This doctor is a good doctor, But he try giving me too many injections. you re not supposed to take number three injection a year this guy tried to give me 12 I took three then when I refuse, he kicks me and my brother at the office he said he didn t want see us any more, so I made a former complaint I guess this doctor for not wanting to see us in the mail because of too many injections so I notify my insurance company and they did a parity investigation. It was just because of the insurance money you get paid much for the injections that s not right. .

I should start off by saying that even giving one star is being generous. I had gone in to see Dr. Raguthu to get more information on receiving intradiscal prp injections for my herniated disc. After waiting for about 2 and half hours, his staff and himself were finally able to iron out that they would do the procedure and a date was set. I barely spoke with the doctor himself and what little he did say was that it should be a simple and quick procedure. After 2 weeks passed, I received a call the day before my appointment for confirmation of my availability. I had notified his staff that was ready to go the next day and had asked to speak to his assistant as I had a question regarding being prepared for the injection the next day. When his assistant answered the phone he stated, he does not want you as a patient anymore. This was the only bit of information I received. Now, I understand that any doctor can refuse a patient. That is fine. However, in this case, I had limited contact with the doctor and no bad prior experiences. The best I can assume at this point is that the doctor was about to perform a procedure he had no prior experience on, and had dragged this on for several weeks, when he should have been transparent from the beginning. I dont use the term often, but Dr. Raguthu comes off as a fly-by-night doctor. I would stay away from him if at all possible. Added 1/6/2022: What a professional way to handle negative feedback by Dr. Raguthu bellow. Once a fly-by-night doctor always a fly-by-night doctor. I might not be a current patient, but I did see you and was 100% authentic about my experience (plus I have the receipts to back up the appointment). Oh and since you asked no one has paid me. I did this out of generosity for any potential future patients you may have, so they know who you really are, which is an incompetent, cross, and defensive physician who obviously can t handle criticism like an adult.

This place is Proage. A place where you can get XENOMIN or at least that s what you think she s injecting into you. My syringes were switched right in front of me. I should have made a big seal and didn t. When I did ask at the end of the session I was told she wanted to give me something special three weeks later and I have NO results. There s hidden prices and on top of that will do treatments on you without asking your consent for them then literally hold you back from leaving the building. You have to pay! For something you didn t ask for OR know she was doing it. Please ignore this place! She s very unprofessional in doing what she did and literally steals your money.

Absolutely unprofessional! Dr Raguthus office received a referral for me. Someone from there was supposed to call me to schedule an appointment. I never received a call. What I did receive was a text message this morning stating that I had an appointment scheduled in 2 days and a link to complete registration. I called the office and inquired about the appointment and why I didnt receive a call to schedule. They claimed that my pcp made the appointment when, in fact, the only thing my pcp did was send the referral after a brief call where they told my pcp that when they received the referral, they would call me to schedule. I NEVER received a call from them. I cancelled the appointment and I will NOT be going to this doctor. I completely understand why they have such a negative rating. I informed my doctors office about this and advised them to NEVER refer anyone to them.

I have a referral. They called me. Did not speak to anyone. Set an appt I was unaware of. Then marked me as a no-show when I didnt arrive to this appt. Im baffled at the stupidity here. When I called about 2 weeks later to check on referral I was informed of all this. Im disappointed and confused at the way this referral was handled. Someone needs alot of training..

I am so grateful to have such a caring and compassionate doctor who really cares about his patients. He gets to the root of the problem. He tells you which treatment is best for you. He follows up with to see how you are doing, as well as letting you know what the next steps should be. I highly recommend Dr. Raguthu because he produces results!!!

rude, and no compassion.. Im new to this area I live quite a distance away ..I used to visit my grandmother as a child in Sugarland my grandmother lived there most of her entire life before her passing.. I dont live in Sugarland .. I had made appointments true I had cancelled at Ace pain Management center .. drive very little due to my back pains ..I finally found reliable ways to get there.. I previously had a pain Management Doctor a 5 star one Dr. Syed whos had been giving me injections in my back even though it doesnt stop the pain ..its definitely alleviate some who genuinely care about all his patiences...I no longer live in Paris.. had to find another pain management Doctor within my area ...now most of us knows even having appointment with some Doctors, and not including Dr. Syed (My personal opinion).. 5 others probably have at the same appointment times thats fine with me...Ace pain Management was so rude to me over the phone totally unexpected too hear coming from professionals never experience that at a Doctors office..its a old saying sometimes things could be either a lesson, or blessing when people show you who theyre believe them the first time .. I kept trying to call them back to see if I found another Doctor would they transfer my referral they just kept hanging up the phone (rude) My opinions .. If Im working in the medical field I would treat people with the same understanding, and Compassion I would want if Its was me helping people .. I completely now appreciate them for not accepting me as a patient.. I now have a wonderful Dr very satisfied with... Plus I wouldve had long term treatments with them,and this would have make me very unhappy, and uncomfortable being there . hanging up the phone unprofessional.. I have plenty of family members threw out this areas never recommend them nor friends.

