this place out due to the positive reviews. Once I arrived, I waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated at a booth. The service throughout was really good and adequate. I ordered the classic breakfast and it was delicious, and exactly as I had ordered it, and I might add the bacon is thick cut and delicious. The only downside was the pancakes were a bit too thick and sorta chewy and the parking spots are very few and needed.

Called to place an order this morning to be picked up, and the lady started out being nice, when i went to pay over the phone i had some card issues and decided to call back. Upon the callback order, as i stated what i wanted the lady on the phone didn t say anything to me but said to a coworker yeah it s the one from earlier and i told her if she s going to talk about their customers she needs to at least mute the phone. I also ordered the same thing both times and i was told two different prices. I wasn t the nicest due to the attitudes presented and comments made, but the professionalism needs to be worked on, it s pathetic for the workers to be talking about the customers while they re on the phone with them. There s a time and place for that. Management needs to get a hold on it. Whenever i went in to get the food, i got nothing but judge mental looks from everyone there but one lady who was nice enough to see if i d been helped. Yes i had an attitude over the phone with them, but they way that they spoke to me and treated me is what got them that. I brought my husband the food, and there was an item that the lady over the phone asked three times if i wanted and i said yes missing. I don t understand why we pay almost $20 for birria tacos and can t even get the dipping sauce with them.

We had an avocado toast and crepes with nutella and berries. I don t eat eggs , so I asked for something to substitute eggs, but I was told they can t do it. Crepes were dry and there wasn t any nutella inside , only drizzled over it. Two crepes were on the top of each other and you get the fruit only for one. I am not very impressed with the food . The only good thing is the coffee. That is good here, but they don t offer nondairy milks, so that was a let down as well. I am not coming back here any more , that is for sure. Our server was really nice .

Stopped here on our way home from the beach looking to try somewhere new for breakfast. The plate I ordered came with 2 eggs, 2 bacon and two slices of French toast which consisted of two pieces of bread that had been put on the griddle WITHOUT any egg wash on it, so was just grilled toast with powdered sugar and cinnamon on it. I didn t eat that bread. I paid $13 for a breakfast and walked out hungry. Also had to ask the waitress for our ticket, and 6 minutes later she walks by our table and says ticket, and 3 minutes later we finally got it. Overall could have been a better experience, but I will not go out of my way to give this place another shot. French toast is universal, and if you offer it on your menu you should probably know how to prepare it.

Wanted something different . It was different! I paid $4 for a medium unsweetened tea, $13 for a street taco platter , which consisted of two tiny greasy disgusting tacos sides included a tiny plastic ramican of onions, cilantro and salsa (one of each), Not worth price AT ALL

Best tasting food. Very fast service all the people that work here are amazing. I just dropped them down to 3 stars from 5 stars They make you pay for your carry out before you pick up the food when you call in. This is a huge inconvenience.

So good! I recently tried it for the first time and am so happy I did. Hidden gem in this area. I had 2 scrambled eggs, sausage, and crepes with berries. That was the best quality breakfast sausage I think Ive ever seen and eaten.

Service was excellent, coffee hot and delicious. Disappointed that my scrambled eggs were cold and tough, all 3 of my meats were over cooked. I like crispy bacon but my bacon and sausages were almost burnt. I usually have a much better breakfast combo plate. I will return again for breakfast another time, hopefully it will be serve hot and not over cooked. Update: I have returned a couple of times for breakfast since my initial review. My eggs and bacon were prepared perfectly and served hot. So, I upgraded my review from 3 to 5.
