There is a Colombian woman who, today, August 3, 2024, asked her for a glass of corn that she did have Medium and she said in a loud and strong voice, nooooo, here we have small and large with a horrible accent. There are ways of saying things, I wanted to buy but with that type of people you cant understand it and it left me... Im not coming back and the worst thing was that it was the first time I went... My kids finally got to visit La Ola Pop Shop and we will definitely come back again and again. It was delicious!! My kiddos got watermelon popsicles which they absolute loved. I got the mangonada which you can choose to add a popsicle so I chose the pineapple popsicle. So delicious!!!

I ve been twice and the selection of ice cream and popsicles is amazing. It s hard to decide what I m getting because everything sounds so good! I ve had key lime pie and banana pudding so far and loved them. This place is also affordable compared to Austin prices. I wish staff were more friendly. I mentioned it was my first and the staff member just looked at me blankly. It s super overwhelming, so a comment like well you can sample anything and a recommendation would ve been appreciated. I also wish there were a couple tables on the inside, so be prepared to take your ice cream outside or to go. Parking: It s a huge shopping center so there s plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Lots of flavors kids will enjoy

I live in Austin, but we have to make semi regular trips to Kyle just so I can have my Banana Pudding & Pecan ice cream fix. Without a doubt, the best ice cream I ve had since I moved to Austin almost 5 years ago. My only complaint is that they re too far from my house! Hahaha

Such a fun ice cream/popsicle shop with SO MANY flavors! There s great vegan options (just fresh fruit with water and cane sugar) as well as dairy based ice cream that can be in cup or PALETA (popsicle) form. We went on a Sunday and that s when the owner (Julian) works so his staff have a day off. He was so friendly and let our kids try different flavors. The flavors were so unique (key lime pie, banana pudding, bubblegum!) and also super creamy. The shop doesn t have any indoor seating, just standing room bar, but there are great benches, tables, and a little grassy run around area right out front - perfect for a sunny, good weather day. But if the weather is not great - they do take out!!!! So check it out no matter the day! Dietary restrictions: Has vegan options - fruit based popsicles and sorbets. Kid-friendliness: Lots of fun flavors and colors (cookie flavor is dyed BLUE!) and also a place to run around outside.

A really great ice cream/popcyle shop. Soooo many different flavors! Lots of outdoor seating. There is some room to stand and lean if its cold. I visited here June or July 2023 and witnessed your employee Alex giving exceptional customer service. A customer was trying to pay fornhis cone for himself and his daughter (under 5 years old) and his card wasnt working. I was stepping to offer to pay when Alex said its OK, shed cover it. I assumed she would just write it off...but she went to the back and came back with her own wallet and used her own cash to pay for this dads order. Tried this place for the first time today. I got a scoop of Coffee/Oreo/Almond ice cream and my wife got a POG (Passionfuit, Orange Juice, Guava) pop. Great little shop! We went on a 40 degree day and enjoyed it immensely. A friend in Kyle told us about this place and I was pleasantly surprised! They had 4 dairy free ice cream flavors (vegan maybe?), in addition to many other regular ice creams. They also have a huge assortment of popsicles. I believe everything is made in house. My three children picked (and loved) the lime gummy bear popsicle, and I chose the dairy free POG ice cream, which was the most DELICIOUS ice cream Ive had in a long time. Theres a great little outdoor space for kids and people to gather out front. I can see this being a very popular spot, especially when it gets warm out!! It cost me about $16 for my order.

Best Mexican style ice cream I ve ever tried in Texas. We got a Loaded Mangonada and Strawberry & cream. The lady prepared then as an artist the look really good but they tasted better! You definitely need to try this amazing place!

We have been coming here a couple times now and have enjoyed many items one including tajin with lime but our last visit was extremely disappointing we brought our family from out of state and me and my husband got tajin with lime. Again and I went to use the restroom and as I came outside my husband let me know right away how bitter and different it tasted like when the lime loses its natural taste. Example its like a lime that starts to get discolored and brown and it s bitter and you just throw it away. I did end up trying his and it was sadly disgusting and I asked if I can change mine and the young lady asked her manager and she said no which upset me I always tip and never complain. Well they lost us as clients.