Dr Ruguthu listens to you and his wife, was able to treat me, and after years of trying to figure out the cause of my health issues. She took one look at me, and said for me to be tested for Lupus. My primary, was so shocked when she got the bloodwork. And helped me get the help, I needed and get to the root of my health issues. The front staff is so amazing and so are the medical techs. They always answer my questions and are super sweet. The day I walked into their office, changed my life!! Forever grateful for them. Thank you Dr Ruguthu

This place is a SCAM. If you we re considering going to this place because of their deals on groupon, DONT. The price on groupon for 20 units of botox show 135 however they made up fees and ended up charging me 320. It would have been cheaper if i were to go to a real medspa. In the room doctor told me she injected 10 units of botox on one side of my jaw and 12 units on the other. Somehow she claimed that she used 30 units on me later on. I didn t mind it much at first thinking that it might ve been a miscommunication but then she also said she charges an extra fee of 75 dollars whenever injectioning botox in jaw area. In every medspa you would go to they only charge for the unit of botox you have purchased, i ve never heard of injecting fee . Matter of fact, I ve been here before and not once i was charged for such a fee. Additionally, even the front office lady wasn t aware of this made up fee. They also take an hour just to see you doesn t matter if you do walk-in or have an appointment.

Ive been with Dr. Raguthu for over 3 yrs now. I came to his counsel while in Brownsville working for Space X. Ace pain management team assisted me throughout my 3 knee surgeries, not only with pain management but also with their experienced staff with physical rehabilitation. I am now working back in the Houston area & will not look anywhere else. He takes care of his clients & makes them feel welcome. Very professional & great atmosphere.

A waste of time! They had me wait forever.They took my co pay and the doctor basically said I needed some electromyography test and to fork out more money for the co pay for that. I have a current m.r.i. results showing my severe back issue. All I needed was to get scheduled for a epidural injection like I have had in the past with other doctors and he basically dismissed me and rudely told my wife to leave the room instead of asking me if I was ok with her staying. He asked me about my current meds(one is a opioid) and mumbled under his breath something like he wasnt that type of doctor...I didnt want any pills from him,I wanted the epidural so I can be pain free and not be taking meds daily that have serious side effects. Made me feel very uncomfortable. HIs office called days later to say they couldnt get the injections approved due to lack of evidence when again, I have an m.r.i and have gotten these injections before...who wants to get a needle in the spine if they dont need it!....this clinic is a joke! Save your time and pain to get to them and go somewhere else. The only reason I went to them is because my regular doc is on vacation. I rather wait in pain than deal with these guys.

never go there.. worst experience ever.. office was very dirty. Dr suriya doesnt have any manners how to talk with patient and in front of patient. he was telling the patient how the people dies. He came after 2 hours. appointment was at 10. and he came at 12. after coming in room He was on phone for 5 minutes and we were just looking at his face. after that he didnt listen what the patient has problem. he was very rude. in short he is the worst dr ever. will never recommend to anyone.

There is something very off putting about this place. A lot of patients waiting for close to an hour. Plus they ask you to write you social security number on a piece of paper even though that is never required by insurance companies. I left without seeing a doctors because the wait was too long and they were rude to patients.

Dr. Surya has given me back my freedom of pain. He suggested that I try out the Spinal Cord Stimulation device...and to my amazement...it works. For the first time in 10 years of being in pain...I finally had a night of sleep pain free. I truly feel blessed that I have him as my Doctor. Thank you! I ve been going to Ace Pain Management since September 2022 for PT for hip pain. The therapists are knowledgeable and kind. Today I had some lower back pain and was immediately provided special stretching exercises by the therapist which helped a lot. My only complaint is they do not have evening or Saturday hours which limits me to going only once a week due to my work schedule.

