DONT DO IT I made the mistake of choosing this location and Dr Chu as my PCP. I went in this week for ongoing cough and cold. First of all, trying to book an appointment with them is a challenge. Someone either cancels your call, send your straight to voicemail or puts you on hold and leaves you there and then cancels. I managed to book an appointment with this location with Dr Chu. Unfortunately, I was notified that she is the only provider at their location so you have no choice but to book with her. There was a new practicing nurse there could not take my blood at all. I almost felt like I was being practiced on for the first time. She poked me with needles two times until the doctor came and took my blood. Dr Chu made me feel very uncomfortable. And made very personal remarks that I can not even mention. This morning, I had fever and wheezing cough so could not go to work. All I wanted was a sick note from them as my work is very particular about this. I called them today as early as they opened around 8 30 so that they had plenty of time to discuss my problem. The nurse Michelle had told me that the doctor will call me at 1 30 to tell me whether she wants me to come in or if she will send me the excuse note. Unfortunately, Dr Chu did not call me. I waited all day for a call. I called them myself at 5. Michelle had told me that the doctor denied my request for a sick not without even calling me or seeing me. The staff failed at communicating with each other for a simple sick note. Michelle stated that you couldve walked in if we did not respond on time?? Furthermore, The doctor did not care at all to even talk to me and ask what was going on. I was notified to go to the ER if I really needed a note. And so I did. They recorded a fever of 102. They were shocked by the fact that my PCP failed to give me a simple sick note with such an obvious case. Please value your time and money and do not go there.

I know it was nothing but God saving me from a future headache but I called to make an appointment for my children since this is a FAMILY clinic, the lady told me to hold on and transferred me to a vm someone called back and the lady stated the kids would have to be seen somewhere else because they don t really do children. Like what! LOL Please get some more professional ladies to represent the face of your business because no. The ones working there is only there for one reason and it s not to service people coming from a healthcare professional myself. No way!

This was my mom s first visit to the Voss Family Clinic. Very nice and knowledgeable lady Ms. Keily at the front desk, was very helpful! Dr Uyiosa Chu was very attentive and personable, kind, knowledgeable and down to earth. Very calm and positive environment! A bit far from our home but we will definitely come back, my mom is very happy with the visit and the service! They are also have a very reasonable prices for those without insurance and paying out of pocket. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place as they are disorganized and lack professionalism. You will be asked to show up early, yet they will take care of you at least 30 minutes after your appointment time. They will take a very long time to get back to you on test results and I literally had to obtain results myself from the imaging center after they claimed they were having problems obtaining them. Keep in mind the test was to determine if something potentially dangerous was going on. Took me less than 5 minutes to get the data from imaging myself. My recommendation: take your health and money elsewhere. David S

Worst experience! Inefficient staff & unprofessional attitude of the provider/doctor. Heres what happened; after the vital monitoring & history taking they made me sit & wait in a room. Waited 50 to 55 minutes before the provider came in to see me & she didnt even know my history nor did she bother to ask in the first place & gave me a random diagnosis & referred me to an urgent care. I asked her if she is sure Im the patient she has come to see, she said she is. I had to explain her my symptoms & history all over again after which she examined my ear & told me its the ear wax that needs to be cleaned & then asked me to take out a piece of paper & write down the name of ear drops. She then left saying I should wait here & she will let me know if they do an ear wash in this clinic but never returned! So after waiting for another 20 to 25 minutes for her I went to the front desk to ask if I can leave & whether they would send the prescription to the pharmacy, had to wait another 20 to 25 minutes as the people at the front desk were busy taking calls one after the other & even though they could see that I was standing there & waiting to talk to them they just ignored me until I reached out & asked myself. They said they will send the prescription to the pharmacy & I will have to schedule another appointment with them once I have used the drops according to the doctors prescription. They never sent the prescription to the pharmacy & never called back. Would not recommend this place to anyone & definitely not going back! Extremely disappointed!

Stay away folks, Worst Clinic ever, bunch of jockers. First they made me come for the same urine test 3 different times after each visit ,they will turn around and call me back after two days for another urine sample ( only Gods knws what they were doing with my urine). They scheduled me for MRI scan which wasnt approved by my insurance ofwhich a letter was sent to them, they never bothered to tell me about that letter. They made me wait in vain for a scan that wasntgonna happen. When i asked them they told me their fax was broken. We called over the phone to confirm the price of the visit. We were told it would be $65. Once we got there and got started, they told me that I needed to get a blood test done, the test that we previously were told would be $65, and it would be $200-300. I asked to have the $200 test, but they said that I needed the $300 test. I asked why I would need the more expensive test, but they just kept apologizing for the cost and never clarified why the more expensive test was needed. Further, they told me three times that I would need a urine test and I left the facility without ever taking this test, which I probably paid for. The entire visit was highly unorganized. The staff was nice, but the prices were misrepresented and it was highly unorganized. I would not go here again.

I got the Johnson and Johnson vaccine from here. Here is the breakdown of the process. 1 Parked the car. 2 Someone came out and asked me to fill the form in my car. 3 The same person came to pick up the form. 4 Another person came and asked me to come inside 5 I got the vaccine within a couple minutes 6 I was told to wait 20 minutes in my car and then come back inside to get the vaccine card. Finished Overall, it was a good experience and well managed. I got the vaccine about 20 minutes after my appointment which is a reasonable time frame to me.

I went there for Covid testing and they charged me for the test even though I was having medical insurance. I thought this may be related to co-pay charges. One month later I checked my insurance provider statement and came to know that they also got $100 from my insurance provider for the visit because they did not indicate on the claim that I also made the payment. I emailed them many times to get some clarification on this matter but there is no response. Its clearly a fraud. Please check with your insurance providers in case you are using their Covid testing services. Just noticed they had also charged more money to my insurance provider for 2 more services for the same day.

I am most impressed of how responsive they are during a pandemic, especially via email. They even have on-call staff for after hour phone calls. I needed a Covid test for travel and got result within 24 hours. The nurse who did my nose swab was gentle and efficient. They are well aware of airlines requirements for Covid testing, which makes the process so much easier. They even gave me 2 copies of my result, one was sealed so I could take it with me to the airport. Staffs are very professional and courteous. So glad I came across their ad on Facebook. No Doctor on sight just nurse practitioners that are not permanent.they will just take your money from your insurance.they will recommend lab work but you will never get the result.