I have been going to Ace Pain Management for years now. I m so grateful for the opportunity to have him as my Doctor. I feel he was heaven sent because before going to him, my previous doctor constantly sent me to do MRI S and never told me that I had a brain tumor. Also, my previous doctor would normally just write out a prescription and send me on my way, when I was constantly asking for treatment or therapy for my pain because it was through the roof. My first time in Dr. Raguthu office he sent me to an imaging center and called me into the office and told me about the tumor once my results were back. He provided me with a list of specialists to have it removed expeditiously. I have been seeing him ever since. I trust him. Before going to him, I didn t get much sleep. My pain level was prohibiting me from getting a full nights rest, my small children had to help me out of bed constantly I felt helpless not being able to really do much because of my pain. It was so bad my mom started looking for me a provider. Now, I m able to get up and move around. I m not in constant pain because he makes sure of that. He s going to make sure you re okay before leaving the room. His treatment is very helpful and has made my life so much better. I so love his staff they re very nice and friendly. This is the first Doctor that I have seen for pain, that actually relieved my pain. Remember when I said heaven sent? I spent many of nights praying asking God to heal me and take the pain away and that s when my previous doctors office all of a sudden, stopped taking my insurance and I didn t have a choice but to find another doctor. Only this time it would be a Doctor that actually cared about his patients. A real doctor that specializes in pain management and Super cool at best. I love his choice of music as well stars from me! Dr. Manjula Raguthu really cares about improving her patients quality of life. I deal with chronic pain and she never gave up on reducing my pain. She was always looking for methods which included lifestyle food and even thinking outside of orthodox medicine. She is respectful of your limitations including affordability. Since becoming a patient of Dr. Raguthu with Ace Pain Management & Physical Therapy I have finally found some relief from chronic neck pain that has lasted over two years. Very informative, helpful doctor. Dr. Raghutu is a great doctor who has been the only one to help me. Hes the only doctor who has made certain to thoroughly test me. They are in it for the money, they want you to come in as much as you can so they can bill the insurance (even though there isnt a need to go visit) and when insurance wont cover their fraudulent charges they send you a bill in the mail. I took my husband to an appt here and his appt was 8:00am and we got here at 7:45 am then when he signed in they saw that the dr had not received his mri report then he had to sit back in the waiting room till they got it then they didn t call him till two hours after they got the report. We got here at 8 and they called him in at 12:45 pm. That is totally unexceptable. This is our second visit and both times we sat for hours. We schedule early because I have to go to work but today I had to call out because this place is 40 minutes from my house and it is not easy to drive here and get back in time to go in. The girls behind the front desk have been walking around doing nothing. I wish my husband could find a dr closer to us but they don t take his insurance. This is the worst place in the world. Don t go here. It is not worth the drive.

I would give 0 star if I could. Let me tell you- Dr. Manjula Raghutu is absolutely ridiculous. She was very unprofessional with my wife, the doctor seemed like she just got out of bed and was dismissive of my wife s problems. My wife had to wait for an hour to even see the doctor only to have a very rushed 5 minute visit and get prescribed medication that she didn t even need for issues that she didn t even come in for. They also overcharged for the visit which they had not informed prior to scheduling. Worst experience with a doctor ever, would not reccomend visiting this doctor.

A friend from Houston referred me to Dr. Manjula for an near emergency situation. Wait time is less than expected and after 2 more visits I feel this doctors office is a solid 5 star. They didnt charge me a bomb for my appointments though Im Canadian. Service is as good as St. Michaels in Toronto and the doctor obviously has a lot of experience.

My name is Thelma Gordon. I saw Dr. Manjula Raguthu yesterday (8.10.2017) and was very impressed with him because he cared about my health in other than just my pain. Dr. Raguthu was worried about all my conditions, i.e., infection and possible diabetes. I have been to many doctors and they only care about their specialized area. Dr. Raguthu cares about all health problems not just pain (I have Kyphosis). Very impressed with my first appointment! Will keep updates on Dr. Raguthu. Am extremely happy with my first visit. Talked to Dr. Raguthu after second appointment for refill on my medication (9.5.2017) and told me to have my family doctor refill. What is his specialty I ask. Wants to do redundant testing (just trying to make money from insurance company). Does not know what pain is and is his specialty. Is really only a family practitioner. I have canceled my appointment for Friday and will not be seeing him again.

Dr. Raguthu and staff are excellent. I was able to get his appointment on short notice. I hurt myself and was in severe pain. Dr. Raguthu had helped with the pain management. I would definitely recommend this doctor!!

Dr Surya Raguthu is an excellent Doctor. He is very caring and friendly. Recently my sister in law had severe pain in her left leg. We got the appointment on the same day. Dr Surya took care of the issue and she is feeling much better now. Dr Suryas staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Dr Surya for all my friends and family.

Once I called Dr.Raguthus office, they were able to get me an appointment within 24 hours. This has been the first time that a physician actually listened to my complaints and followed through to make sure that together we reached the beat possible outcome for me as a whole. Dr. Raguthus goes the extra mile to investigate your claims and make sure that you are on a path to healing with an adequate quality of life. If you are in need of a great physician, he definitely is the one.

Dr. Raguthu lately has been very helpful and understanding of my needs. He meets with me at inconvenient times and helps me minimize my chronic pain(s). His team and personal are also very helpful and understanding. My only hope is that he practiced medicine here in Sugar Land 5 days a week and he gets physical therapy up and running. Sometimes there is a long wait but staff tries to get me through as quickly as possible considering I come usually on a lunch break. Also if your needing shots I would try him as he seem very educated on that type of treatment. Last but not least I usually leave in good spirits because the Dr. and staff have fun personalities and are down to earth!

My name is Jennifer Hamilton Burns and I have been seeing Dr. Raguthu since last year. Id been injured in a 4 car auto accident and I was unable to get pain resolution from anywhere. I was one that was known to be terrified of needles.always afraid of needles from a very early age. I found out after my major accident that was a fear I would have to over come if I expected any pain relief. Of course I was afraid, but with each visit and the courtesy of the staff and the doctors bedside manners that made things quite comfortable for me. I see Dr. Raguthu quite often due to the severity of my injuries and I would be the first to recommend him to any family, friend or person that is experiencing chronic and major pain. I was unable to sleep, walk, stand for long periods and shortly after Dr. Raguthus first treatment I began getting immediate results. I am not 100% pain free but I can certainly say I dont know what I would be going through now had it not been for him. Id gone into major depression because I didnt think no one understood the severity of my pain. He had an updated MRI done and was able to see the changes from my last MRI was better able to treat me because he researched further in my health concerns and complaints. As we all know there is no miracle cures when you hurt every where but there can be a new beginning. Dr. Raguthu gave me the ability to continue to walk and I have walked every day since the day of my first visit. Thank you Dr. Raguthu for providing the quality care you administer to me and keep up the great work.

I really had a one of a kind experience with Dr. Raguthu. Very unbelievable, actually !!! My name at the time was Natalie Miller. I just got married. I have Anklo-Spondilitis, Sciatica, Bulging discs and 2 herniated discs in my lower back along with Osteoarthritis. I have Medicare as my insurance because Im on Disability, ofcourse. When I first arrived, his staff was very polite and professional. I was in a lot of pain, as I always am. I waited 2 hrs after the time of my appointment. When I first met this doctor, he wouldnt hardly even let me talk. He just told me that he doesnt know how to treat me because a lot of his services require better insurance than just Medicare. Also, he got very mad when he was telling me this. Although, when making my appointment, I made sure that they accepted Medicare and they said yes. Even after he got mad at me, I asked him if I could at least pay for anything to help my pain for this one visit ? He then got even more mad and called me a drug seeker !!! He didnt care to look through my files from my last doctor either !!! He basically told me to just get out of his office. It was the worst appointment Ive ever had in my life. I have never been treated so cruely. I say that if you have great health insurance, than go for it. Anything less than that though, youre considered a dog to him. This person (doctor) has a very very DARK-SIDE in him. He should be recommended to see an extremely good Shrink for that EVIL in him !!! Rate is a 0. Sincerely, Natalie

First it took forever to get an appt. The receptionist kept promising shed call me back and she didnt. At least 3 times I had to call back. Then my husband has his appt, but, as expected, the office was more concerned with trying to schedule follow up physical therapy when it wasnt needed. I requested a copy of our bill for insurance purposes and never got it. Then, they keep calling me leaving messages for my husband, who is the patient (I was just the emergency contact) The worst part is that this office schedules appointments for you without your knowledge then tries to bill your insurance. They started calling me reminding me of a scheduled appt that we never made. When we called to clear it up, they didnt really deny that that is what they had done. We stated that a patient should certainly be part of scheduling or, at the very least, agree to an appt date. We informed them that we contacted our insurance and for them to watch for fraudulent billing.
